The International Prader-Willi Syndrome Organisation (IPWSO) is seeking a talented and motivated CEO who will deliver our organisational strategy which aims to improve the lives of all those affected by a rare genetically determined disorder called Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS).
The role of CEO at IPWSO is both challenging and rewarding. You can help deliver change for people affected by PWS from across the globe by helping us build solidarity, promoting scientific reasoning and research, helping to foster new relationships, supporting our members, and striving for equality for everyone affected by the syndrome.
You will work alongside passionate volunteers and experts in PWS from across all continents and with a skilled and small staff team based in the UK. We are all dedicated to making a tangible difference!

Role Overview:
The Talent Set are delighted to be partnering with a wonderful charity client who are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to provide urgent support during a critical project period. They require a skilled individual to maintain momentum across their business-as-usual social activity and upcoming challenge event campaigns.
The role requires a professional with a sensitive touch, capable of managing a specific tone of voice with empathy and clarity. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that would suit a senior-level freelancer who can hit the ground running with minimal onboarding.
Key responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day community management across social channels, including responding to DMs and comments via Agorapulse.

Executing the social media plan for the upcoming challenge events season, including creating copy and basic graphics on Canva for major marathon events.

Handling ad-hoc content requests from various internal teams, ensuring all output is high-quality and aligned with brand guidelines.

Providing video editing support, specifically for upcoming campaigns and social-first content (9x16) for Instagram and TikTok.

Assisting with digital administration, including attending meetings, note-taking, and ensuring all stakeholders are kept updated on project progress.

Liaising closely with a Senior Lead to ensure all content and campaigns are signed off and delivered to deadline.
Person Specifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, with a background in managing sensitive subject matter.

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt quickly to an established tone of voice.

Proficient in using Agorapulse (or similar tools like Hootsuite/Sprout Social), Canva, and video editing software.

Voice 21 is the national oracy education charity. We exist to empower every child to use their voice for success in school and life. Your purpose
To support our CEO, Director of Strategic Development and other members of the Senior Leadership Team to engage partners in our strategic planning, including to influence the implementation of the new national curriculum and guidance on oracy and establish a new advisory board to inform our strategy. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our partnerships strategy using email communications, providing administration and leading on planning for a series of meetings, round table discussions and partnership events. This will include working closely with the events team organising the flagship Voice 21 events, the Speaking Summit in March 2026 and Great Oracy Exhibition in October 2026.

Your responsibilities
Partner relationships & communications

Ensure that communications to partners are sent in a clear and timely manner, using either automation or other systems e.g. mail merge.

Coordinate processes for partnership meetings and roundtables, e.g. the booking process for participants and arrangements relating to special adjustments etc.

Use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM), SalesForce, to create records and collect and update partner data.
Meeting coordination & delivery

Arrange all key activities for events you are responsible for. This could include Advisory Board meetings (online and in person), visits to schools or roundtable and briefing meetings. Manage invites and book venues, reminder/follow up communications, and ensure feedback is captured and collated.
