Through our nationwide enterprise and financial capability programmes, we give young people the opportunities and experiences to discover who they are and what they’re good at.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-moving, youth-focused charity and play a pivotal role in our flagship programme for primary-age children. We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and proactive individual to join Young Enterprise as Programme Coordinator until the end of December 2025.
About the role
The Programme Coordinator will primarily be responsible for supporting Money Heroes, our largest primary programme designed to develop the financial capability of children across England and Wales. Money Heroes provides resources, training and mentoring for primary schools, as well as storybooks, games and other materials to supplement learning about money at school and in the home.
The Programme Coordinator will work closely with the Programme Manager and the Money Heroes team to ensure the smooth running of the programme, including coordinating content development and website updates, supporting the delivery of teacher training events, supporting the marketing and promotion of the programme, and supporting ongoing monitoring and evaluation. The role also works more broadly across the whole of the Programmes and Services team to ensure joined-up cohesive support is offered internally and externally to staff, teachers and other educators.
The post holder will be responsible for providing high-level customer service both internally and externally to a variety of people including teachers and other educators and YE staff. This role will also provide ongoing support to ensure we are effectively communicating the aims and objectives of our programmes to external stakeholders through newsletters, social media and email campaigns.

We seek a graduate with excellent communication skills for our Recruitment team. You must be able to manage data, multitask, and adapt to dynamic environments. Enhance Frontline’s social worker training selection process with autonomy and a commitment to continuous improvement.
The Recruitment team is responsible for sourcing, selecting and hiring for 500 places for Approach Social Work (previously known as the Frontline programme) in local authorities across England.
We think the internship at Frontline is unlike other internships. You’ll be given plenty of opportunity to develop key skills for your future career, while also holding a core role within the team. You will be joining us at our busiest time and so will have day to day coordinator responsibilities throughout the year. Some key responsibilities include:

- Manage the logistics involved in planning and delivering over 40 assessment centre days (e.g. responding to candidate queries, monitoring candidate sign up, scheduling assessors)
- Act as first point of contact for candidates experiencing technical difficulties with IT systems used as part of selection process.

The role would suit a recent graduate with experience in event planning, logistics coordination, or customer service. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented and excels at managing multiple tasks and priorities. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can support candidates through the selection process, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth operations at assessment centers.

You will have excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships with people and be willing to learn. What the role looks like
The Financial Education Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding schools to embed our free financial education resources into primary school classrooms. The Head of Finance has lead responsibility for overseeing the finance function of the organisation. The post holder also has responsibility for the line management of the Finance Officer and the Feeding Service Administrator (Finance Team).
Working with SMT colleagues, this role leads on all financial reporting and analysis to the team and to the Trustee Board and Finance Committee, the preparation of monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
The Head of Finance leads the annual audit and preparation of the annual report and accounts working closely with the Chief Executive, Treasurer and Chair of Trustees. During Joe’s life he brought a cheeky spirit and constant laughter to all those that met him. His selflessness and commitment to helping others touched so many, and in loving memory and as a legacy to Joe, his friends and family set up Joe's Buddy Line in January 2021.

Key Responsibilities
National Growth
- Develop strategy for national growth and ensure effective delivery of strategy, with a focus on growing our work in unserved and developing regions of the UK and building a diverse range of church partners
- Engage with thinking around the intersection between social impact, employability and the church to ensure we are at the cutting edge within the sector, developing an understanding of local needs and challenges and how Resurgo can best inspire and equip partners to catalyse sustainable and impactful social change.
- Work with wider leadership team to understand and fine tune barriers to growth, including considering recruitment and operations support needed by partner churches, and funding avenues and the operation of the seed fund, which provides start-up funding to churches in the early years of launching a Spear centre.
Pipeline Development
- Identify, build, and develop relationships with potential partners through networking at Christian conferences and running our own events, identifying and introducing our work to key networks, and offering relevant coaching sessions as a means for churches to understand Resurgo’s coaching, employability and impact management.
- Introduce potential and existing partner churches to the Spear programme as a means of creating sustainable social impact in their community, particularly with young people, and provide opportunities for them to engage with the programme with a view to considering launching a centre in their own community where this is a good fit.
- Build a pipeline of potential Spear partners, and steward these relationships from the point of introduction, through to confirmation of programme launch, reporting to the Senior Leadership team against monthly KPIs and annual growth targets.

New Centre Set-up and Implementation

Role Purpose:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance and operations leader to join the senior management team of Access – The Foundation for Social Investment at a critical stage of our work. With a refreshed strategy, expanded team and extended life we are looking for someone to continue to lead our efficient finance and treasury function, as well as lead a range of enhancements to respond to the growth of the organisation across operations, HR, IT and Governance support.
About Access – The Foundation for Social Investment
We want to see a social investment ecosystem that works for all charities and social enterprises and through our programmes and our advocacy work, we ensure that charities and social enterprises can access the finance they need to sustain or grow their impact.
We target those most in need of patient and flexible investment through:
- Funding enterprise development and blended finance programmes in England.
- Sharing knowledge and data and translating it into practical insight that others can use.
- Mobilising others who share our goal of making capital work for communities.
Since 2015 Access has been tasked with distributing over £160m from the Dormant Assets scheme, Government and the National Lottery Community Fund. As a wholesaler we work with several dozen partners to deliver programmes around England, including social investment funds, social enterprise support organisations, network organisations, and grant management bodies. We expect to make grants of over £30m this year.
We are a relatively small team of 13.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategic Vision:
- As part of the four strong senior leadership team (which also includes the CEO, Director of Partnerships and Advocacy and Director of Programmes), contribute to the overall direction and strategy of Access, and deliver on relevant areas of the organisation’s operational plan.
- Lead in the strategic planning and successful delivery of Access’s financial and operational management functions.
- Lead on projects to drive forward the internal aspects of Access’s equity, diversity and inclusion strategy.
- Represent Access at various events, promoting our influencing and advocacy aims.
Finance:
- Responsible for the financial planning of the organisation, including the development of annual budgets and long-term forecasts. Work with budget holders across the organisation to ensure the ongoing adherence and management to these budgets/forecasts across all programmes.
- Oversee financial systems that record and report on financial activities and provide information and projections to allow strategic and operational decision -making.
- Working with the Head of Finance to oversee payment, invoicing, bookkeeping and banking activities, maintaining up to date computerised records and maximising use of the accounting system (Twinfield).
- Oversee the relationship with Access’ external and group auditors and support the Head of Finance with the year-end process, external audit, preparation of annual financial statements and sign-off from relevant stakeholders.
Treasury Management:
- Manage the relationship with Access’ asset manager and ensure the endowment investment policy/strategy is being implemented, including in particular, adherence to Access’s stated impact goals for the endowment,
- Ensure high quality reporting on the performance of the portfolio from the asset manager.
- Oversee Access’s multiple banking relationships and the performance of our extensive cash deposits to balance the requirements of return, impact and liquidity.
- Support the advocacy and communication of the “total impact approach” taken by Access, sharing learning and influencing others in the development of their investment strategies.
Governance:
- Take overall responsibility for the Governance support processes and cycles at Access, including plans for regular business at board and committee meetings, members’ terms of office and recruitment of trustees and committee members.
- Ensure Access complies with statutory and legal requirements, including returns to Companies House and the Charity Commission.
- Oversee the management of up-to-date registers of interest for all board and committee members and senior staff.
- Provide advice to the Board and CEO of any legal responsibilities prevailing upon the organisation.
- Co-ordinate the agenda and content for the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee (ARCC), and the Endowment Investment Committee (EIC), and contribute to meetings as appropriate.
- Support the CEO and Chair in reporting to Access’s sole corporate member, the Oversight Trust, and providing assurance that Access remains in compliance with our Governance Agreement.
- Working closely with senior colleagues, oversee and manage the establishment of the risk appetite and risk management framework for regular review by the ARCC and board.
- Ensure appropriate and up to date policies are in place across all areas of Access’s operations, reflecting legal requirements as well as best practice, and that these are clearly communicated and are being adhered to.
HR & Supporting Team Development:
- Lead on the development and implementation of HR policies and processes including ED&I, recruitment, annual salary reviews, and individual performance and development plans.
- In collaboration with line managers, ensure that appropriate training and development opportunities are in place to ensure all team members are given the best opportunity to succeed in their roles.
- Oversee relationships with key outsourced service providers including payroll, pensions, benefits etc.
- Leadership of the three strong finance team including line management of the Head of Finance and support to Business Support Officer.
- Be responsible person for the Sponsorship management System.
Operations & Programme Support:
- Ensure Access’s IT infrastructure and systems are effective, including managing the relationship with Access’s IT provider.
- Oversee the management of IT Risk, Business Continuity Planning and the maintenance of IT security.
- Manage the relationship with Access’s landlord (Better Society Capital, from whom we sub-let office space).
- Oversee key financial reporting requirements, including those as specified in the contracts with the Department for Culture, Media and Sport and National Lottery Community Fund, as well as to the Board and relevant committees.
- Together with the Business Support Officer, manage papers for a variety of committee and board meetings.
- Manage key procurement processes from advertising through to contracting and the production of grant agreements.
- Ensure Access has appropriate insurance policies in place.
Person Specification:
Essential skills and key personal attributes include:
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and systems with relevant accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA).
- Knowledge of statutory and legal requirements, ideally relating to a charitable organisation.
- Substantial experience of working at a similar level, demonstrating involvement in setting direction, policy, processes and controls and in providing professional expertise, advice, and guidance.
- Substantial experience of effectively supporting and working with boards and governance committees.
- Demonstrable experience of leading change and the successful development and implementation of systems and processes across different organisational functions.
- Experience of managing across a range of functions/discipline.

The role is based in Access’s offices in Central London and with some dedicated time together as a team each week (currently Tuesdays). This role will lead, influence and embed the major donor strategy and line manage a high performing team. You will deliver your own prospect/donor cultivation activity and generate new leads through working with senior volunteers. You will work with colleagues and leaders across the charity to identify prospects and opportunities to give at a transformational level. We’re looking for a MEAL specialist who is, at heart, a peacebuilder. You’ll deputise for the Regional Director as needed, and work collaboratively as a key part of the Regional Leadership Team to shape the strategic direction of Concordis’ future work across the Central African region.
As Regional Head of MEAL, your work will go above and beyond reporting to the donor on logframe outputs and outcomes to the donor, as important as those are. With your extensive peacebuilding experience, you’ll work with the team to develop and implement sophisticated metrics for measuring these changes over time. You’ll feed this information back into programme delivery, to ensure programmes remain accountable to the wider population and adapt to the rapidly changing and fragile contexts in which we work.
You’ll also use your flair for writing and your publishing skills to produce more informal news items, telling stories of the impact of our work, and publicising the recommendations that come from dialogues we facilitate. This will help us amplify voices that are often ignored by decision makers, leading to evidence-based policy making.
