The role and your key responsibilities
As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area make the most out of the Unifrog platform. You’ll build and maintain excellent working relationships with your partner schools and colleges, and provide expert guidance on how to embed the platform across all year groups.
You will cover your own area of the country with occasional travel to your partner schools and colleges (on average 1-2 days per week). Please note you will need to be based in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, or North London for this role.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Work with schools and colleges to provide resources and strategies which maximise staff and student engagement with Unifrog, identifying and promoting best practice across partner schools.

Deliver targeted training sessions to staff within our partner schools and colleges via workshops and presentations, delivered remotely or in person.

Work with your partner Area Manager to improve Unifrog engagement and achieve a sky high resubscription rate.

Monitor and analyse usage across partner schools and colleges; identifying partners that need additional support to use the platform effectively.

Listen to teachers and students about how we can improve our customer service and the Unifrog platform.

Attend conferences and run CPD events on behalf of Unifrog.

The Role

1MM Business Development Officer main tasks include:

Developing, own and executing 1MM’s employer and mentor recruitment strategy

Researching and identifying new employer and mentor opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, partnerships, or new ways of reaching mentors.

Sourcing enough new mentors (on top of 1MM’s existing base) to ensure 1MM has an oversupply (c.15% higher than demand) of fully trained, location relevant mentors available. This year the target is 1600 mentors and will double per year for the next two years.

Building a sustainable growth engine that ensures the pipeline of mentors remains sufficient on an ongoing basis through employer, professional and community networks.

Generating leads and cold call prospective employer and mentor partners. Tracking and updating all relationships on Salesforce.

Fostering and developing relationships with partners and sponsors so that you can generate repeat mentors as well as finding new opportunities

Working closely with 1MM colleagues to handover the mentor relationships to the right people across departments.

Supporting the CCO to grow 1MM’s corporate income stream by doing market research and mapping employers who support CSR, ESG, Diversity and Community Engagement strategies.

Presenting with CCO to potential employer partners, hosting stalls at employer conferences and engaging staff networks.

Working with the Social Media and Marketing Executive to identify marketing campaigns and collateral in order to attract and recruit mentors.

Meeting all quality assurance KPIs.

Terms and Conditions: This is a full-time role with an initial 6-month contract (continuing subject to funding). About the role:
The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Drive Data Team Manager and Senior Managers within the Drive Partnership to ensure data and reporting remains rigorous and robust, and informs recommendations across the Drive Programme and partners. The National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS), is the only patient-led organisation in the UK specialising in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). Due to its targeted focus on RA and JIA, NRAS provides truly expert and wide-ranging services to support, educate and campaign for people living with these complex autoimmune conditions, their families and the health professionals who treat them.
1. Main Purpose of Job
To drive referrals to and use of, NRAS services from NHS relationships across the UK.
Identify, build and maintain relationships with Rheumatology and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure relevant healthcare professionals are aware of the support that NRAS provides to people with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Adult Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis.
To work with those healthcare professionals to maximise uptake of their referrals to our services.

Qualifications: A-level or qualified by experience
Experience:
- Demonstrable experience working in a similar environment such as charity/public sector or pharmaceutical etc. into NHS
- Health related services experience
- Proven track record of securing new business for service delivery
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to initiate, analyse, monitor and evaluate outcomes
- Experience of delivering at a senior level.
- Experience in overseeing multiple projects with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and expectations.
Knowledge and skills:
- Highly developed relationship development skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word; Excel; PowerPoint
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Understanding of the health environment
- Understanding of Rheumatoid Arthritis and its treatment

We're looking for someone to be the regional representative for Crimestoppers in the Avon and Somerset area, with specific responsibility for;
- Creation and delivery of local/county/regionally specific crime-based campaigns in partnership with law enforcement agencies, local committees and volunteers.
- Coordination of cross border and national activity in support of ROCU’S, the NCA and other bodies such as the GLAA.
- Identifying and maximising funding opportunities for our charity including RM post, campaign activity, Fearless workers and for Business Development.
- Enabling volunteer committees to develop so they can operate effectively and achieve their full potential.
- Act as Crimestoppers spokesperson for the region covered, regarding media interviews.

- Project management i.e. scoping planning, implementation and delivery of projects
- Budget management experience
- Ability to spend time away from home to meet the needs of the role.
- Ability to work unsociable hours in line with the needs of the role.
- Ability to work to tight timescales, and to work within pressurised time critical and decision-making scenarios.
Desirable
- Experience of working with the commercial/ statutory sector in relation to campaigns/ media.
- Experience of working with volunteers and the third sector.
- Ability to liaise with senior and junior management within organisations to delivered relevant outcomes.
- Basic knowledge of policing practice.
