The Deputy Head of Fundraising will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission. Fairtrade Foundation We are recruiting for a Sustainable Sourcing Lead at the Fairtrade Foundation. This role is a new senior technical role to deliver and implement new and innovative solutions across Fairtrade supply chains.
This role will be leading the supply chain development for a pioneering Fairtrade strategic initiative which is supporting UK grocery retailers to collaborate on sustainability in supply chains. This role will have a focus on two key commodities; cocoa and coffee and will be responsible for a team developing & implementing sustainable supply chain strategies for key identified commodities. This roles focus is to:

A self-starter, you’ll need to be able to work independently within agreed brand guidelines and with minimal supervision. You’ll also need to be highly organised, ensuring that deadlines are met and that content lands in a timely manner. Through analytics, you’ll monitor engagement, using these insights to inform our evolving content plan and drive growth.
As well as creating compelling content for our core communications platforms, you’ll also provide valuable support to our ambitious press plan, helping to amplify the voice of Pilgrims’ Friend Society in local and national media.

The role
As the motion design producer at Breast Cancer Now, you’ll play a key role in helping bring our work to life.
You’ll be creating high quality, engaging content about our life-changing research, campaigning, fundraising, services and health information. And you’ll be part of the multimedia team, where we produce video, photography, motion design and audio that help strengthen our brand and tell our story.
Reporting to the senior multimedia manager, you’ll be producing motion design projects that cover all aspects of the organisation. This includes producing multiple small and large-scale motion projects throughout the year to support major campaigns and projects. Experience of producing long and short-form content with an eye towards social trends is also desirable.
The role may require some work on larger video and photography projects throughout the year to support the wider team, so any skills in video production, video editing or photography would be an advantage.
About you
You’ll have a keen interest in all things motion design and have a good portfolio of work to show this. You’ll be hard-working and highly motivated, with a flexible approach to your work. And you’ll be used to working in a busy team environment and able to work on your own initiative.
Strong communication skills are essential as you’ll be working with teams across the charity, supporters and people affected by breast cancer.

About the role
As Crisis’ Media and Artist Liaison Officer, you will play a key role in securing impactful media coverage that inspires the public and politicians to join our fight to end homelessness by raising awareness of our influencing campaigns and fundraising events. You will help to build Crisis’ profile by bringing to life our work, demonstrating how we end people’s homelessness for good through education, training and support with housing, employment, and health. Your role will be creative and varied. You’ll work with our frontline staff to identify people facing homelessness who want to share their stories and empower them to do so. The Director of Finance Business Partnering (Operations) is a critical role within the Financial Strategy, Planning & Performance division that will lead, develop and deliver high quality finance business partnering and decision support to all the central services of the university, including providing financial planning, reporting and insight across revenue and capital funded activity.
You will support the senior Director of the Financial Strategy, Planning & Performance function in development and improvement projects. Examples include the development of a professional competencies framework to support career progression and performance at all levels, supported by learning and development opportunities, improving key processes, resource allocation and financial planning methodologies, and reporting on financial performance.
As part of the function’s senior management team, this role will lead a team of finance business partners who will provide outstanding partnering services to our central services including large functions such as Estates and Facilities, IT, Students & Education, Research Management and on other crucial ‘head office’ activities. Working closely with the corporate reporting team on the provision of management accounts, you will lead on financial performance support in-year and across our three-year financial planning framework. At WithYou we are looking for a Head of Internal Communications to join our organisation. This is a full time, fixed term maternity cover position until August 2025. Reporting into the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications, this role will join our Marketing and Communications directorate, an innovative team of people who are committed to raising the profile of WithYou, our clients and our colleagues. In this role you will lead WithYou’s internal communications and engagement strategy so our people understand and can contribute to our strategy and direction.
You will work to improve communications, engagement and channel delivery across WithYou, leading the journey to a new interactive platform, using a new internal content strategy to inform it. In addition, you will forge strong relationships to coach, influence and provide clear direction and leadership on all internal communications activity, helping to develop and embed a new organisational strategy and other initiatives, with staff insight at the core.

REQUIRED SKILLS
We are looking for demonstrable experience in a similar role, with knowledge of the approaches, tools and techniques that support clear implementation of internal communications and engagement. It is essential that you have experience of adapting central messaging for specific audiences, a proven ability to deliver an annual programme of staff events, along with managing effective and accessible channels that encourage an inclusive and supportive culture. This is a busy team, with multiple priorities ongoing and huge plans for the future, so it's important that you are highly organised and able to manage your time effectively.

Fundraising Strategist

Purpose of job:
As Senior Fundraising Strategist you’ll play an integral role in defining the fundraising strategies for cross organisational campaigns and targeted fundraising and engagement activities. Working as a senior fundraising strategist within our Campaign Strategy & Planning team, you’ll direct cross-disciplinary project teams from across all levels of the business to deliver target beating initiatives from Red Nose Day to new product development initiatives that drive new revenue streams. You’ll help establish data and insight led planning processes, ensuring strategies are well informed and robust. You’ll ensure test and learn is embedded in any project and that rigorous analysis is built into measurement and evaluation processes.
Key responsibilities:
· Work with the Head of Campaign Strategy & Planning and key colleagues across the Fundraising team, to support the development of annual fundraising and engagement plans, establishing planning; monitoring and evaluation processes for agreed activities, specifically but not limited to organisational campaigns and new income driving initiatives.
· Directly lead agreed cross-organisational multi-disciplinary project teams to robustly plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate agreed campaigns and projects.
· Support the Head of Campaign Strategy & Planning to roll out an agreed fundraising planning process, ensuring campaigns and project strategies are developed using internal and external knowledge, data and insight; are planned in good time to deliver maximum impact and are responsive to audience and market requirements and trends.
· Support Head of Campaign Strategy and Planning to embed new ways of working within team and across Comic Relief, working with the core campaign planning team, the wider fundraising team and colleagues particularly in Production and Funding to continually improve processes
· Inspire and facilitate creative and innovative thinking and action, working with colleagues, including our Fundraising Innovation Lead, to ensure our fundraising campaigns and projects represent our disruptor brand and speak to new external innovations appropriate to target audience segments
· Devise and / or make use of a suite of data and insight tracking and reporting tools that are leveraged to drive optimisation and efficiency as well as informing new approaches to maximise supporter acquisition, development and retention and associated income opportunities
· Work closely with audience teams and activity owners to measure performance and to assess and communicate the results of campaigns and projects including retrospectives to aid continuous improvement.
· Working with the Creative Fundraising Strategy Lead, support the roll out of training and ongoing development of best practice planning and strategic development approaches.

Essential criteria
· A working understanding of fundraising, having recently devised and implemented successful fundraising strategies and initiatives
· Experience of analysing data and insights to inform decision making; with proven abilities in financial modelling and interpretation of data and insight into actionable plans and initiatives
· Knowledge of segmentation and audience targeting strategies, including experience of using audience listening and audience targeting tools and services to define an audience first approach to planning initiatives
· Experience of planning; monitoring and evaluating major campaigns or projects, incl financial modelling, objective and KPI setting and preparing relevant documentation that underpins the delivery of activities
· Experience of working as part of project teams, taking the lead where appropriate
· Knowledge of fundraising and project management methodologies and experience of working with different approaches to project planning and delivery

Last year we saw a 133% growth in the numbers of young people facing homelessness coming through our doors. Now, nearly half of them are - or recently have been - sleeping rough and with the numbers of young rough sleepers in the capital growing at an alarming rate, New Horizon Youth Centre has had to take decisive action to unlock support and housing for this group. The Head of Services - Rough Sleeping is a brand-new role for the organisation and will lead on developing a new internal strategy for young people facing rough sleeping, as well as holding operational oversight of our established youth-specific street outreach function and emergency accommodation hub, both of which are unique in London. You will need to be strategic in approach and an excellent relationship builder. You will act as our lead colleague on relationships with the Greater London Authority and London Councils’ rough sleeping teams, working with them to ensure our learning and insights inform policy and ultimately open up access to emergency support for those under 25. Alongside this you will need a keen eye for operational detail, have experience of delivering homelessness services, and be passionate about piloting new solutions to prevent homelessness among young people. More than anything you will need to champion what young people can achieve, be committed to collaborating with others and determined to find a way.
