This is an exciting opportunity for a trusts and foundations fundraiser with some experience to shape a new role. The post offers an attractive balance between having the autonomy to work on your own initiative, whilst working closely (and receiving full support from) the CEO,  who is also an experienced fundraiser and member of Chartered Institute of Fundraising. 

You will be responsible for applying for grants for the varied work of the charity and managing relationships with a portfolio of existing funders.  You will work with the CEO to contribute to and shape the organisation’s fundraising strategy, which is likely to involve diversifying our funding strategy into additional types of fundraising. This post would suit a competent trusts and foundation fundraiser with a few years’ experience, who is looking to diversify their fundraising experience into other areas of fundraising (e.g. individual donations, community and event fundraising, or corporate) and grow with this new fundraising department. 

Ascension Community Trust (ACT) is a busy and much-loved local charity. Our current focus is on reducing poverty and improving the health, education and opportunities for the residents of our community.

As a Trusts & Foundations fundraiser you will be responsible for fundraising for a range of ACT’s community projects including Newham District Foodbank (A Trussell Trust foodbank delivered by ACT and two community partners), welfare benefits advice, immigration advice, ESOL classes, work with adults with learning difficulties,  as well as  work with children, young people and their families. 

The role is based in Custom House, Newham, but would be open to homeworking/ hybrid working by negotiation.

Founded by Queen Alexandra in 1912, Alexandra Rose Charity (ARC) has a long history of supporting people experiencing poverty in the UK. Our vision is for everyone to have access to healthy and affordable food, and our mission is to give families on low incomes access to fresh fruit and vegetables in their local communities whilst advocating for systemic change to address food insecurity and health inequalities.

Since 2014, ARC has pioneered the use of financial incentives to improve access to healthy food and combat food insecurity through our Rose Vouchers for Fruit & Veg projects. To date, we have supported over 11,000 families, including over 20,000 children, to access £3.5 million of fresh fruit and vegetables in their local communities.

To deliver this scale, we work with 73 children and family centres and community organisations, 69 market traders and independent retailers, two fruit and vegetable vans and one fruit and vegetable delivery box scheme. We estimate that our projects have generated a total economic value added of almost £9 million for the local economies of the eight locations where we work: five London Boroughs, Barnsley, Liverpool and Glasgow.

As part of our new five-year strategy, we want to grow our reach and impact as part of a national movement where Rose Vouchers for Fruit & Veg projects are embedded in local and national policies and seen as a key intervention for transforming the diets of communities across the UK.

About the role  

As we launch our new 5 year strategy we are looking for an experienced Head of Finance & Business Services to help deliver our mission and support the growth and consolidation of the charity. As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will play a key role in implementing our new strategy as well as managing risk.

You will take overall responsibility for the organisation’s financial management, working closely with the Chief Executive and the Treasurer.

You will provide effective finance business partner support to other functions within the charity to support its fundraising, operations and development.

You will also be responsible for the line management of the Finance & Business Administrator, working with the Chief Executive to both oversee and support the business services function of the charity.

We are seeking a Dementia Carers Support Officer who can make a positive difference to the lives of unpaid carers in the diverse communities of Redbridge. We are a Queen's Award winning charity with over 30 years experience of supporting unpaid carers in Redbridge. The post holder will focus on supporting carers of someone with dementia, by providing them with advice, information, referrals and access to peer social and learning activities.  The role requires an understanding of health and social care services, particularly in relation to support for unpaid carers and someone who can show compassion and understanding to carers in crises or facing complex challenges.  A key outcome is ensuring carers can live a healthy and fulfilling life alongside caring and not be at risk of acute isolation.

This is a varied role, suited to someone with the experience and confidence to lead peer groups, activities, outreach and work with professionals at all levels.  There is plenty of scope within the role to develop new services in response to carer needs.  The post holder will work within a team of Community Support Officers. This is a job-share post with an existing part-time Dementia Support Officer.  The role is based mainly in Ilford and throughout Redbridge, with some home working.

The Executive Assistant will manage the CEO's diary, emails, coordinate meetings, handle key communications, and lead the CEO's office. The Executive Assistant will also support the CEO in strategic planning and liaise with stakeholders on the CEO's behalf.

The Opportunity:

This is where this new role comes in: The Head of Fundraising will play a crucial role in supporting the stewardship of the current donors while also securing the vital resources needed to realise our bold ambition and help us transform the lives of millions of young refugees and conflict affected youth across the globe.

The role would be best suited to someone who is committed to making a difference to the lives of young refugees, with a strong grounding in international charity sector fundraising. and international funding.

Essential experience:

• Proven experience in a senior fundraising management role within the non-profit sector, ideally within international development.

• A proven track record of success in fundraising, particularly in developing and executing complex fundraising strategies for a growing non-profit organisation.

• Experience developing and implementing multi-year income generation plans.

• A strong history of securing six-figure, multi-year grants and contracts in the UK and internationally, with an annual income generation of £1m+.

• Senior-level experience managing relationships with multiple, diverse funders and donors.

• Experience writing successful partnership bids, grant proposals, cases for support, and theories of change.

• Experience in leading change in a growing organisation.

• At least three years of experience leading and managing a team, with a track record of developing and supporting staff.

This full time, fully remote position offers a salary of £50,000-55,000 if you are a UK resident. If you reside in a different location, the salary will be adjusted accordingly. What the job involves

We’re an ambitious charity with a bold mission and a fantastic culture. As we embark on an exciting 3-year fundraising strategy, we’re looking for a Senior Direct Marketing Executive to join our Individual Giving Team here at Prostate Cancer UK. This is a newly created role within the team which will oversee acquisition and new product development.

You’ll be part of an exciting time at the charity, joining us as we roll out our new Fundraising strategy and continue investment in Acquisition. In this role you’ll take ownership of planning, implementing and reporting on fully integrated acquisition campaigns across a range of channels including DRTV, Digital, Telephone, SMS and OOH.

You’ll work closely with teams from across the organisation and our media agency to ensure a truly integrated, collaborative approach. Together with the team, you’ll identify opportunities, apply learnings from past campaigns, and enhance future performance.

You’ll also be integral to driving forward new product development to acquire new regular givers. Leading on testing across the Acquisition team, you’ll innovate to drive the lowest attrition, best ROI and strongest lifetime value. You’ll collaborate with colleagues from across the organisation to drive the best creative, messaging, targeting and data insights.

What we want from you

Aside from excellent knowledge and experience of working in a direct marketing environment managing fully integrated campaigns, you’ll also have strong digital campaign management experience, ideally gained from a fundraising environment. You’ll have experience in developing and implementing effective testing strategies and ideally also have experience in developing new marketing or fundraising products.

You’ll possess first class communication skills; a strong team ethic and you will be at ease working with and influencing key internal and external stakeholders at all levels. The ability to manage expenditure budgets and projects is also essential, along with proven knowledge of data protection and sector compliance.

The Hospice has invested in digital development. The Director of Media and Digital income oversees income to the value of £400k with a trajectory for growth. The legacy pipeline was redesigned in 2024 with an award winning film “I will 1%” inspired by the work of Richard Ratcliffe. The Hospice is one of over 100 Hospices working with Hospice UK to promote legacy funding at a national and local level with a combined campaign. Investment for the future means The Hospice has a centrally managed people and systems team, this includes management of our CRM (Donify), enabling the Executive Team report on KPIs with internally triangulated data for better decision-making. We are thrilled to be working in partnership with Honeypot Children’s Charity who are looking for a Corporate and Community Fundraising Executive responsible for maximising fundraising income from a pipeline of existing, and new, corporate partners and community groups.

With headquarters in London, and three respite houses situated in the South of England, Wales and Scotland, Honeypot supports young carers aged 5 to 12 years old, who perform a surrogate adult role as a carer for a loved one, often single-handedly, and whose wellbeing is at significant risk, leading to anxiety, isolation, poor confidence, and low self-esteem.

Reporting to the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for growing support from businesses (currently 30 small corporates) plus local groups. You’ll manage existing partners and build new relationships to hit a £150K annual target. 

The successful candidate will:

• Have a minimum of two years’ experience in Fundraising
• Demonstrate strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to deliver persuasive and dynamic presentations.
• Be analytical in approach to tracking performance and impact.
• Bring a creative approach, to create persuasive employee engagement and CSR campaigns, and exciting community events and fundraising campaigns that inspire support. 
• Ensure attention to detail and maintain accurate records of donor and sponsorship activities on CRM system with good working knowledge of MS Office

The Florrie is seeking a Fundraising Manager to lead on all income generation activity across the organisation. This pivotal role will focus on securing funding from trusts, foundations, and statutory sources; delivering major fundraising events like gala dinners and donor receptions; and developing meaningful partnerships - particularly with Liverpool-based businesses - to support our charitable programmes and growth.

As one of Liverpool’s most iconic community spaces, The Florrie has been at the heart of South Liverpool for over 130 years. Housed in a stunning Grade II listed Victorian building, we are a vibrant social, cultural, educational, and charitable hub. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a legacy of community impact by helping ensure the long-term sustainability of our mission.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Fundraising Management

• Work with senior staff to develop and deliver The Florrie’s fundraising strategy, aligned with organisational priorities.

• Set and monitor income targets across grants, sponsorships, and events, reporting regularly to leadership and the board.

• Collaborate with the Finance Team to track income, manage funding pipelines, and address shortfalls.

• Ensure fundraising activity complies with legal, ethical, and data protection standards.

• Research, write, and submit compelling funding bids, building strong evidence-based cases for support.

Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorship

• Identify and engage potential corporate partners, especially Liverpool-based businesses.

• Create tailored sponsorship packages that reflect The Florrie’s mission and community impact.

• Cultivate long-term relationships with corporate supporters and represent The Florrie at external events and forums.

Fundraising Events

• Lead the planning and delivery of major fundraising events (e.g. gala dinners, donor receptions).

• Manage logistics, budgets, and promotion in collaboration with the Events Coordinator.

• Align events with organisational goals and evaluate outcomes for continuous improvement.

Communications & Advocacy

• Produce fundraising proposals, supporter updates, and promotional content.

• Raise The Florrie’s public profile through PR, digital media, and stakeholder engagement.

• Act as a passionate advocate for The Florrie’s values, vision, and community mission.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven success in setting and achieving income targets, with a track record of generating over £100,000 per annum.

• Familiarity with fundraising regulations, GDPR, and ethical fundraising practices.

• A relevant qualification in fundraising, communications, or nonprofit management (desirable).

The role:

This is a key role within the Executive Leadership team, with accountability for Finance, Procurement and IT at the Globe. You will work collaboratively with the CEO and Executive leadership team to drive strong business as usual delivery, and provide provide balanced insight to Executive Leadership Team and the Senior Leadership Group so that they can take responsibility for questioning routines and rituals, and for streamlining processes that improve efficiency.

The Finance Director is the lead on the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) and is a key part of other relevant committees. You will also attend and report at Board meetings, developing strong working relationships with Board members, the Artistic Director, Executive Leadership members, members of the Senior Leadership Group (SLG), the Finance and Procurement team, the Globe’s IT contractor, and colleagues throughout the Globe.

The skills:

· Chartered Accountant.

· Extensive Director level business experience in a complex organisation.

· Experience within the charities sector including understanding of the relevant accounting, taxation and other regulatory requirements this presents.

The team:

The Finance Department provides timely and accurate financial information to key stakeholders while protecting Shakespeare’s Globe assets and ensures compliance with laws and regulations in relation to financial and taxation matters. Serving as a key partner on topics requiring economic, financial and value for money inputs and expertise, the Finance Department manages Accounting and Financial Reporting, Tax, Banking Relationships, Procurement, Financial Risk Management, Contracts, Management Reporting, and external audit partners

We are a young charity with a lot of potential to make a difference in the lives of women impacted by sexual exploitation. Following a number of years of growth and consolidation of our services, we now have a vacancy for a new Chief Executive Officer to lead our team of 7 and take what we have built to date at Yada and lead us into our next stage of sustainable growth and impact.

We have just agreed our new strategic aims for the next three years and are now looking for someone with the right skills and experience to lead the charity at this exciting time in our journey. 

The charity has grown to a point where we are now  looking to recruit two positions to cover all aspects of managing the Charity. The CEO will provide the overarching leadership, but there will be another management role yet to be decided. This is because we are waiting to hear from you, if you feel you have the leadership qualities and experience to take Yada through its next phase. The Yada CEO is responsible for ensuring that the overall vision and mission of the charity is adhered to as well as the overall strategic direction and management of the charity.

Fundraising

• Lead responsibility for all fundraising decisions including applications for grants, fundraising events, corporate sponsorship.

Networking

• To represent Yada and give talks at network opportunities

• To oversee network development across local business and community

Operations

• To  review, evaluate and monitor Yada operations

• To ensure Yada’s operations are aligned with the strategic direction of the charity

• To review, manage, update and maintain all  Yada systems and processes

• To manage relationship with collaborators

• To recruit/train/induct staff and volunteers for projects 

• To identify training, research  and development needs within the organisation

Safeguarding

• Act as Safeguarding Lead for the charity

• Oversee Yada’s safeguarding process including reporting to Trustees

• To oversee Yada’s policies, including regular reviews and ensuring legal compliance.

• To develop and review risk assessments and policies  in response to new projects
