Location: Hybrid Home / Office Based – Fred Bulmer Centre, Hereford (minimum two days in the office)

Key Purpose / WHY?
The Carers Services Manager will play a vital role in leading a team to assist unpaid carers to connect with their communities and access the support they need within Herefordshire. The role will support the Herefordshire team, who deliver the ‘what matters’ assessment to carers and provide bespoke, person-centered information, advice and guidance to people accessing our services. Support includes but is not limited to; one-to-one support, events and activities, as well as signposting and referring to relevant agencies for additional support helping people on their caring journey. The role will work alongside internal teams and external partners to create community connections, develop an outreach support program, linking people to community resources with a focus on preventing the need for escalation to statutory services.
Key accountabilities & responsibilities
1. Service Leadership and Delivery
· Oversee day to day delivery of our commissioned Information, Advice and Guidance service for unpaid Carers in Herefordshire
· Facilitate the application, review and distribution of small grants to unpaid carers across the region as required
· Monitor service quality and delivery and report monthly Key Performance Indicators and quarterly monitoring reports to Local Authority Commissioners. Ensure reporting demonstrates the scale, impact, and quality of our services.
· Meet with commissioners to review service performance quarterly
· Ensure the service is visible and accessible to carers from all communities
· Support carer self-identification and address barriers to engagement, including those faced by underrepresented groups of carers
· Help raise the profile and recognition of TuVida to assist with recruitment, service-user and partner engagement and financial sustainability by contributing to social media presence and the website
2. Service Development
· Work collaboratively with senior colleagues, identifying opportunities for sustainable growth, and working to execute commercial opportunities, including
supporting and/or leading on tendering,
· Bidding, and negotiating new business as well as business retention strategies and mobilisation of new business.
3. Team Management
· Lead and develop a team to deliver person-centered outcomes for unpaid carers across Herefordshire providing practical support and guidance as required
· Provide exemplary leadership and management for the team, including regular team meetings, 121’s and objective setting, caseload management, performance reviews and promoting professional development and well-being
· Create development plans for team members, identifying training needs and growth opportunities within the team and wider organisation
· Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and high-performance standards
· Delegate effectively while maintaining oversight of service quality and manager satisfaction
· Oversee recruitment and inductions of new staff
· Manage leave and staff absence
· Act as designated safeguarding lead for the team, maintaining hight standards of safeguarding practice. Support the team through the process of raising safeguards and following up on safeguarding concerns complying with internal and external agencies policies and procedures.
4. Partnership and Stakeholder Engagement
· Ensure the services work collaboratively with partners and community services, manage the delivery of a program of support and services that help improve the wellbeing of carers and which respond to their needs and aspirations.
· Lead on increasing the awareness of TuVida’s services in the county, including development of marketing materials, attending events, stakeholder meetings and increasing recognition of and support available for unpaid carers.
· Build and maintain effective relationships with local authority, health services, and other stakeholders and third sector organisations involved in supporting carers
· Represent the service at multi-agency meetings and network meetings
· Promote awareness of carer rights and needs within the community through talks and training

Job Summary
The Philanthropy Manager will develop a philanthropy strategy, building on the partnerships and resources already in place. You will develop a pipeline backed up by robust prospect research (some administrative assistance will be provided), and instigate a cultivation and stewardship programme, typically adopting a staged approach to major asks.
You will be accountable for the acquisition, development, and stewardship of high value supporters for CUF, both individual philanthropists and non-statutory grant-making bodies. You will develop and strengthen relationships with existing donors, as well as identifying warm prospects currently not supporting CUF financially. A key part of your role will be meeting and engaging major donor prospects to grow the pool.
You will engage with Trustees and senior leaders, to identify and nurture Christian philanthropists and grant body decision-makers within their spheres of influence.
You will lead on developing cases for support and writing grant applications, helped by the wider staff team.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with high levels of motivation, and the ability to both develop and operationalise strategy as a member of a small team. You will have a track record of successfully initiating, managing and developing relationships with High-Net-Worth individuals and grantmaking bodies, and securing donations and grants, via proposals or through face-to-face meetings, as required.

About the Role.
We are investing in our Fundraising and Development team to deliver an ambitious 5-year fundraising strategy. The Trusts and Philanthropy Manager is pivotal in securing philanthropic support from trusts and foundations, legacies, major donors, and corporate partners.
Over the strategy period you will be responsible for developing annual trust and grant income to £500,000+, by securing grants of five figures and above and gaining multi-year donations.Using your experience in creating strong cases for support, including unrestricted costs, and pipeline development, you will work with two part-time colleagues to increase annual income from major donors, legacies and corporate partners to £250,000+ (excluding exceptional legacy gifts).

We’re building a Transport Solutions Team that works flexibly across all the tools in our delivery kit – from grants and innovation pilots to research, partnerships, and commercial interventions. Our growing portfolio includes flagship projects tackling challenges such as inclusive EV charging infrastructure, complex community transport needs, and large-scale research like the National Centre for Accessible Transport.
We are now recruiting a Transport Solutions Manager to lead the design and delivery of high-impact work focused primarily on accessibility considerations around emerging Autonomous Vehicle (AV) technology, alongside other initiatives related to our Private Transport Theme. You will manage our team of advice staff and volunteers to deliver high quality advice, information and welfare support to guests on a range of topics including benefits, housing, debt and immigration issues. The post holder will be a highly articulate and proactive individual with good welfare advice knowledge, 3+ years delivery experience in managing a charity team, strong service management skills, as well as experience managing staff and volunteers. The ideal candidate will have up-to date knowledge of the welfare system, immigration and safeguarding protocols. They must also have demonstrable experience using a case management system, adhering to advice standards and be able to manage a diverse workload and work under pressure.

We are an Arts Council England Investment Principles Support Organisation. Our members are leaders in children and young people’s public libraries and schools library services (SLS).
The Development and Delivery Manager (Projects) is a new role for the charity. You will work with a small and growing team, who are passionate about our mission and vision. You will also work with our members (leaders of children’s public library and School Library Service leaders) and sector partners.
We are in the final stages of creating our strategy for the future. You’ll be supporting us with organisational and sector development across all pillars, with a particular focus on our Thriving Charity goals.
Job purpose
To lead and deliver a range priority projects and funding bids for the charity.
The purpose of the role includes:
- To scope and deliver a range of projects to support both organisational and sector developments.

Job Overview
The Social Value and Community Manager will develop, drive and deliver a strategic programme of social value, community partnership and sustainability initiatives for The Fitzrovia Partnership (a Business Improvement District). Key Duties and Responsibilities

Person Specification

- Establish 100 new, high‑quality mentoring matches each quarter, ensuring mentors and mentees are trained and meeting.
