Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide high-level general administration for the Quality and Standards team who is responsible for raising standards through the learning lab educator platform, using benchmarking resource products, to empower young people and champion future skills.
Key tasks and responsibilities
1. Administrative support to raise standards - Learning Lab:
• Support the engagement plan activities for educators to use the online learning platform and to access educational benchmarked resources.
• To aid the Digital Skills Development Manager to support the creation of editorial and marketing scripts.
2. Administrative support to empower young people - Benchmarking Resources and National Standards:
• To assist the Quality and Standards Manager to develop teaching tools for educators in colleges and training providers.
• Effectively support the co-ordination of resources (including agencies, suppliers, volunteers, and partners) so that all project elements are delivered to acceptable standards and meet the required outcomes.
3. Support to champion future skills – Competition portfolio reviews and audit:
• Producing and distributing accurate records of meetings. Acting as secretariat for meetings that are either in person or virtual that will include setting up meetings using Zoom or Teams, minute taking, and recording actions.
4. Operational Impact:
• Administration and co-ordination of activities in line with the project operational plan
• Develop, co-ordinate and maintain appropriate systems and processes, tracking and reporting on activity.
5. To work with internal or external stakeholders at all:
• Liaising with educator partners to ensure key quality assurance documentation is submitted to deadlines and collated on the appropriate systems.
• Monitoring the enquiries, allocating queries to team members and responding to requests for information.
• Providing support to the team in answering queries from staff, external stakeholders and suppliers.
• Assisting the team with arrangements for meetings and events including booking travel, venues, catering and accommodation.

We are seeking a highly experienced Trusts and Foundations fundraising consultant to spearhead the Trusts programme at Dreams Come True. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The primary focus of this external-facing role is to ensure that Bond’s member organisations are deeply engaged across a wide-range of Bond services and activities.
Using an account management approach, you will thrive on seeking out, building and nurturing relationships with key job roles at every level within our member organisations, offering them regular support and advice on how to get the most out of their membership of Bond.

You will gather feedback and intel from members through surveys and other mechanisms so that we better understand how and why they value Bond and to identify potential new initiatives and services they may find useful. One of your responsibilities is member renewals (which is integrated with Salesforce), in which you will work with the Salesforce Adviser to ensure that the process is optimised and efficient. The Information & Advice Adviser is a vital role that works directly with older people who come to the service seeking information and advice on pension age benefits.
Last year the service worked to support over 800 older adults with information and advice on benefits, health, housing and care, and assisted the uptake of nearly £400,000 of previously unclaimed benefits.
An important part of this role will be to triage initial client needs which have been referred into the service by both internal and external partners, this will then ensure the team provides the right advice and high-quality support, whether on the phone, email or face to face.

To build a high-performing fundraising team to drive and stabilise significantly increased fundraising performance across a range of income streams. Leadership
· Champion fundraising across the organisation.

· Work with the Legacy and In Memory Fundraising Manger to deliver and implement a legacy pipeline and growth in In-Memory giving income
· Work with the Individual Giving Fundraising Manager to deliver and implement a strategy which prioritises both the retention and acquisition of new donors, enhances the use of digital products, platforms, and channels and delivers the highest standard of supporter care and donor stewardship.
· Lead on the introduction of a charity lottery.

The Customer Services and Administration team is a dedicated and specialist team who provide all supporters, volunteers, groups, members of the public and internal customers a high level of customer service and support when contacting the charity. As the Customer Services and Administration Manager, managing a team of Customer Service Officers, you will ensure that on a day-to-day basis the team functions efficiently, effectively and delivers excellent customer care service to all supporters, staff and members of the general public. Summary of Role
This is an exciting new role in our Talking Therapies team providing vital support to people in Manchester with common mental health problems. Working alongside counsellors, you will provide wrap-around social and practical support to adults on our waiting list for or who are engaging in Talking Therapy to enable them to address and overcome barriers impacting on their health and wellbeing. You will provide advice, information and guidance on these issues, make onward referrals to specialist advice organisations where necessary and support engagement with these services.
You will build and maintain relationships with key referrers, such as GP surgeries, to promote the service and facilitate appropriate referrals.
Once trained, you have the exciting task of leading and facilitating a new course within the service: Living Life to the Full™, a CBT-informed group programme designed to support people to improve low mood, overcome stress, sleep better and build confidence.
