At Ambitious about Autism, we're currently looking for a Helpdesk Administrator/IT Junior Support Engineer to join our team.
You'll Administer the IT Helpdesk function across all Ambitious About Autism sites, ensuring efficient handling of support requests. You'll monitor and report on the progress of Helpdesk requests, ensuring timely completion and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the resolution process.
You'll also provide first-line support, both locally and remotely, for desktop, hardware, software, presentation equipment, and mobile devices, ensuring timely and effective resolution for staff, pupils, and young adults with autism across all sites. You'll provide training and guidance to staff on PC and mobile device usage, software applications, and IT policies—including induction sessions and ad-hoc training as required.
This role will be primarily based at the St John's College campus, located in Brighton. The role will occasionally be required to provide cover and additional resource at other Ambitious about Autism locations in London.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Demonstrated experience providing high-quality IT support through an IT Helpdesk environment, serving a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to analyse and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying effective solutions for both hardware and software problems across a range of devices and systems.
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows Operating systems, Microsoft 365 and Windows networking administration.
- Good organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.

This forms part of the new transformation of mental health services in the Royal Borough of Greenwich under the NHS Long Term Plan. The service brings together the expertise of local primary, secondary and voluntary sector mental health care providers with the aim of providing flexible, holistic and integrated services for adults with mental health problems.
The integrated team provides support to people with long-term mental health problems within a primary care and community mental health setting, helping people develop their independence, self-management skills and achieve their recovery goals.
We are looking for a Mental Health Advisor with experience of working within mental health services including supporting prevention, recovery and self-management. Applicants should have experience of completing assessments, managing a diverse caseload, working in a busy work environment, and should possess effective skills in communication. An ability to work independently but collaboratively, to be proactive and to show initiative is essential for this role.

About the Role
A stimulating and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Practitioner Psychologist with a Forensic background. You will work alongside the Group Psychological Lead and other members of the team within our Independent Approved Premises (IAP) to deliver psychological services to residents and staff. In this role, you will apply your skills and knowledge in building new teams and expand our operational delivery within our IAP. You will play a strategic role in our organisational growth with new services, with a focus on shaping service delivery; offering specialist advice, supervising assistant psychologists and postgraduate research.
Our IAP's support people who have left prison and are based within a residential setting to reintegrate into the community. They are given support and guidance to aid their reablement, resettlement and rehabilitation post prison. You will contribute towards them achieving goals necessary for their personal development and move on within the community.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing high quality psychological services, contributing to the delivery of Approved Premises aims as specified by the Ministry of Justice.
- Ensuring all services are delivered in accordance with HCPC standards of conduct, performance and ethics.
- Demonstrating clinical leadership by setting direction for the psychological service and driving high standards for quality, safety and ongoing improvement.
- Exercising clinical responsibility for residents’ psychological care, showing skill and judgement in selecting appropriate assessments and interventions.

FearFree delivers services across the Southwest for victims, children and perpetrators of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking with the aim to break the cycle of abuse and support all to live free from fear. We provide trauma responsive support, and this post will be fundamental to ensuring service users, stakeholders and partners experience this in our daily delivery.
This exciting post will be working with children who have experienced or been affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence. Focusing on standard and medium risk cases, this role will provide practical and emotional support to children and young people, whilst working proactively with other professionals, with an emphasis on early intervention and awareness raising.
FearFree is committed to flexible and hybrid working and this role will be a mix of home based and office based, alongside requiring travel for multi-agency meetings and other deliverables.

As a Male CSE Practitioner, you will work across Sussex & Surrey to provide case work support and group interventions to boys and young men at risk of or experiencing sexual exploitation, as well as those exhibiting harmful sexual behaviour. You will deliver outreach sessions in various settings, collaborate with professionals to support interventions leading to prosecutions, and provide training on boys/young men and sexual exploitation.
Due to the nature of the client group, there is an occupational requirement that the post holder is male. Full driving license and access to a car required due to the large geographic service area.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry a caseload of boys & young men identified as exhibiting harmful sexual behaviours and/or being sexually exploited

The Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) will work within a multi-agency system to provide a proactive, person-centred independent service for adult and children who are victims of sexual violence, empowering choice through informed decision making. Key elements of the role include:

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role supports our work to run our programme by ensuring that we recruit and onboard enough volunteers to become our wonderful mentors.
As our Volunteer Recruitment Officer, you will be the first point of contact for people volunteering to be mentors. You will ensure that our volunteers receive the highest level of customer service and have a great experience in all contacts with our charity.

Key responsibilities
Volunteer Recruitment pipeline:
· Respond to all incoming enquiries and volunteer applications in a timely manner and in line with the charity's recruitment processes
