We're looking for a passionate individual to join Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust as our Head of Fundraising. This is a new senior strategic position within Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust (OHC&AT), with overarching responsibility for all Fundraising across the organisation. Reporting to the Executive Director of Development, the Head of Fundraising will be a self-starter, who is target driven and proactive. We are seeking a hands-on, dynamic, and engaging person to take on this role. An outstanding communicator, who will build relationships across our schools and college to fully understand what the funding needs are. A fundraising all-rounder who will be able to identify which route of fundraising could be the most fruitful and have the know-how and ability to pursue these opportunities.

The College and Schools lend themselves to many corporate partnerships with their vocational courses for students ranging from, Catering and Hospitality, to Farming, Hair and Beauty and Retail. The Head of Fundraising will manage and support the Trusts and Foundations Manager and be able to expand the portfolio of Trust supporters through experience and knowledge and by supporting and guiding this post holder, who already has much success. The Therapeutic Service Co-ordinator & Clinician is a vital member of the DreamArts Core Team. This role combines project co-ordination with direct therapeutic support through our EXPRESS PLUS service and our work with young carers.
EXPRESS PLUS is a free therapy service based in Westminster offering weekly one-to-one or parent-child creative therapeutic support to young people aged 7–18 (or up to 25 with additional needs). It is the only service of its kind in the borough and we provide a safe and welcoming space for clients to explore issues such as domestic violence, sexual abuse, and suicidal ideation.
Sessions take place at three community venues and are delivered by qualified or qualifying therapists using a wide range of creative tools—arts and crafts, sand play, puppets, games—to help young people express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe. With an 80% retention rate after three sessions and two-thirds of clients from global majority backgrounds, the service has a demonstrable impact.
EXPRESS PLUS is proudly user-led. Young people are at the heart of every decision, and the service adapts to meet their needs—typically offering up to 18 weekly sessions, with flexibility depending on circumstances. We accept self-referrals from young people aged 14+, parents/carers, and statutory and voluntary services.
As part of this role, you will also deliver direct therapeutic support to young people with caring responsibilities. This includes offering weekly 1:1 sessions for three young carers and being part of a team facilitating monthly group therapy spaces.

· Ensure all corporate relationships receive exceptional stewardship and that appropriate cultivation plans are developed, maintained and implemented – in particular, quality and timely reporting of impact achieved against funding provided.

Open Door is a young people’s mental health charity that has been based in Haringey, North London for 49 years. It aims to improve mental health and life-chances of young people. We provide an ‘Open Door’ to free, high quality psychological therapy to 12–24-year-olds delivered by experienced and highly trained clinicians. Purpose of the role:
The purpose of this role is to build on our programme of strategic engagement with our key audiences, in order to build our presence, influence and networks in a wide range of UK sectors and topical issues. This includes leading the design and delivery of some of our focused programmes in which we award Fellowships and supporting the Fellows awarded into these programmes to help them increase their UK impact once they’ve done their overseas learning. This role is responsible for delivering all engagement activity across our Arts and culture, Community and citizenship, Environment and resources and Governance and public provision universal themes.
Key responsibilities:
Programme Development and Delivery
- With oversight from the Engagement Director, and working with members of the Advisory Council to develop the focus and goals of a three-year Fellowship programme within our Governance and Public Provision universal theme through a process of desk-based research and consultation workshops
- Working with the Head of Comms to design and plan the launch of the new programme to applicants
- Working with the Head of Fellowship to design a support package for applicants into the programme
- With oversight from the Engagement Director, creating and facilitating a Working Group of Fellows, partners and Council members to support the cohort of Fellows awarded within this programme. And working with the other Research and Engagement Manager to develop and enhance our approach to stewarding these Working Groups including ones already in place for our other programmes.
- Supporting the Engagement Director in the recruitment and stewardship of Knowledge Partners for this programme and other programmes under your four thematic sectors
- Working with members of our Advisory Council to review our two environment related programmes with a view to revising them or developing them further.

Sector Relations & Networking

- Leading on the discovery and development phase of a programme of wrap-up engagement activity for Fellows in our Arts and Communities and Children and Young People with experience of care programmes.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Safeguarding Team as our Senior Global Safeguarding Specialist reporting to the Global Safeguarding Director. This is a senior role in the team and will play a key part in managing and supervising safeguarding cases and investigations, as well as providing proactive support and guidance to Members and Country Programmes on a range of safeguarding topics. The role involves a considerable about of proactive prevention work such as designing and facilitating training and resources for a range of audiences (Boards, staff groups, volunteers, communities). In this role you’ll also:
- Lead and Co-lead safeguarding support country programme / member visits.

The Minster Centre is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee that provides training in psychotherapy and counselling and an affordable therapy service.

The Minster Centre Psychotherapy & Counselling Service (MCPCS) also provides a safe, affordable and professional counselling service to people over the age of 18 who are experiencing a range of difficulties. The Minster Centre Psychotherapy & Counselling Service Administrator will work with the Clinical Services Manager and one other Administrator to ensure the smooth running of the service and support in its continuing development.
Role purpose
Enquiries
- Dealing with phone and email enquiries including potential MCPCS clients, existing clients, trainee therapists and placement providers, etc.
- Emailing Assessment Application Forms, assessing suitability of enquirer for service – asking for additional help when required from the Clinical Services Manager.
Administration
- Providing strong administrative support to the Clinical Services Manager.
- Providing regular detailed data information to the Clinical Services Manager, including reports from Access Database and future Charitylog data systems about functionality of service.
- Inputting and updating student data spreadsheets and client spreadsheets relating to client session fees, providing reports and liaising with students, finance team and clients to ensure all session fees are up to date and reporting on any missed payments weekly.
- Administer MCPCS processes and procedures for instance by designing forms and records formats, ensuring they are available to students, supervisors and clients. Ensuring the service has paperwork available to operate effectively: Assessment packs; Allocation packs; student forms.
- Inputting data from paper records and managing electronic records. Keeping data management up to date and archiving files as and when appropriate.
- Assisting Clinical Services Manager and other senior leadership in overseeing MCPCS, with additional tasks as and when requested.

Terms and conditions
Salary: £14,045 pro rata (17.5 hours) - £28,090 FTE (35 hours)
Hours: 17.5 hours per week. Candidates must be available to work on Thursdays.
Location: Hybrid working (onsite and home). The applicant must be available to work from the Minster Centre office (Queen’s Park, NW6) at least one day a week which must include Thursdays.
Contract: 12-month fixed term contract
Holidays: 33 days (including bank holidays) pro rata

ShareAction’s Financial Sector Research team works towards holding financial institutions accountable for their impact on globally important challenges such as tackling climate change, upholding human rights and reversing biodiversity loss.
Asset managers, insurance companies and banks hold a huge amount of influence over the world’s largest companies through their investment and underwriting activities. Our reports rank many of the world’s largest financial institutions on their approach to environmental and social issues, pushing for and facilitating change in the financial sector.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead the delivery of our 2026 benchmark of some of the world’s largest insurance companies (following our 2024 report), using your project management and research skills to ensure timely delivery of a high-quality publication and support the development of junior researchers in the team.
- Coordinate with civil society allies, executing the survey in collaboration with external partners for the first time, as well as continuing to work synergistically with other leading global NGOs.
- Present our work externally and engage with financial institutions, regulators, and industry bodies to provide detailed recommendations for improvement, supporting parallel workstreams on our benchmarks of asset managers and European banks.
Leading a small team of dedicated researchers within the Financial Sector Research team, you will support the Head of the team to ensure delivery of the insurance sector benchmark, one of ShareAction’s key reports ranking financial institutions. This involves organising the team to collect information from institutions and databases, analyse quantitative and qualitative data, produce engaging graphics to communicate results and translate this analysis into actionable steps for financial institutions to take. You would collaborate with teams across ShareAction and strengthen connections with other NGOs and external experts to ensure the rigour of this research.

ShareAction is currently reviewing our strategy for work on the insurance sector, and this role therefore presents an opportunity to help shape the dialogue on how the benchmarks connect with engagement and campaigning expertise in ShareAction to achieve maximum impact.
