Job description

Role Overview:
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with the client on a fantastic Internal Communications and Engagement Manager role. This position plays a pivotal part in strengthening internal communication strategies, supporting organisational projects, and enhancing staff engagement across a diverse workforce during a key period of transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overhaul and enhancement of internal communication channels, including the launch of a new intranet and organisational strategy communications
  • Manage internal communications relating to major projects such as strategy development, intranet rollout, and cloud-based onboarding processes
  • Develop innovative solutions to engage staff across multiple sites, including those without direct access to digital tools
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, particularly the CEO and HR, to embed communication initiatives that support staff engagement, culture, and collaboration
  • Coordinate with teams responsible for clinical, retail, and non-office-based staff to ensure consistent and inclusive communication methods
  • Assist in implementing new communication systems and ensure smooth integration into daily operations
  • Contribute strategic ideas for newsletters, internal meetings, and engagement activities that resonate across the organisation


Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly implementing internal communication projects within complex organisations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and diverse teams
  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative, solution-led communication strategies suited to varied audiences
  • Experience working with cloud systems and internal digital platforms like intranet solutions
  • Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to start quickly and work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Creative thinker with a strategic outlook to embed effective engagement practices and communication tools
  • Flexibility in working arrangements with a preference for at least two days from home


What’s on Offer:

  • Salary: £158.10 basic + £23.72 holiday pay
  • Location: Hybrid – 3 days per-week on site in London
  • Contract: Immediate start until March 2026
