Summary of Role:
Join Muslim Aid as the Director of Operations to steer our strategic alignment and operational excellence across global initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with senior directors, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our International Programmes, Income Generation and Marketing departments. About the Role:

This service is delivered through a mixture of channels including telephone, digital, face-to-face and hybrid working.
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of the issues faced by refugees, asylum seekers and migrants at risk (including EU migrants). The post holder will have a good understanding of the challenges faced by homeless migrants with NRPF and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a range of stakeholders.

About the role
Alongside the Service Manager, you are responsible and accountable for monitoring, maintaining and providing the highest standards of clinical and personal support and service delivery, while promoting independence and choice to the people supported in the service. About the role
Alongside the Service Manager, you are responsible and accountable for monitoring, maintaining and providing the highest standards of clinical and personal support and service delivery, while promoting independence and choice to the people supported in the service. You'll work closely with the wider technology team on the development of our office infrastructure as we look to expand our current use of Meraki solutions to support us in providing office services to several charity partners alongside Save the Children UK.
Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring our office and server platforms network connectivity to ensure availability, uptime, and responsive systems for the organisation using tools such as WhatsUpGold and Meraki portals and Azure monitor
- Maintaining our server platforms network connectivity, whether on premises, in private cloud or public cloud
- Maintaining and developing our physical office locations connectivity for end users and tenants alongside our Facilities team
- Working with our partners to maintain our WAN and cloud connectivity
- Helping implement solutions that are secure and follow Zero trust principles
- Maintaining current technologies such as Fortigate firewalls
- Implementing new technologies such as Zscaler and Azure Firewall

About you

This role is based in the UK on a remote homeworking contract or based in our London office. If the role is based in the London office, you will be required to attend the office for a minimum of 2 days per week with the option to work remotely for the remaining 3 days.
The salary quoted is for the London office but if based at home, the salary will be £36,737.01 - £40,566.55

About the role
The Digital Optimisation Analyst is instrumental in advancing Christian Aid's digital strategy and supporting colleagues in achieving their ambitious digital, fundraising and supporter engagement goals. Through utilising measurable data and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, the role provides in-depth campaign analyses, performance reports, and a deep dive into users' online activities and behaviours. The deliverable insights and contributions empower teams to make data-driven, impactful decisions that generate positive change across the organisation.
About you
You will be the go-to expert in digital analysis, working closely alongside a variety of teams to maximise the reach, engagement and conversion of our digital journeys. You will be comfortable managing competing priorities and proactively engaging with multiple stakeholders. Alongside digital analysis projects, you will have a finger on the pulse of current trends, tools and best practice across the digital space.

-Understanding User Behaviour: Can you describe a time when you used analytics tools to analyse user behaviour on digital platforms? How did you use this data to enhance the user experience, and what did you achieve?
