About the Role
As Programme Lead for Flourishing ECTs, you will oversee the successful delivery of the Flourishing ECTE programme: a professional learning offer we have developed at the Church of England in partnership with UCL.
You will ensure these programmes are delivered with excellence across a wide network of regional partners, supporting facilitators to create high-impact learning experiences for school leaders and teachers. Your role will involve coordinating delivery partners, refining programme content based on feedback and research, and ensuring that participants are well-supported throughout their learning journey.
You will play a key role in shaping the future of these programmes, driving continuous improvement and championing a vision of leadership and teaching that enables adults in education to flourish.

Professional Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of the Flourishing ECTEs programme, delivered in partnership with University College London (UCL).
- Ensure 'Flourishing Content' is continually improving and evolving, establishing a truly unique ECTE offer.
- Equip, train, and support facilitators to deliver programme content effectively, ensuring that training is tailored to the specific context and needs of the ECT phase across regional cohorts.
- Deliver elements of programme content in both large-scale virtual settings and smaller regional groups (virtually or face-to-face).
- Ensure effective curriculum delivery and knowledge application in early career teaching contexts, aligned with UCL's curriculum framework and standards.
- Collaborate with other Programme Leads to ensure coherence and consistency across programmes and to share best practice.
- Use leadership credibility to contribute to programme visibility and engagement, including sharing expertise through blogs, videos, and speaking at external events.
Staff Management and Collaboration. - Work closely with UCL and a wide network of delivery partners to ensure effective programme implementation and regional coordination.
- Lead the setup and onboarding of new Delivery Partners, ensuring they are well-prepared and supported to deliver the programme in line with UCL's expectations.
- Collaborate with other Programme Leads and the wider Professional Learning Team to deliver high-quality learning experiences for participants.
- Line manage members of the programme team, providing supervision, guidance, and support to ensure effective delivery and professional development.
Quality and Standards
- Implement robust quality assurance processes across all stages of programme delivery, responding to feedback and driving continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attendance, engagement, and completion, working with UCL and Delivery Partners to ensure targets are met.
- Ensure participants are well prepared for assessment, supporting consistently high success rates.
- Regularly review feedback and address areas for improvement through curriculum design and facilitator development.
Communication and Engagement
- Ensure excellent communication with UCL, Delivery Partners, and participants, including oversight of inbox management and timely responses to queries.
- Coordinate external communications and logistics for events, briefings, and programme updates, ensuring a high-quality experience for all stakeholders.
Research and Development
- Engage with governance and research groups, including UCL, to ensure programme content is underpinned by current evidence and responsive to emerging themes.
- Work with school leaders and sector experts to bring evidence-led leadership development to life within the ECT phase of the programme.
Essential
Knowledge and Experience:
- Successful senior leadership experience within the education sector.
- Proven impact in designing and delivering professional development, particularly in relation to NPQs, ECTE or the Church of England's Flourishing programmes.
- Experience of leading teams of facilitators and/or coaches in a professional learning context.
- Strong understanding of the NPQ/ECF frameworks and their research base.
- Secure understanding of the Church of England Vision for Education and its application in schools.
- Experience in evaluating the impact of professional learning programmes using qualitative and quantitative data.

About the role
We are seeking a Programme Officer who will support the Church of England Education Office's Professional Learning Team. The role is part of a wider team of Programme Officers who support a variety of functions across both the NPQ suite and the Flourishing programmes. Programme Officers work across different portfolios, supporting delivery through directly contracted Delivery Partners and via our National Programme delivered by the Education Office.
Working collaboratively, Programme Officers take on different areas of responsibility to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality programmes across the country. This role offers the opportunity to develop project management and programme delivery skills in a holistic and supportive environment.
Internal-facing Support
- Maintain the integrity of data within Salesforce and other systems. Trouble-shoot errors when seen.
- Support the effective programme management, launch and delivery of NPQs and Flourishing programmes.
- Lead on administrative tasks relating to the delivery of the programmes, including participant recruitment, onboarding and ongoing participant management (e.g. processing withdrawals and deferrals, supporting participant assessments).
- Provide event administration support, including scheduling, online meeting setup, and updating learning platforms (e.g. Blackboard).
- Assist with the preparation of reports on recruitment, engagement, and quality assurance.
- Provide administrative support across delivery functions, including inbox management, form creation, and reporting.
- Support continuous improvement by collecting and organising feedback from participants, facilitators, and partners to inform programme development and enhance delivery.
- Be prepared to work flexibly across the team, supporting different areas of programme delivery as needed to respond to changing priorities and ensure smooth operation.
External-facing Support
- Provide high-quality, courteous and caring first-line support for participant and partner queries via shared inboxes.
- Support the Learning Technology team with online event administration and technical support.
- Assist applicants and sponsors with the application process and IT-related queries.
- Use data systems, to identify and support Delivery Partners who have participants who are at risk of falling behind, in order for them to take swift action to ensure support is put in place and their participants are able to catch up in a timely manner.
- Support the onboarding and coordination of Coaches and Facilitators across all programmes.
- Act as the first point of contact in online sessions, supporting facilitators to use key features of Zoom and Teams (e.g. breakout rooms) and answer queries from participants, coaches and facilitators.
- Maintain accurate records of contractual milestones and deliverables for external partners.
- Liaise with Delivery Partners to ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks and meeting of their contractual milestones.

As Head of Flourishing Programmes, you will lead the strategic and operational delivery and expansion of our growing suite of values-led professional learning programmes: Flourishing Leaders, Flourishing Teachers, Flourishing ECTs (in partnership with UCL), and Leaders Like Us. These programmes are designed to support the flourishing of educators at every stage of their journey, with a strong emphasis on inclusion, vocation, and leadership development. You will oversee a dedicated team and work closely with internal colleagues, delivery partners, and national collaborators to ensure these programmes are impactful, inclusive, and sector-leading. Strategic Leadership and Quality Assurance
- Provide strategic oversight of the Flourishing Programmes, including 'Leaders Like Us', ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and the Church of England Vision for Education.

Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Working
- Work closely with delivery partners, including UCL, and MAT/Diocesan networks, to ensure effective communication, training, and support.
- Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders across the education sector, including dioceses, MATs, and other national providers.
- Drive growth and programme engagement/recruitment across regional areas by developing strong, strategic relationships with schools, trusts, and diocesan networks.
- Represent the Flourishing Programmes on the national stage as an ambassador for our work, contributing to sector-wide conversations, networks, and events.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team and the Partnerships and Engagement Team to strategically strengthen, streamline, and equip our Delivery Partner network - ensuring consistency across programmes, a unified voice and building capacity to drive increasing participant demand.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for food and community to be a part of FoodCycle’s after-school community meal projects.As Schools Coordinator, you will coordinate and deliver weekly family meals at your allocated schools in London (2-3 evenings per week) as well as coordinate all aspects of the projects, from volunteer management to food surplus supply.
Our after-school community meals will be spaces where families of school children can gather at the end of the school day to enjoy a free nutritious meal and be among the school community. With the support of our National Schools & Franchise Manager you will manage local relationships with schools, community partners, supermarkets and volunteer recruitment channels to enable our meals to happen each week.
You will have experience of working with primary school-aged children or families, in school or other setting. You will also have experience in hospitality or food businesses. You will use your excellent communication skills to manage volunteers and ensure the safe and effective running of our meals and positive relationships with school families.
There will be frequent travel within London, with evening work required. Our school community meals are accessible by public transport.

Main purpose of the role
The Community Leader is responsible for ensuring that the Community is living the mission of L’Arche, by providing excellent and sustainable care and support services, support for spirituality, and engaging with our neighbours and the wider community around us.
The Community Leader will:
- Lead the Community by responding to the needs, choices and context of our members while being faithful to the L'Arche UK Vision and Values, the L'Arche International Identity and Mission Statement, and to a co-created Community Mandate and plan;
- Maintain and enhance high-quality, person-centred care, support, and housing for people with learning disabilities, both at home and in our day services in partnership with the Registered Manager, the local and national teams, individual circles of support, and external partners.

- Foster a culture that maximises the voice and power for people with learning disabilities, and builds listening and collaboration between Community members. This will include working with an active Community Support Group, Community Gatherings, listening groups, and other forums.
- Lead and manage a committed and engaged leadership team to achieve objectives, set a positive culture, and support the personal and professional growth of our teams.

As Youth Worker you will use your experience of working with children and young people to:
- Work alongside the Youth Coordinator to develop and deliver an agreed project plan that meets the requirements of funders and local team priorities, in line with Diabetes UK processes and policies.

This role will lead and deliver two projects, the Net Zero Carbon (NZC) Young Adult Voices Project, and the General Synod Young Voices project, across which it will engage with a wide variety of young people.
The Net Zero Carbon Young Adult Voices project recognises that action to tackle climate change, as part of the wider environmental crisis, is important for young people, and responds to the fact that the NZC programme is not currently strategically engaging with these groups.
This project will involve:
- gathering the voices of young adults (18-30) to enable them to influence the direction of the programme and the Church's wider Environment Programme, ensuring their voice is heard at all levels of the Programme, and informs decision-making.
- communicating what the NZC programme is doing, to raise awareness amongst young people of the CofE's commitment to being a NZC church with these audiences, and to enable pathways for them to become involved in decarbonisation and other environmental projects at the local level.
- work with diocesan colleagues to enable the voices of young people to exercise leadership influence on NZC at a Diocesan level, as appropriate.
Important to the success of this role will be engaging with departments and stakeholders across the Church of England, to ensure this work sits within the broader context of the priority to be a church which is younger and more diverse.
As this is a new project and a new role, the postholder will help to shape the role. The initial focus will be to develop a NZC Young Adult Voices Strategy and Plan for sign-off by the NZC Programme Board, and then to work through delivery of this. This will need to consider the theology, mission and action that will engage and connect with young people - particularly exploring how we root this work in the spirituality and theology that is relevant for a younger audience.
The General Synod Young Voices project follows two motions passed at General Synod (in July 2024 and February 2025) committing General Synod to listening and responding to the voices of children, young people and young adults in every subsequent session. This project involves gathering the voices through schools, churches and Dioceses and enabling children and young people to speak and present each session at General Synod. In addition, it involves working with a group of young adults drawn from every diocese to run a programme of faith and leadership development that enables them to speak into General Synod at a national level, and exercise leadership influence at a Diocesan level as appropriate.
This is a fixed-term role until December 2028, with potential to extend, dependent on 29-31 Triennium Funding.

Edit video and audio content for effective dissemination through wider networks
Leading the NZC Young Adult Voices Project
Develop and deliver NZC Young Adult Voices Strategy and Plan which includes:
Developing robust processes and strategies for gathering the voices of young adults and making sure they are heard internally within the Church and also in the public square.
Overseeing the engagement of young adults with NZC Programme board meetings, supporting them to contribute regularly and effectively in a range of agenda items.
Raising up the voice of young adults from all under-represented groups making a significant contribution to the Church of England's vision to become more diverse.
Create mechanisms to report back the work of the NZC programme to young adults, including developing an effective communications and engagement approach which responds to their needs, with the NZC Comms Lead.
Equipping, supporting and enabling young adults to engage with, develop, or lead environmental action in their churches and diocese
Work with the NZC Programme Director, NZC Programme Manager and the National Environmental Policy Officer to progress this project, and more broadly with the NZC Programme Workstream leads across the NCIs
Support the NZC Programme Team in its communications and reporting work to General Synod and other key bodies from time to time (e.g. Archbishops' Council, Church Commissioners Board of Trustees)
Working effectively with environment programme networks in dioceses
Work with the NZC Comms Lead to effectively disseminate case studies, resources and tools through wider networks and social media
Both:
- Modelling and implementing the highest standards of safeguarding in every aspect of the work, working with other safeguarding leads with NSE, National Safeguarding Team and external stakeholders' safeguarding provision
- Encouraging leaders in dioceses to adopt similar strategies for prioritising the voices of Children and Young People, through liaison with children and youth advisors and DBE teams
- Working effectively across teams within the NCIs
- Collaboration with the Growing Faith Voice Specialist
About You
Essential
Knowledge/Experience
- Successful leadership experience within either church or school settings
- Experience of using effective strategies to enable the voice of children, young people and young adults to be heard
- Experience of enabling the agency and the voice of children and young people
- Experience of enabling children, young people and young adults to effect institutional change
- Experience in establishing good relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience in developing a strategic approach to engaging and working with young people
- Good understanding of the current church landscape
- Good understanding of environmental issues, and the climate and nature crises, ideally within a Christian context
- Personally committed to and passionate about changing the culture of the Church of England

The Role
As Interim Head of Business Development, you will provide strategic leadership and hands-on delivery to stabilise and strengthen the Trust’s business development approach. You will lead the end-to-end opportunity pipeline - from market intelligence and commissioner engagement through to bid development, governance and mobilisation handover - ensuring opportunities are aligned to strategy, deliver strong outcomes, and are financially viable.

Responsibilities include but are not exhaustive
- Provide visible interim leadership for the Trust’s business development function, setting clear priorities and ways of working, and coordinating contribution from service, operational, clinical and corporate colleagues.
- Develop and maintain a Trust-wide opportunity pipeline (tenders, frameworks, spot-purchase growth, strategic partnerships and other commissioned income routes), including qualification, prioritisation, and clear next steps.
- Lead proactive engagement with commissioners, local authorities, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), NHS partners and other stakeholders to understand demand, shape specifications where appropriate, and position the Trust effectively.
- Own the end-to-end bid process: establish bid plans, coordinate contributors, draft and quality-assure responses, and ensure submissions are compliant, persuasive, and submitted on time.
- Work with Finance and service leads to ensure all bids and proposals are underpinned by robust costing, pricing, risk assessment and contract terms review; ensure financial viability and appropriate approvals before submission.
- Create and embed a practical bid governance approach (stage-gates, templates, timelines and sign-off), so that bidding is consistent, efficient and auditable.
- Champion the Together Trust’s vision, mission and values, and role model the Trust’s behaviours.
- Commit to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in how opportunities are developed and how the Trust works with partners.
- Maintain a visible presence across Trust services and corporate teams, balancing hybrid working with on-site engagement as needed.
About You
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent senior leadership experience).
- Evidence of continuing professional development in leadership, commissioning, commercial practice or service transformation
- Significant senior experience in commissioning, business development, service development or strategic partnership working within a public service environment (e.g. local authority, NHS, education, social care, VCFSE).
- Proven track record of developing successful proposals, business cases, tenders or commissioning documentation - including coordinating multiple contributors to deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging credibly with senior commissioners and partners.
- Good understanding of public sector commissioning and procurement routes, including tendering, frameworks and contract governance.
- Understanding of the importance of safeguarding, quality and regulatory expectations when developing and mobilising services for children, young people and adults.
- Ability to analyse complex problems, identify options and recommend proportionate solutions.
- Full UK driving license with ability to travel across Together Trust locations and to partner/commissioner meetings as required.
