Merchandising Star
Help Mind Retail turn donated items into uplifting, eye-catching displays that brighten 
the shop. As Merchandising Star, you’ll sort through donations, pick out the standout 
pieces, and style shelves and rails so the shop feels welcoming and inspiring. Expect a 
mix of creativity, teamwork, and hands-on tasks that keep the space looking fresh. 

What you'll be doing:

• Refresh and redesign shop floor displays

• Create themed or seasonal areas
• Ensure items are attractively presented
• Work closely with the Department Star and Shop Floor 
teams
• Help maintain tidy, appealing shelves and rails
