As Partnership Manager, you will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of partnerships. You must have experience of account management in a commercial or charity setting coupled with a deep understanding of the corporate sector. Good at building relationships, you will also possess excellent networking, relationship-building, communication and presentation skills. An effective project manager, you will have a firm understanding of conservation and sustainability issues and trends too. Experience in a corporate or consultancy environment as well as being comfortable working with working with partner agencies would be an advantage.

The Director of Finance Business Partnering (Operations) is a critical role within the Financial Strategy, Planning & Performance division that will lead, develop and deliver high quality finance business partnering and decision support to all the central services of the university, including providing financial planning, reporting and insight across revenue and capital funded activity.
You will support the senior Director of the Financial Strategy, Planning & Performance function in development and improvement projects. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The role leads on the delivery of Bond’s corporate and CEO level events. This role is managed by the Head of Communications but also works with the corporate and marketing team, the Director of Membership and Communications and CEO.
The primary focus of this role is to manage and deliver high-quality events for Bond’s corporate partners to help them reach their target audiences, and to deliver high level events for CEOs and senior leaders across our network to help provide senior leaders with the support and skills needed to provide effective and supportive leadership.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Corporate events:
• Manage and deliver a range of events to fulfil contractual commitments with corporate partners.
• Ensure the successful execution of events, including hybrid and face-to-face components, across various locations including potential European venues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality events that meet partner expectations and contribute to revenue generation.
2) CEO engagement events:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive program of events targeting CEOs and senior leaders within our network.

Redemption Roasters is a specialty coffee company that believes that reoffending in the UK can be reduced through coffee.
At their roastery at HMP The Mount, Redemption Roasters trains residents in barista, coffee production and roasting skills as well as roasting incredible coffee for its range of London coffee shops and network of over 100 wholesale clients. The company also runs barista academies at 9 other prisons.
The UK’s reoffending rates are amongst the highest in the western world, and it’s costly on both a national and personal level. If prisoners find employment, they are 50% less likely to return to prison. There is always a job for a good barista or roaster, and that’s why Redemption Roasters is doing this work. About the role

Who we are
The problem - On average, 160 young people are excluded from school each week. Once excluded, prospects for these young people are bleak, with only 4% achieving good GCSE grades, and 67% entering sustained education, employment or training compared to 96% of their non-excluded peers. This can be a pipeline to prison, with concerning statistics showing 63% of prisoners having been excluded from school.
Our mission - To ensure that young people who have been excluded from school are not excluded from society.
Who we serve - We support the hardest to reach young people in the most disadvantaged communities, each of whom are most at risk of experiencing school exclusion or are at risk of being excluded. Young people who are eligible for free school meals are 4x more likely to get excluded, along with black Caribbean boys. Young people with special educational needs are also six times as likely to be excluded as their peers.
Our work - We work in a number of different settings both during term time and after school. Our coaches lead small groups of 8-10 young people, using sport as a hook and mentorship as an anchor to develop their soft skills, as well as improve their physical & mental wellbeing. This, coupled with exposure to the work place through Career Taster Days, raises their aspirations and puts young people in a better position to enter sustained education, employment or training (EET) when they leave school.

We are looking for someone to carry out maternity cover for our Programme Manager (Midlands & North). Person specification
You’ll be a confident and skilled researcher, a clear, fresh thinker, and an excellent writer. Remuneration and details

Location: Remote position with employee contract in UK or Belgium. Hybrid working in 5Rights’ London and Brussels co-working office spaces is available.

Salary: £43,600-£48,300 for UK-based candidate, with flexibility depending on experience; EUR 61,500-68,100 for a Belgium-based candidate.

Working hours: Full time, with some accommodation necessary for work across time-zones and international travel.
