WCCM seeks to appoint an experienced, creative, and highly motivated Grant and Major Donor Fundraising Manager to lead fundraising and grant management across a global organisation dedicated to the teaching of Christian Meditation.

Working to the Executive Director, you will interact with our decentralised finance, marketing and communications staff and volunteers.  

Together, you will nurture Major Donor relationships and create and manage appropriate donor stewardship schemes and rationalise our income streams.

You’ll ensure grant reporting and management is kept on track whilst developing targeted proposals for new funding from sympathetic donors in the arena of Trusts and foundations.  

You will work to support both our teaching and resourcing of meditation and the running of our retreat centre in Bonnevaux, near Poitiers in France.

An excellent writer with excellent financial and budgeting skills, you will be adept at pulling together relevant, succinct and compelling information for our donor reports and bids.

You’ll work with communications staff to develop impactful donor communications which enhance our accountability and inspire renewed major donations.  

You will have a demonstrable track record in winning grants as well as in the stewardship of major donors.

The Senior Videographer & Video Editor will lead the creation and management of engaging video content across multiple channels, including social media, fundraising campaigns, and branded content. This role requires strong storytelling, production, and editing skills to develop impactful content that resonates with diverse audiences and drives engagement.

About the Role:

1. Shape and oversee the visual tone and identity of Muslim Aid’s video output.
2. Work closely with senior management, fundraising, and programme teams to identify stories, campaigns, and opportunities for impactful video.
3. Storyboard and record video content including needs assessments, thematical impact stories, staff/donor deployments, and fundraising challenges.
4. Collaborate with Marketing and Fundraising teams to develop video strategies aligned with business goals.

Main Duties

• Lead on the project management, design, content creation and publishing of communications for the Philanthropy team (including impact report and newsletters) and work with translators to ensure communications are produced in other key ClientEarth languages
• Lead on the development of bespoke reporting for six and seven figure restricted and unrestricted gifts to produce high-quality, compelling reports tailored in style and content to suit a range of audiences in different geographies
• Work closely with the Philanthropy team to ensure gold standard stewardship for ClientEarth’s philanthropy donors: driving creative, unique and inspiring ideas for tailored stewardship touchpoints throughout the year;

Senior Marketing & Communications Officer

The Science Council is seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing and Communications Officer to join its engagement and policy team. The post-holder will be responsible for leading and executing impactful communications and marketing initiatives with our members and external stakeholders. The role is pivotal in shaping the organisation’s voice, enhancing brand visibility, and driving engagement across multiple platforms.  

The Science Council is a charity and membership organisation that brings the science professions together and provides professional registration for scientists, science technicians and science teachers. Engaging with member organisations, potential members, science employers, partner organisations and others is central to all our work. The engagement team makes sure that we communicate with them effectively, host events that are relevant to them, have influence on their behalf, and help them improve equity, diversity and inclusion.

Summary of role

Salary: £34-36k

Working hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (we will consider flexible working)

The role

• Provide design support to teams and produce new materials for external communications 
• Oversee the development of our new website and manage our social media channels to increase following and engagement

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Communications Officer to join our ambitious team. This is a new post that will play a key role in delivering our new five year strategy Rural Ambition: enabling communities to thrive.  This includes a commitment to speak up more boldly for rural communities and to build new alliances to widen our reach.  Reporting to the Head of Policy and Public Affairs, you will be responsible for our external communications, including telling eye-catching stories, building relationships with journalists and overseeing our digital communications.  You will support our engagement with policy makers and other stakeholders, and advise and support other team members and our member organisations to promote their work and the impact they are making.

About You

You will be experienced in developing compelling stories and helping to deliver campaigns that raise awareness of low profile issues and drive change.  You will enjoy having a varied role that offers the opportunity to be creative, build new connections and work with colleagues in the team and our wider network.  You will be excited by our ambition to speak up more boldly for rural communities and to focus on the issues where we can make the most impact.  You will be a self-starter as well as a team player, enjoy working in partnership with other organisations, and be used to delivering several projects at one time.  You will have direct experience of living in a rural community or have a strong empathy with our cause.

About you:

We’re looking for a driven and detail focused professional to join our Housing Services Team as a Senior Housing and Income Officer. In this pivotal role, you’ll help ensure our housing services remain financially secure while supporting our clients to sustain their tenancies and build brighter futures. Working closely with our Housing Services and Supported Accommodation teams, you’ll combine practical problem solving with empathy and determination to make sure every client has the best chance to thrive.

You’ll take ownership of rent income management - overseeing complex accounts, tackling arrears, approving adjustments, and managing legal actions with precision and care. You’ll spot risks early, keep everything running to time, and ensure our policies are followed to the letter. Alongside this, you’ll share your knowledge with frontline teams, providing guidance, training and benefit updates that empower others to achieve consistent, high-quality rent collection.

This is a role where your expertise and tenacity will have real impact - strengthening financial stability, supporting lasting change for clients, and shaping the future of how we deliver housing services. • You have solid knowledge of housing management - from tenancy and health & safety to managing evictions.
