Who are we looking for?
You will be a determined and passionate individual who wants to make a real difference to critically injured patients in London. You will have experience in developing and delivering robust supporter engagement, acquisition and retention campaigns.
The purpose of the Senior Direct Marketing Officer’s role is to deliver and evolve the acquisition and retention strategy, inspiring the people of London to become long-term supporters of the Charity.
Working closely with the Senior Direct Marketing Manager, you will manage campaign activity, from briefing through to execution, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement within the programme, particularly with regards to retention and delivery of the supporter journey.
You will be responsible for multi-channel donor acquisition, retention, upgrade and cross-sell campaigns across digital channels, print, telephone and provide occasional support to our successful Face to Face programme. You will take ownership of the delivery of our supporter journey for our regular donors, cash, lottery and raffle players – with huge scope to make a big impact in this area.
The role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. Although the post is based at Mansell Street, LAA offers a hybrid working arrangement.

This role is responsible for delivering, optimising and evaluating Battersea’s digital advertising campaigns, specialising in paid social advertising channels such as Meta and TikTok. You will implement and manage large annual media spends to support the achievement of strategic objectives and individual campaign targets.
We are looking for someone with the skills and experience to manage the development of Brand focused digital media plans, from media planning through to implementation and end of campaign reporting. You will be required to deliver against performance targets and establish paid social activity as a key acquisition driver for teams and objectives across the organisation. You will also advise and recommend the best use of the platforms to hit performance targets.
To be successful in this opportunity, you will need excellent creative skills, and strong experience in developing campaign strategies and implementing a busy social media advertising plan, with a proven ability to manage large budgets across multiple ad platforms.

You will be:
- Working closely with teams to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns to help meet our ambitious objectives and income targets.
- Monitoring, evaluating and optimising marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop SMART campaign briefs, digital plans and deliverables to achieve campaign objectives.
Your previous skills and experience:
- Substantial experience of delivering fully integrated marketing campaigns as a part of customer/supporter acquisition and retention strategies.
- Substantial experience of managing marketing, communications or digital projects successfully from inception to closure, scheduling, finding solutions to problems, and communicating effectively throughout.
- Possess a good understanding of campaign tracking basics and work closely with Web Analytics and Data teams to review and improve campaign performance, then produce insights and share recommendations with stakeholders to refine and improve existing and future campaign performance.

We are looking for a Senior Retention Manager for a 9 month contract with an incredible youth charity, to lead the IG & MD retention team.
This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days a week in the London office.

The Role
Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Rentention team including the Major Donor Manager, IG Senior Fundraising Officers and IG Fundraising Officer.
Be responsible for the delivery of the cash appeal programme as well as the stewardship and development of regular givers.
Lead the merger of the major donor and mid level retention programmes and oversee the management of retained major donors.
Optimise the mix of marketing channels, appeals/products and audiences to meet supporter volume and lifetime value targets.
The Candidate
In depth, expert knowledge of individual giving or direct marketing.
Significant experience of line management.
Strong direct and digital marketing technical experience and skills including creative development, complex print management, media buying for large scale campaigns, optimising, managing and reporting for digital marketing.
Major Donor expeirnce not essential, mid value experince desirable.
