The role and your key responsibilities
As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area make the most out of the Unifrog platform. You’ll build and maintain excellent working relationships with your partner schools and colleges, and provide expert guidance on how to embed the platform across all year groups.
You will cover your own area of the country with occasional travel to your partner schools and colleges (on average 1-2 days per week).
Your key responsibilities will include:

Work with schools and colleges to provide resources and strategies which maximise staff and student engagement with Unifrog, identifying and promoting best practice across partner schools.

Deliver targeted training sessions to staff within our partner schools and colleges via workshops and presentations, delivered remotely or in person.

Work with your partner Area Manager to improve Unifrog engagement and achieve a sky high resubscription rate.

Monitor and analyse usage across partner schools and colleges; identifying partners that need additional support to use the platform effectively.

Listen to teachers and students about how we can improve our customer service and the Unifrog platform.

Attend conferences and run CPD events on behalf of Unifrog.

The Role

Job Purpose
- This role sits within our crisis alternative service, Safe Space, which is a core and out of hours service providing a safe and welcoming space for people who are feeling distressed and experiencing crisis. Our aim of the service is to keep individuals well in the community and prevent readmission into hospital. The service operates 365 days a year from 14:00-22:00pm across all our boroughs.
- Staff within the service will provide person-centred, practical and emotional support, face to face or via telephone or virtual on a one-to-one basis to individuals experiencing mental health crisis or preventing crisis.
- The objectives of the service include:
- To improve the mental wellbeing of people experiencing mental health and social crisis in HFEH.
- To proactively work with keeping people well in the community to reduce re-admitters into hospitals by working with WL NHS teams (e.g. discharge, LPS, CATT, MINT and SPA)
- To provide a true alternative to A&E via a non-clinical drop-in service to support clients
- To provide support to clients accessing the service- for instance: signposting, de-escalation and crisis recovery planning.
- To contribute to an improvement in individual mental wellbeing.

The Role
The role of the senior support worker is to support the team manager with the smooth running of the allocated site and staff; supporting development and rest of the team including volunteer recruiting, induction (training and development) and supervision. Senior support worker will also lead in delivering interventions on a one-to-one. From our Women Centres, we provide tailored support across a range of different pathways, including housing, domestic abuse, debt and unemployment. As a charity led by women, for women, we provide trauma informed, holistic support to help break cycles of trauma, abuse and re-offending, and evoke systems change.

In our gender-specific centres, we provide holistic support to women by women, to overcome challenges and address needs. Role summary
As Senior Manager for Humberside Women’s Centres you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our centres and contract delivery in Humberside. Working closely with the Director of Services and supported by a senior key worker your focus will be on providing high quality, trauma-responsive support to women with experience of, or at risk of entering the criminal justice system.
You will lead on managing and delivering our contracts across Humberside to ensure our operational and strategic objectives are met. You will also focus on building excellent relationships with funders and key partners and identifying new partnership and advocacy opportunities.
Supported by a Senior Key Worker, your responsibilities will encompass the day-to-day management of our Women's Centres and contract delivery partners across various locations, including our Hull Women’s Centre, our Hubs in Goole, Beverley, and Bridlington, as well as partnerships in Grimsby and Scunthorpe.
Managing a team of Key Workers, you will be responsible for ensuring women and girls receive an exceptional service from within a safe, trauma-responsive, women-only spaces. Working alongside our statutory and non-statutory partners in Criminal Justice and Health and Social Care, you will ensure the continued strategic development of the Women’s Centre and represent Together Women at local and regional level.
Your responsibilities will also include identifying and pursuing new funding opportunities, and ensuring the continuity of existing services through effective contract management. The Marketing Officer reports into Marketing Manager for Fundraising and works across the Brand & Marketing team to:
- Develop effective marketing assets and campaigns for brand, healthcare and income generation.
- Work closely with in-house and external designers to deliver marketing campaigns and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

The Role
The purpose of the Communication and Events Officer role is to:
- Communicate National Voices’ all relevant organisational output to members, decision makers, external influencers and media, including policy, improvement, lived experience and insight work.

Responsibilities
Deliver on our communications work
· Develop engaging content that conveys National Voices messages to members, external stakeholders, and media (including managing the day to day running of social media platforms) to maximise the reach and impact of the organisation’s policy messages and funded project work
· Support the Policy and Communications Manager with media relations activity by drafting media statements, liaising with journalists and other media activity as required

Our approach to hybrid working
We recognise the importance of coming together regularly, in-person, as a team, so we can share learnings and spend social time with each other. We also recognise that people need flexibility, and that homeworking enables focused work and can fit well in people’s lives.
We ask all staff to take part in pre-arranged team meetings which take place every six weeks in our office space. We also might ask you to meet in-person with members of your team from time to time, or to be available for face-to-face meetings with clients and partners where this enhances the work.
We assume that this would usually not amount to more than one day per fortnight for people who work full time.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager – Fundraising to join a well-established and impactful health charity. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in developing and executing marketing strategies that inspire and engage donors to support the charity’s vital fundraising efforts.
You will play a key role in driving both donor acquisition and retention, ensuring that the charity meets its fundraising targets and continues to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need. This is an initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead fundraising marketing campaigns, developing creative strategies that drive donations and increase engagement with both individual and corporate supporters.
· Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to ensure fundraising activities are aligned with the charity’s mission, objectives, and values.
· Manage multi-channel fundraising campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and print, to effectively reach and engage current and potential donors.
· Collaborate closely with the Fundraising Team, ensuring seamless integration between marketing and fundraising strategies to meet fundraising goals.
· Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data to provide insight and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and external agencies, to strengthen fundraising efforts.
· Manage the fundraising marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective while delivering maximum impact.
· Lead, mentor, and support a small marketing team, providing guidance and training to junior staff to enhance their professional development.
Person Specification:
· Proven experience in fundraising marketing, with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns that drive donations and engagement.
· Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to fundraising objectives.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that inspire action and resonate with donors.
· In-depth knowledge of multi-channel marketing, particularly in a fundraising context, and how to leverage digital, social media, and traditional channels effectively.
· Project management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions for optimisation.
· Experience in leading and supporting a team, providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff members.
· Experience working within a charity or non-profit organisation, particularly in fundraising and donor relations.
· Familiarity with CRM systems and fundraising platforms to support campaign management and donor engagement.
· Understanding of digital fundraising trends and tools.
· Budget management experience in a fundraising context.

· A competitive day rate of £222–£244 PAYE + holiday pay for the successful candidate.
· A hybrid working pattern, requiring travel into London 1–2 days per week for workshop meetings.
