A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Performance Marketing Officer to join a leading charity, that supports children and young people across the UK. This is an initial 12 month FTC, working either fully remote, or 1 day in the London office, in a full-time role.

Joining a creative communications, marketing and planning team, this role supports the delivery and optimisation of the paid marketing strategy across the charity. Their aim is to maximise resources for the charity’s mission by raising funds, providing the best possible supporter experience, and building long-term relationships between donors and their cause.

You will be:

• Working closely with teams to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns to help meet our ambitious objectives and income targets.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to develop SMART campaign briefs, digital plans and deliverables to achieve campaign objectives.   

Your previous skills and experience:

• Substantial experience of delivering fully integrated marketing campaigns as a part of customer/supporter acquisition and retention strategies.
• Substantial experience of managing marketing, communications or digital projects successfully from inception to closure, scheduling, finding solutions to problems, and communicating effectively throughout.
• Possess a good understanding of campaign tracking basics and work closely with Web Analytics and Data teams to review and improve campaign performance, then produce insights and share recommendations with stakeholders to refine and improve existing and future campaign performance.

We are looking for a Senior Individual Giving Officer (Retention) to join our Fundraising team.

Title: Senior IG Officer, Retention

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Fundraising Manager to work closely with the Head of Programme Funding to drive new donor engagement and secure sustainable, multi-year funding. Experience:

What you’ll be doing

• Managing incoming media enquiries, ensuring journalists receive a prompt and efficient response and briefing spokespeople to help turn incoming enquiries into opportunities to proactively communicate key messages.

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Engagement Manager to head up our Digital Team, taking the lead on driving forward the organisation’s digital marketing and communications. You’ll work with the Head of Marketing and Communications to develop and deliver the digital elements of the wider marketing and communications strategy, and line manage senior officers who lead the operations and development of our website, social media, email marketing and paid advertising activities. 

You’ll play a lead role in maximising digital marketing opportunities, raising the profile of the organisation, communicating information, services and campaigns to new and existing supporters, and using insights and data to drive engagement and growth across the organisation. You’ll be the go-to expert for major initiatives that require digital support, from communication campaigns to change projects. You’ll also bring insights into the latest trends and developments in the digital marketing landscape.

You’ll be a digital all-rounder with enough hands-on knowledge and experience to support your operational leads, and the ability to think strategically, guiding the team and driving forward new ideas and initiatives.
