A new fundraising strategy and campaign, Beyond Barriers, will be launched to secure the funds to help us realise our goals and make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of more young people nationwide.

The Fundraising Operations and Data Manager is a newly created role in our Fundraising team. They will be responsible for managing the charity’s CRM (Salesforce) and working with colleagues across the team, and wider organisation, to ensure the smooth operational delivery of fundraising processes and activities.

The Fundraising Operations and Data Manager will provide data and donor insights to help identify trends and opportunities that contribute to shaping fundraising campaigns and enhance our stewardship. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Be responsible for the overall management of the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry. This includes processing donations, pipeline updates and managing data imports, exports and migrations to support fundraising activities.
• Create reports and dashboards to enable accurate and timely reporting.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and automation, collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to ensure the smooth operation and optimal use of the CRM.
• Work closely with the Head of Fundraising and Finance Manager to ensure that all donations are thanked in a timely manner and recorded correctly.
• Manage pledge payment tracking and reminders and follow-up processes for multi-year donations. Ensure that data management is carried out in accordance with GDPR and PECR, Villiers Park’s data protection and privacy notices, and the Fundraising Code of Practice. 
• Act as the point person for all prospect research activities, liaising with third party providers and ensuring adherence to data protection requirements and best practice at all times.
• Oversee the recognition framework and stewardship of current supporters, managing a sustainable and creative stewardship programme that engages supporters with our work.
• Create templates and systems that enhance cultivation and stewardship. 
• Generate mailing lists for fundraising and communications, which respond to a range of motivations to give and engagement with the charity. 
• Oversee and deliver operational efficiencies in our fundraising processes, for example, with payment providers and events.
• Any other duties as reasonably requested.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Team Leader for our Young Carers and Young Adult Carers team. You will play a key role in shaping and guiding the service, managing a dedicated team and overseeing day to day delivery while working with the Head of Services to deliver our strategy. Essential to the role is ensuring the service is inclusive, responsive and shaped by the voices of the young people we support. This is a hands-on, people-focused role, combining team management, safeguarding oversight, caseload guidance and partnership working. 
 

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Coordination and Planning

• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the Young Carer Service in line with agreed workplans and available resources.
• Support the Head of Services in implementing strategic priorities and translating them into clear team actions.
• Plan and organise delivery schedules, ensuring one to one work, groups, clubs and school sessions are appropriately staffed and resourced.
• Manage delegated budgets and approve individual expenses in line with organisational procedures.
• Contribute to service planning and improvement by sharing insights from young carers, families and frontline delivery.

2. Service Delivery and Quality

• Oversee the daily flow of referrals, assessments and casework, ensuring timely allocation and consistent quality standards. Provide guidance to the team with their individual caseloads. 
• Coordinate and monitor the delivery of group sessions, clubs and school-based activities to ensure they are safe, engaging and age-appropriate.
• Ensure there is adequate staff and volunteer cover to enable the schedule of sessions and activities.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate information for families, schools and professionals, including content for the website and promotional materials.
• Support effective volunteer participation in groups, events and activities, working with the Volunteer Manager to ensure volunteers are appropriately trained, supervised and valued.

3. People and Team Development

• Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance and coaching to staff, ensuring they are supported, motivated and clear about priorities.
• Support the Head of Services with team meetings, supervision and annual appraisals.
• Ensure all team members are trained and equipped to the required standard, identifying learning needs and coordinating relevant development opportunities.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and supportive working environment, addressing interpersonal issues promptly and constructively. 

4. Safeguarding and Inclusion

• Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL), receiving, responding to and recording safeguarding concerns and escalating to the DSL (Head of Services) in a timely manner.
• Ensure robust safeguarding practices are embedded across all delivery settings, including schools and community venues.
• Champion equality, diversity and inclusion, ensuring activities are accessible, inclusive and representative of Buckinghamshire’s diverse communities.

5. Partnerships and Representation

• Maintain day-to-day relationships with schools, youth organisations, community groups and VCSE partners to coordinate delivery and share information.
• Represent Carers Bucks at local forums, events and school-based meetings as agreed with the Head of Services.
• Promote awareness of young carers and young adult carers and the support available through Carers Bucks, sharing information and good practice with partner organisations.
• Provide feedback from schools, young and young adult carers and community partners to inform service improvement and planning.

6. Performance, Data and Reporting

• Record and monitor service data accurately, ensuring compliance with GDPR and organisational procedures.
• Track team performance against agreed objectives and highlight areas requiring support or improvement.
• Analyse data and feedback to identify trends and contribute to quarterly and annual reports.
• Provide case studies and operational insights to evidence impact and support funding and reporting requirements.

About you

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience of supervising or leading a team.
• Background in youth work, education, social care or the voluntary sector.
• Experience of working directly with young people and/or unpaid carers.
• Experience of partnership working with schools, community organisations or health and social care professionals.
• Experience of handling safeguarding concerns and maintaining appropriate records.
• Experience of report writing, record keeping and using client databases or CRM systems.

Knowledge and Understanding

• Strong understanding of young people’s development.
• Robust knowledge of safeguarding principles for both children and adults.

About the Role 

We are seeking a capable, motivated Operations Manager to lead on the effective running of our charity’s systems and operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring our work remains efficient, financially sustainable, and aligned with our strategic goals. 

Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Leadership Team, you will oversee the smooth functioning of our internal systems—including finance, CRM, IT, and communications—while supporting fundraising processes and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Leading Our Operations: Accountable for the smooth operational running of our Operational, HR and Financial Systems, including Salesforce, and identifying operational risks that could affect the charity’s mission. Your proactive approach will help us stay on track and keep making a difference.

2. Supporting Our Fundraising: Work closely with other members of the Leadership Team to identify fundraising opportunities, support with bid writing, and take responsibility for individual giving, managing our fundraising CRM, Donorfy. 

3. Supporting Change: Accountable for managing transitional change programmes across the organisation in respect to operational processes and procedures. Help our team adapt to new processes and procedures by providing guidance, training, and resources.

4. Financial Oversight: Understand the revenues and expenses of the charity in order to promote operational efficiency while managing cashflow risks. Whilst this role doesn’t require advanced experience in accounting or bookkeeping, the holder will take responsibility for day-to-day finance processes, including invoicing, account reconciliation on our account software Xero, and monthly financial reporting, as well as working alongside our external accountant. 

5. Communications and IT Fluency: Oversee systems supporting communications and marketing, including our social media platforms and website, ensuring effective collaboration with our external partners.

We have an established centralised Student Opportunities team that manages the oversight of additional enrichment opportunities and programmes across the charity including arts-based programmes, career placements, and the development of IntoUniversity’s Associate Network (alumni community). We are looking for an interim Oxbridge Programme Manager to join our Student Opportunities team on a fixed-term basis. You will lead on the delivery and development of our comprehensive programme of support for young people across our network who are interested in applying to Oxford, Cambridge or other highly-selective universities. You will provide expert advice and support to student cohorts in group workshops and on a one-to-one basis to help them make informed decisions about their future choices and submit competitive applications.

Job Purpose

The Oxbridge Programme Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Explore Oxbridge programme. They will work closely with the Head of Student Opportunities to plan and develop the programme.

The role will involve the management and coordination of a comprehensive package of support for students from Year 9 / S2 upwards. This includes workshops, webinars, day trips and residentials designed to increase student knowledge about studying at selective universities, in particular The University of Oxford and The University of Cambridge.

The role will involve stewardship of various stakeholders, including Oxbridge colleges and IU school partners. The Programme Manager will work closely with the wider Student Opportunities team and IntoUniversity centre teams to ensure students are benefitting from the programme.

Explore Oxbridge

The Explore Oxbridge programme is open to students who are either currently being supported by IntoUniversity centres (typically students aged 14-18 years) or IntoUniversity Student Associates (IU alumni). The programme offered to students will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Personal statement support
• Mock interview practice
• Student life workshops and webinars
• Subject choice advice
• Research project support
• Subject taster sessions
• Open days and residentials

Eligibility for the role

In order to be eligible for the role, applicants will:

• Have completed an undergraduate degree to a 2.2 or higher.
• Have achieved a grade C or higher in GCSE Maths and English/ achieved National 5s or Standard Grade at Credit level (grades 1-2) in Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Have EITHER a minimum of 18 months full-time paid experience working in a delivery role at IntoUniversity; OR a minimum of 2 years full-time paid or voluntary experience working with children and young people, either at IntoUniversity, or external organisations, or a combination of both. Please note that we will not take part-time, seasonal or ad-hoc work into account when calculating the length of full-time experience.
• Have the right to work in the UK (please note that as a charity we do not have the capacity to sponsor work visas).
• Be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Oxbridge application and admissions process and how to translate this into engaging, differentiated and age-appropriate materials, programmes and content.
• Be able to apply knowledge of H.E. and the Oxbridge college system, to help young people decide about their futures; and have knowledge of national developments in H.E. and their impact on young people traditionally underrepresented in H.E.
• Have experience of confidently liaising with a variety of stakeholders, for example: head teachers, funders, universities

We’re looking for an energetic and creative Community Development Worker at the Thornbury Centre in Bradford. You’ll plan and deliver engaging activities for families and residents - from Stay and Play sessions to community discussions and reading groups.

You’ll also support our food pantry and community library, provide advice and signposting to local people, and work closely with volunteers, schools, and partner organisations to make a real difference.

We’re looking for a Delivery Officer (Employability and Skills) to help coordinate and deliver some of our impactful employability projects, including flagship initiatives like Access Aspiration and Holiday Hope Employability. You’ll work directly with young Londoners, schools, and employers to make opportunities happen; from coordinating logistics and work placements to facilitating engaging career-readiness sessions that connect young people with their futures.

Day to day, you’ll support employer and school engagement, ensure smooth project delivery, and identify opportunities to improve how we work. You’ll contribute to team planning and collaboration by sharing insights from delivery, gathering feedback, and helping showcase the real impact of our programmes.

Working closely with the Delivery Manager, you’ll have the independence to manage your own workload while drawing on the support and expertise of a collaborative team. You’ll also help nurture long-term partnerships with businesses and schools, supporting our shared goal of helping 250,000 young Londoners access positive opportunities, healthy food, and meaningful career connections.

School Governance and Admissions Officer

We wish to appoint a skilled and experienced team member to be the lead officer for school governance and admissions in Church of England schools across the Diocese.  The post holder will work closely with the Director and Deputy Director of Education, schools, governors and senior leadership teams.

The principal duties include:

• Providing advice and support relating to school admissions to headteachers and school governors
• Advising school governing boards and headteachers on issues of compliance and governance, including complaints and disciplinary issues
• Developing and delivering training related to admissions and governance
• Managing the recruitment and appointment process of foundation governors
• Working with the Deputy Director and School Effectiveness Team to address leadership and management issues in schools with the purpose of raising standards and improving outcomes for children

About You

• Be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and with experience of being a school governor, clerk to governors or have other relevant governance experience
• Have up to date knowledge and understanding of education legislation and regulation related to admissions and governance for Church Schools and Multi-Academy Trusts
• Have the ability to plan and deliver high quality training to governors and headteachers
• Be able to establish effective working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including governors, headteachers, academy partners and Local Authority officers
• Be committed and confident in the aims and ethos of the Diocese of Chichester as an outward facing ambassador for the diocesan Education team

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engaging with local groups, schools and individuals - whether by phone, in person, or at events to increase income
• Coordinate and grow our collection pot network, ensuring regular collections 
• Support our amazing fundraising groups and individual supporters, generating publicity for their activities to enhance visibility and engagement. 
• Manage Just Giving and other online giving platforms for community events, and ensuring that donors and participants are thanked in a timely and appropriate manner
• Organise and support volunteers for events and campaigns as needed, making sure they feel valued and ready to help
• Respond to general telephone and in-person enquiries about donations and fundraising

About you

• Proven experience in community fundraising and volunteer management
• A strong understanding of relational fundraising and how to grow supporter networks
• Ability to manage and update budget/financial information to achieve income and expenditure targets
• Effective project management experience to take ideas from planning through to successful delivery
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
• Strong writing skills to create clear, timely reports and communications
• Confidence in networking and representing the organisation at all levels

The LTA Tennis Foundation, the LTA's official charity, is in the exciting, early stages of their fundraising journey and we are looking to recruit our first Philanthropy Manager, to support the Fundraising Lead in delivering our plan, taking a particular lead on managing our relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs).

We are fortunate to have an impressive, and growing, portfolio of prospective major donors and this role will be responsible for further prospecting, the cultivation of gifts, and stewarding of HNWIs – ensuring we build high impact relationships that help us to achieve our ambitious financial targets. While major donors will be your focus, as a small team, you will also play an important role in supporting the Fundraising Lead with a significant programme of wider activity within our fundraising plan.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results driven fundraiser, with demonstrable experience in securing major gifts from individuals, exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for the power that sport can play in improving lives. 

Although the Philanthropy Manager will be employed by the LTA, which brings the opportunity to utilise the significant infrastructure and resources of a large organisation, your work will be dedicated to the LTA Tennis Foundation.

• This is a permanent role, however we are opening to considering part time applications, although you must be able to commit to 3 days per week, minimum.
