The role

Global Greengrants Fund UK is looking to hire an energetic and passionate individual who will play a key role in collaborating across teams to support the Executive Director and senior leadership team to become more effective and strategic in their work. They will provide support to the leadership and governance of the organisation, working closely with the Executive Director, Director of Philanthropic Partnerships, Director of Finance and Operations and other team members as required to provide high-quality administrative and communications support to the organisation. The Executive Administrator will build strong relationships across GGF’s global team. The Executive Administrator will perform key support and clerical functions - preparing correspondence, research and briefings, handling confidential information, and taking notes at meetings. They will also support the management of large, often cross-functional organisation-wide initiatives, bringing together important stakeholders to help drive decisions. They will be responsible for calendar management (arranging conference calls among vast time zones)  and travel logistics. 

In the present accountability structures, the Executive Administrator reports to the Executive Director while building and working in more collaborative ways.

The candidate profile.

The successful applicant will have significant relevant experience in a similar role in a charitable, environmental, development, and/or grant-making organisation. They demonstrate knowledge and experience in charity/nonprofit administrative and organisational skills, and the ability to ensure accuracy of work and demonstrate precise attention to detail. They have experience dealing with administrative processes and office administration, especially in a non-profit, remote organisation. They will have skills to give, receive and work with feedback constructively. They must be meticulous with exceptionally strong follow-up and follow-through skills and have the ability to work under high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines. They should have excellent interpersonal understanding, relationship building, and interpersonal skills to build strong alliances with diverse constituencies with experience working with diverse communities from multiple identities across the globe, in a virtual environment. 

They also thrive in a virtual environment, motivated to take on challenges and collaboratively find innovative and creative solutions. 

English fluency is a must.

Overview of the role

The Executive & HR Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring that BRAC’s office in Europe operates efficiently and effectively to deliver its mission to support BRAC’s work. This role will start at a key time in strategy development and long term planning, as they enter the final phase of their incredibly successful Up Against Time Appeal to replace their two helicopters.

As they enter the final phase of the appeal, having raised £11.5m of their £15m target (with a number of further pledges confirmed) this role will focus on developing the long term Trusts fundraising strategy. As Deputy Head of Philanthropy you will be tasked with considering the opportunities presented by the new 15 year organisational strategy, and contributing to the wider Philanthropy, Partnerships and Events team plans to ensure they have a strong footing as they look to the long term and next 15 years of London's Air Ambulance Charity. 

As Deputy Head of Philanthropy you will not only lead on strategy development but also build and develop the Trusts pipeline, leading and developing the Trusts and Prospect Research teams to improve internal processes and influence/respond to upcoming fundraising opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Trusts and Prospect Research teams and programmes through a year of maternity cover, ensuring both areas are in a strong position on the return of the substantive postholder. 
• Act as LAAC's Trust and Lead Gift (£500k+) fundraising expert, leading the Trusts and Prospect Research teams to be ambitious and consider the long term funding opportunities for the charity. 
• Lead the team through the transition from the Up Against Time Appeal to focus on the new 15 year organisational strategy and opportunities it presents to develop the pipeline for new projects.
• Take ownership of the Trusts, Foundations and Statutory pipeline, leading income generation from these sources with a personal focus on £100k+ opportunities, while informing the organisation's approach to restricted fundraising opportunities.
• Support the development of direct reports and wider Philanthropy, Partnerships and Events team. 

Person Specification:

• Strong sector knowledge and technical expertise of Trust fundraising, with experience of securing £100k+ support from trusts, foundations and/or statutory sources. 
• Demonstrable experience of developing and fundraising for restricted projects, monitoring income and expenditure budgets.
• Effective pipeline development skills and the ability to support a Prospect Research function to identify new opportunities.

The post holder willplay a key strategic and lead role in the Philanthropy & Partnerships team (P&P), comprising Philanthropy, and Strategic Funding & Insight sub-teams, in order to ensure maximum collaboration, a joined-up approach to donors and increase income across the P&P team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to raise funds from trusts and foundations, as well as managing our global investment portfolio. Working  collaboratively with the Co-CEOs, board and Senior Leaders  to engage and promote  the work of the Trusts and Global Markets team, as well as working collaboratively with colleagues on humanitarian emergencies, ensuring Trusts/regional markets' support is maximised at these times.

Building and maintaining relationships with key trust and foundation donors
Developing fundraising strategies to secure funding for our programs and projects
Managing our diverse global investment portfolio to achieve financial growth and stability
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of our investments and adjusting strategies as needed
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives

Alzheimer's Society is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Corporate Partnership Executive. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting corporate partnerships to help us achieve our ambitious goals.
The Corporate Partnership Executive is responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate partnerships as well as supporting on some of our biggest, sector leading partnerships that include charity of the year, strategic, and commercial partners. You’ll also be involved in leading and supporting key projects that will support our growth plans.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work across a range of multi-faceted corporate partnerships at the 5 and 6-figure level. You will deliver exceptional stewardship focused on growing and developing relationships with existing partners securing ongoing and continued support.

As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will: 

• Account manage a diverse portfolio of corporate partners at the 5 and 6-figure level
• Create and deliver high quality stewardship plans for your accounts
• Research, write and pitch compelling funding proposals to renew and uplift existing partnerships
• Build strong relationships with all key stakeholders internally and externally
• Work with the new business team to ensure the seamless handover and onboarding process for new partners

Ideal skills and experience: 

• Experience in managing a range of 5 and 6-figure corporate partnerships in the not-for-profit sector
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, and someone who can develop rapport with stakeholders of all levels forging effective and collaborative working relationships
• Ability to think creatively about corporate partnerships, identifying opportunities for uplift and increased engagement among existing partners, fostering a strong sense of connection to the charity’s mission

Job summary

1. To implement and develop The Princess Alexandra Hospitals’ Charity fundraising strategy to maximise charitable funds that will enhance the care for The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust’s patients and people.

2. To develop and fund a charity team and lead on fundraising goals.

3. To develop relationships with, and secure financial support from, key high-value prospects, including corporate partners.

4. To establish, build and maintain strong relationships with networks and partnerships in order to maximise fundraising activity.

5. To manage and support all trust charitable fundraising activities including reporting developments and progress to the charitable funds committee.
