About the opportunity

As Treasury Manager within our Finance & Assurance directorate, you'll own our Treasury and Accounts Receivable functions, playing a vital role in our financial sustainability. You'll monitor our cash position, forecast cash flow across diverse income streams from online fundraising platforms to direct donations and community collections, and manage banking relationships to ensure we optimise our working capital and invest our reserves wisely.

This isn't a back-office role. You'll be a highly visible partner to budget holders and business partners across the organisation, providing the treasury insights that enable confident financial planning and investment. You'll ensure we have the liquidity needed to support our work as income flows in from our incredible fundraisers, navigating the complexities of restricted and unrestricted funds to safeguard every pound raised and maximise our impact.

Using data and metrics as your tools, you'll drive performance improvements while supporting the development of our Accounts Assistants team. Your ability to balance rigorous treasury controls with collaborative partnership will be essential to success in this role.

This role will focus approximately 80% on Treasury and 20% on Accounts Receivable.

About you:

You're an experienced treasury professional who enjoys using forecasting and data to provide strategic financial insights. You excel at optimising cash positions and working capital, and you can translate complex treasury information into clear, practical guidance for budget holders and business partners. You bring fresh thinking to treasury challenges and understand that strong cash management enables organisations to achieve their goals.

You'll have:

• Proven treasury or cash management experience in a medium to large organisation, including cash flow forecasting, cash positioning, and banking relationship management.
• Effective forecasting and analytical skills with the ability to model scenarios and provide strategic cash insights to support decision-making.
• Experience managing banking relationships, optimising cash deployment, and working with multiple bank accounts and treasury systems.
• Track record in managing end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoice generation, reconciliation, and collections.
• Ability to develop and motivate teams using a high challenge, high support approach, particularly those undertaking professional development.
• Good communication and influencing skills, with proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and colleagues across departments.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with strong ability to analyse, interpret and present financial data effectively.
• Understanding of financial accounting systems and how they integrate with treasury operations; charity sector experience is beneficial but not essential.

• Managing treasury operations including monitoring daily cash position, forecasting cash flow, and optimising cash deployment across the organisation.
• Owning banking relationships, negotiating terms with financial institutions, and ensuring efficient payment and receipting processes.
• Producing cash flow forecasts and treasury reports that inform executive decision-making and enable strategic investment planning.
• Managing end-to-end accounts receivable processes from invoice generation and account reconciliation to debt recovery and customer service.
• Driving performance through data by owning and reporting on key treasury and AR metrics, using insights to deliver continuous improvement.

In order to make the most of the opportunity our redeveloped hall and rooms provide we are seeking to appoint a Venue Manager. We are looking for a personable and energetic individual, with experience in marketing and business development, to help us realise our vision, which puts All Saints Hall back at the heart of community life, both in all that we seek to do in service of the community – especially young people, children, families and those who are marginalised – and as a flexible and attractive space to hire for conferences and classes, parties, weddings and more. 

Whilst the Venue Manager’s focus will, primarily, be on the Hall and its site, it is important that the individual integrates well into the wider staff team. It is also important that our new facilities are seen as one (albeit important) part of the greater whole. The Venue Manager will work closely with the Parish Manager and also our Property Manager, who will be a great resource for the successful candidate, knowing the building inside out.

It will be key for the person who is appointed to this role to understand the importance of mixed usage, for church and community, for outreach and for hires, and the successful candidate will be someone who sees this crucial mix as an opportunity and not a burden. Those already exploring using the Hall, for a range of different activities, are telling us that this is a great selling point, to have beautiful contemporary space, which has been invested in both for hire and for community work.

We very much hope that All Saints’ Hall becomes a busy hub, and it is envisaged that the Venue Manager will build relationships with suppliers, cleaning and security contractors and other assistance (including opening and closing) for times and events where that is appropriate.

Main Responsibilities

Marketing

• Developing and successfully executing a marketing strategy for the venue, building relationships with potential hirers and community groups.
• Managing the All Saints’ Hall website and developing a social media presence.
• Managing the launch of the redeveloped hall for maximum impact.
• Growing the reputation of the venue for high quality hire locally and more widely.

Business Development

• Growing and developing relationships with both event and longer-term hirers.
• Networking in the local community to raise the profile of the venue.
• Building relationships with approved caterers and other event conduits.
• Working with other staff to build meaningful community partnerships relating to venue usage and hire, to further All Saints Church’s mission and ministry.
• Communicate and liaise with the Hall Marketing and Operations Committee, making best use of members’ experience and expertise.

Venue Hire

• Managing the tensions of seeking to ensure the venue is used for social action and outreach, community use and event hires.
• Increasing income for usage and hire wherever possible.
• Maximising usage of the whole building (main hall, meeting rooms and gallery).
• Being creative in attracting long-term hirers.
• Being entrepreneurial in working with those planning events to facilitate a good quality experience.
• Managing invoicing.

 Building Management

• Ensuring that the venue complies with all health and safety regulations, policies and procedures.
• Being responsible for risk assessments for use of the venue and for events taking place.
• Managing the cleaning of the venue and turnaround after different hires/events.
• Managing service contracts.
• Working closely with the property manager to manage maintenance requirements and building works.

 General

• Financial budget management.
• Participation in staff meetings, regular supervision meetings with line manager and All Saints’ performance and development process.

Headway – the brain injury association, supports thousands of people every year. We’re now looking for an experienced, creative and highly organised Events Fundraising Manager to take our programme to the next level.

About the role

As Events Fundraising Manager, you will lead, shape and deliver an exciting portfolio of fundraising events, including virtual challenges, our annual Golf Day, and Headway’s prestigious Annual Awards. You will also steward supporters through major third‑party events such as the London Marathon, Great North Run and London Landmarks Half Marathon.

Working closely with the wider Fundraising Team and our Communications Team, you’ll ensure every event is safe, engaging and memorable, and that every supporter receives an exceptional journey with Headway.

With an established events calendar and opportunities for innovation, this role offers the chance to make a tangible impact while helping to grow an events income stream currently worth approximately £360,000.

The team will support our residents who are at risk of admission but can be supported outside of mental health hospital settings, by providing tailored support to them to help them overcome their personal barriers, and achieve their goals, to live more fulfilled lives and independent living. 

In this role, you will lead the team by providing overall leadership to the service and line management responsibilities to support, enable, and empower your team to deliver high quality support to our residents. You will drive service outcomes in line with contractual requirements, ensuring quality and consistency within a trauma and psychologically informed environment. We’re looking for a Property Project Manager to support with the delivery of several key construction projects, helping make sure our dogs have a safe, comfortable environment while they’re in our care.

What does this role do?

As Property Project Manager, you’ll:

• deliver end-to-end project management for all major works completed by the property department, critically understanding opportunities and risks associated with all projects, which may include large-scale rehoming centre rebuilds or renovations, often running simultaneously and at pace,
• provide guidance and support to the wider property team, including occasionally supporting with business-as-usual asset management, 
• build key relationships with various stakeholders across Dogs Trust, from front-line operations teams to the legal team, as well as external contractors such as contractors or professional appointees.

Background

Human Dignity Foundation (HDF) is a private, philanthropic foundation which was established to enable children to live with dignity. In recent years, we have focussed on funding organisations who help protect and safeguard children from sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA). HDF is a spend down foundation which expects to complete the funding of its international partner projects by the end of 2033.

In 2023, HDF updated its strategy to drive the expansion of our portfolio of projects and maximise the foundation’s future impact – to support more children affected by or at risk of CSEA. Job Purpose

The Finance and Operations Manager will oversee and support the operations of the UK charity, working closely with the HDF team based in Dublin, to ensure its smooth running and compliance with UK laws and charity regulations.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

The Finance and Operations Manager role will be dynamic and diverse given the small nature of HDF’s team. The role will be expected to build on the processes, policies and tools already in existence within HDF Switzerland and adapt them to the UK context. Core responsibilities of this role will include:

Finance

•  Process and record payments and other transactions in the accounting system;
• Maintain financial records and prepare monthly management accounts, reconciliations, etc. for review by the Director of Finance and Operations;
• Support payroll processes and liaise with external providers;
• Manage required filings with HMRC as required (expected to be minimal);
• Prepare annual financial statements and coordinate/ support the annual audit/ financial verification of the charity;
• Prepare the annual budget and produce quarterly cashflow forecasts, ensuring timely drawdowns of funds from HDF Switzerland as needed.

Operations & Administration

• Produce and oversee the submission of reports and/or required filings to the Charities Commission and ensure broader compliance with its requirements;
• Produce reports and filings to Companies House as needed, and coordinate with the Company Secretary for their timely submission;
• Maintain the charity’s risk register to ensure risks are appropriately understood and mitigated;
• Produce and update internal policies, procedures and tools (templates to be provided where available);
• Set up and oversee the UK pension scheme, life assurance/ health insurance schemes as required with the relevant providers;
• Support the planning and delivery of meetings of the Board of Trustees and other internal and external meetings as needed;
• Organise travel arrangements for UK based staff(s) and Trustees as needed;

About The Job:

This is a vital role in delivering our fundraising strategy and goals. The role holder will be responsible for raising income from individuals and legacies and increasing the volume and value of our supporter relationships, engaging new audiences and driving sustainable income growth. Main Areas Of Responsibility:

Income Generation

· Lead on raising income to an agreed target, through acquisition, development and retention of individuals and legacy pledgers, as agreed with the Head of Fundraising and Communications.

Strategy

· Work closely with the Head of Fundraising and Communications to build and deliver a highly effective, sustainable, audience-centred public fundraising and supporter experience plan.

· Develop a good understanding of our supporter base, their motivations and behaviours. Use our CRM database (Raisers’ Edge NXT) and data analysis and insights to inform the development of new fundraising campaigns and products.

· Lead the design and delivery of individual giving campaigns (including the Christmas campaign), using direct mail, digital marketing and advertisements to drive supporter acquisition and retention.

· Work with the Head of Fundraising and Communications to develop and deliver a mid-level giving programme, driving the major donor pipeline and effectively stewarding donors giving at the £300-£1,000 level.

Operational Delivery

· Be responsible for the setting and managing of budgets, targets and KPIs. Report on progress, trends and take action when required. Analyse results and evaluate activity to inform future plans.

· Act as the lead-user for Raisers’ Edge, supervise the Data Administrator to ensure accurate data entry and reconciliation, and support the team with reporting and data analysis.

· Work collaboratively to ensure that all income generation activity is integrated and opportunities for cross-team working are maximised.

· Develop processes that enhance the team’s capacity, efficiency, and ensure effective fundraising.

We’re looking for a skilled and values-driven Training Manager to design and deliver an accredited development programme supporting ex-service users to progress into Refuge Case Worker roles.

You’ll lead a 3-month accredited training programme followed by 6 months of supported, on-the-job development, with two cohorts each year over a three-year funded period.
