Ignite Life has been helping young people in need since 2019. Our mission is to provide frontline services to disadvantaged and marginalised young people and families across the Southwest for them to overcome adversity and reach their potential. About the role:

Reporting to, and working closely with, the Chair of the Board of Trustees, the CEO will provide leadership, direction and management of Ignite Life to ensure the charity delivers its strategic aims and objectives.

The CEO will have overall responsibility for the operation of the organisation and for supporting our dynamic team to be all they can be, bringing people together and keeping them motivated.

About KLS’ Future Foundations education team 

Future Foundations is an education programme of Katherine Low Settlement. Since 2004, KLS’ Future Foundations education team of 10 part-time staff and over 100 volunteers, have supported young refugees and their families in Battersea and the London Borough of Wandsworth to thrive in their education. Through mentoring, family support, casework and homework clubs, we provide the tailored support each young person and their family (if they have one) needs to overcome the barriers to education they face at home and school.

Building Independence
One of those priorities is their Building Independence portfolio. Building independence prioritises supporting organisations working with young people aged 14 to 25. Too many lack the support, relationships, or safe spaces they need – especially those leaving care, excluded from school, living with a learning disability or navigating life as an LGBTQ+ young person.

The foundation fund work that helps young people to raise aspirations, build confidence and feel equipped for the next stage of life. They also support work that joins up fragmented services and pushes for policies that reflect the real experiences of young people. Through their partners, they want to help young people not just get by but move forward with purpose. They also want to help create the conditions where young people shape the communities and systems around them too

The Role
The role of Grants Manager will work to support the successful delivery of grant within the Building Independence Portfolio. This includes the undertaking of grant application assessment, participation in application decision meetings and undertake visits to meet organisations working in this area. You will support this work by undertaking complimentary policy research, building a deeper sector knowledge to support the development and continuous improvement of the fund.

The Candidate
Successful candidates will come with experience, or understanding, of grant making, particularly with understanding of youth voice and systems change. They’re looking to bring someone in with a good understanding of the principles of good grant making. This includes knowing the terminology and grant making practices.  

Candidates will also need to come into the organisation with an understanding of how youth voice can shape work. The foundation want to strengthen organisations that do youth voice work well. Candidates will need to come into this role with an understanding of youth voice and associated language.  

They are also keen on candidates with experience, or understanding of, systems change. This can take many shapes and sizes, as long as the work candidates have delivered has been focused on changing and adapting systems for beneficiaries.

Background

The Minster Centre is a registered charity based in Queens Park, London NW6 that trains psychotherapists and counsellors and provides an accessible therapy service. As an accredited higher education organisation, we provide in-person and online courses throughout the week and weekend. The Minster Centre provides a psychotherapy and counselling service to the local community and has a number of rooms that are hired out for therapy, training, and events.

The Reception Manager is a critical and central role at The Minster Centre, providing a welcoming service to students, room hirers, therapy clients and staff members that is efficient and aligned with The Minster Centre’s Ethos. As part of this role, you will provide first-line support to tutors and students as well as undertake administrative duties crucial to the running of the Centre. You will also provide support to other staff members where appropriate.

Job summary

The ideal candidate will have previous administration and front of house experience to help ensure that all building users (students, room hirers and clients) are welcomed, that the building is available and set up for training and therapy services, and that the building is closed and secured at the end of the day. Furthermore, they would be organised, have excellent IT skills and knowledge and, ideally, practice of using Zoom. They will have the ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure. Duties and responsibilities

Oversee and manage the Reception Team

• Ensure Reception is always covered by organising a reception rota that covers absence, holidays, etc.

General management of Reception

• Receive and welcome visitors.
• Co-ordinate access to the building, opening and closing of the building.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Order stationary and other supplies as requested.
• Manage petty cash.
• Keep the reception area tidy.

Event and training support

Student support and progression 

• Ensure that students are enrolled on courses and set up on systems accurately.
• Manage the re-enrolment process between academic years. 
• Oversee the recording of student progression. 
• Liaise with and support the Operations Team in organising the annual Graduation event and ensuring all eligible students receive timely information.

Reporting to the Head of College, you will be accountable for the effective and proper conduct of all financial activities, ensuring robust systems of monitoring and control are in place. You will lead the annual audit preparation and ensure full compliance with financial standards for charities.

A key part of your role will be to provide strategic financial advice to the Senior Teams and the College Council. You will be at the forefront of financial planning, budget setting, and investment strategy. As a senior leader, you will also manage key relationships with our legal and financial advisors and auditors.

In addition to your financial responsibilities, you will be the Company Secretary for all Group subsidiaries. You will also lead the Finance Team, managing performance and ensuring they deliver an outstanding service to all stakeholders.

About the role
Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Configuration Specialist to focus on three key areas; Configuring a new Salesforce platform, integration of existing platforms, and supporting users around the world.

As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will work closely with our existing Salesforce Support Specialists and Salesforce team, configuring the new system as well as being the first point of contact for Salesforce support across all staff in all 18 countries. Working with the system solution designs and architecture design documents created by the Salesforce Systems Architect, they will configure a brand-new Salesforce platform for program and beneficiary management. They will also need to ensure it is integrated with our existing NPSP donor management platform and works with other systems and services across the organisation.

In addition to configuration, they will triage incoming tickets, provide support, fix problems, make configuration changes, and work closely with our International Project Manager and Salesforce Developer and Product Owner to manage change requests. 

Who we are looking for 
You will have proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and strong experience implementing new configurations from scratch. Educated to relevant degree level (or equivalent, or qualified by experience), be a certified Salesforce Admin, and have experience with NPSP. NPC would be an advantage. 

A logical thinker, excellent problem solver, and an ability to juggle multiple duties and prioritise competing tasks. You must be able to translate solution designs and technical designs into working solutions. 

You must be an excellent written and verbal communicator, have strong stakeholder management skills, and be excellent at customer service.

You must be an exceptionally competent English speaker and have the right to travel to the UK and work in one of the following countries: UK, Albania, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Switzerland or Ukraine.

The Role

The Finance Director will provide strategic financial leadership across the charity, supporting its mission through robust financial management, long-term planning, and operational oversight. Key responsibilities include:
