Based in our London Head Office the Executive Assistant will organise, prepare agendas and take minutes of Board, Sub-Committees and management meetings, maintain excellent records and support the Company Secretary to ensure governance requirements are met. In addition, they will provide administrative support for routine HR issues including our recruitment process.
We are seeking someone with experience of supporting senior level meetings, who is comfortable working with senior executives and board members and dealing with sensitive or confidential information. They will also have excellent organisational, interpersonal and customer service skills and a strong attention to detail. Richmond AID has successfully delivered the BuddyUp project in Richmond and Kingston for more than 10 years. We have established referral routes into the project and good links for attracting volunteers. This role is to work supporting young people in the borough of Kingston and you will work closely with our Richmond BuddyUp Coordinator.
BuddyUp Coordinator is a fun and exciting role at Richmond AID which requires someone who is motivated, creative and can work from their own initiative. The Buddy Up Coordinator will match disabled young people aged 14 to 17 to a volunteer buddy who will support them to access services and leisure opportunities. This post will be based in our offices in Teddington and will predominantly cover the borough of Richmond though at times you may also provide support in the borough of Kingston.
Your role is to recruit and train the volunteers, and then match them with a young person, providing ongoing support to young people and volunteers. You will work closely with our Kingston Buddy Coordinator running joint monthly group activities. So far trips have included bowling, cinema, crazy golf, shopping, days out in London, laser tag, boat trips, etc.
About you
You will be organised, and ideally have experience of running a project and experience of working with disabled people and/or young people. Training can be provided. You will have excellent communication and IT skills, administrative skills and be fully competent on Microsoft applications. You will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

About this role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Reprieve team as our Head of Digital and Mass Engagement covering parental leave. With the support of the Deputy Director of Development, you will lead our fast‐moving and creative Mass Engagement Team, who power fundraising across multiple channels. They do this by engaging and building a community of supporters and running campaigns that inspire people to support our work.
As a dynamic leader, you will oversee this area of our work by delivering and implementing Reprieve’s recently launched Mass Engagement strategy. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, as you lead digital campaigns that mobilise Reprieve’s existing community (currently about 95,000 people in the UK and 9,000 in the US) while inspiring others to join the movement.
Our Mass Engagement work is at a pivotal moment. Reprieve’s income from the general public through regular and individual giving, generated largely by email fundraising, has experienced a drop, with many of our supporters understandably reassessing their charitable giving in the face of the economic crisis.
In response to this new context, Reprieve is launching its new strategy and investing creatively to ensure sustained engagement and growth of our incredible community of supporters. The role
As our Head of Finance, reporting into the CFO, you’ll lead the finance team, ensuring robust financial management and sustainability to support our charitable objectives. What are we looking for?

Here’s some of the experience and expertise you’ll need for the role:
· A professional accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualified financial and operational management experience.
· Prior experience in a senior level finance role with responsibility across the entire finance function, including hands on experience in delivering business partnering.
· Significant experience of financial planning and analysis.
· Commercial or charity accounting experience, including the preparation of statutory accounts, and preferably SORP compliance.
· Experience leading an end-to-end external audit process.
· Familiarity developing, improving and implementing financial procedures and controls.
You’ll also have good knowledge of the legislative, tax and regulatory framework of companies, ideally in the not-for-profit sector. Most of all we want someone who reflects who we are as an organisation.

You will be proficient in various analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics 4 and Bing Analytics), and email and social media tracking tools, with experience in drafting clear, concise reports and in providing considered recommendations based on your insights.
You will also be confident using Google Data Studio/Looker, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar and various SEO tools. You will have a sound working knowledge of cookie compliance and take on the role of team lead for ensuring GDPR compliance and organisational confidence across paid media plans.

The Role

Responsibilities and Duties
- To establish a fundraising strategy and ensure fundraising compliance.

- To research and develop a trust and foundation pipeline and prepare and submit grant applications and draft progress reports
- To grow our income and diversify our donor pool through targeted campaigns
- To grow our network – including influencers and organisations that can help to raise our profile
- To ensure appropriate stewardship processes are in place so that donors at all levels feel well thanked and informed of their impact.
- To grow our presence amongst small to medium businesses, London schools and local residents
- To build partnerships with businesses to extend our profile and find new funding opportunities
- To effectively engage schools and businesses to support the Foundation, to raise awareness and help raise funds
- To liaise with the team on a regular basis to explore better community engagement, local connections, and fundraising opportunities
- To report regularly to the Board on income, prospects, and strategic objectives in alignment with our objectives

- Professional experience of sustainability issues in the private or public sector, as well as experience in the management of an EMS and undertaking audits.

- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop staff. You will be responsible for a team of x 3.
