The Senior Manager, Audience & Communication will have a critical role to play in the coming years; driving engagement with larger, more diverse audiences as we establish Crystal Palace Park as an exemplar in urban park management, community-led regeneration and cultural and heritage programming whilst restoring its position as one of the UK’s leading visitor attractions.
About the role
The role of Senior Manager, Audience & Communications offers a hugely exciting opportunity for a creative, dynamic and strategic communications and marketing professional to join the charity at a pivotal moment in its evolution.
You will be able to develop and deliver creative and compelling multi-channel campaigns to meet objectives including:
- Raising the profile of the park and its iconic, award-winning indoor and outdoor venues, such as the Crystal Palace Subway, Italian Terraces, and Concert Platform, as a home for world-class arts, culture and heritage;
 - Broadening access, deepening participation and extending reach with larger and more diverse audiences;

As Senior Direct Marketing Officer, you will operate with a level of autonomy, build excellent stakeholder relationships and deliver outstanding fundraising campaigns. Working with a number of teams and suppliers, you’ll be delivering direct marketing activity through a range of channels and media. · Input to monthly forecasting and regular reporting across a range of financial and non-financial KPIs.
Finance and reporting
· Ensure daily campaign tracking and reporting.
· Routine end of campaign reviews and analysis.
· Ongoing reporting on long-term success measures, such as retention, repeat giving and ROI.
· Invoice reconciliation and processing for timely payment.
· Non-financial KPI trend reporting, such as online conversions, email engagement, opt-out/in rates and quality scoring.

About the role
The Head of Marketing and Communications plays a leading role in developing the gallery’s brand, growing and diversifying audiences, and strengthening the visibility of the organisation locally, nationally and internationally. Marketing and Communications

About the role
As our Senior Marketing Manager - Retention & Engagement, you will strategically lead the team responsible for the £34 million existing supporter income stream and work closely with and the wider Supporter Marketing Team and teams across Communication and Fundraising to maximise Supporter Lifetime Value.
In this role, you will:
- Own and deliver the strategic priorities for Supporter Engagement and Retention, holding accountability for the £34 million income target and the maximisation of Supporter Lifetime Value.
 - Provide direct line management to a team of five specialists, leading the strategic prioritisation and delivery of the entire retention portfolio (Appeals, HV, Email, Stewardship, Magazine).

Requirements
To be successful, you will need:

About The Role
We are recruiting for a Direct Response Marketing Officer to join on a full-time, permanent contract, working 35 hours per week.
As Direct Response Marketing Officer you will manage and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns, driving participation for our sports, challenge, and mass event program. By working with different teams across the organisation and our media agency and external stakeholders, you will brief, optimise and evaluate marketing campaigns.
You will monitor the results of communications, make recommendations to help inform and improve future campaigns and provide timely and accurate updates on key campaign metrics to senior stakeholders.

About you

Modern Art Oxford welcomes approximately 100,000 visitors each year with approximately 15,000 attendances by schools and community groups in creative learning and participation activities. The organisation’s digital content reaches 450,000 through Modern Art Oxford’s digital channels annually. Through a wide range of high-quality content creation and programming, Modern Art Oxford aims to make contemporary art accessible and engaging to the widest audience and to promote creativity in all its visual forms.
