This is an excellent opportunity to truly make a role your own and get involved in the project from the start, which will be supporting 10 adults with mild/moderate to severe learning disabilities, as well as additional mental and physical health needs.
You will play a pivotal ambassadorial role, spearheading Centre’s 404 service expansion into the London Brough of Brent and bringing our expertise, vision and values to families in need.
This varied and dynamic role will lead on the set up, coordination and provision of excellent person-centred care and support to service users, enabling them to live independently in their home and be supported in all aspects of day-to-day living. As Project Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of care plans designed to provide meaningful choice and a range of activities and support to meet individual needs. You will also contribute to the development of the team and be responsible for encouraging a culture based on respect and dignity for those in need of care and support, providing supervision and clear management to a team of support workers.
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading and coaching a team supporting people with learning disabilities or another vulnerable client group. Experience of supporting people with high and complex support needs would be an advantage. About the role
Are you an experienced corporate fundraiser with an interest in working in the international development sector? Are you creative, strategic, highly organised, a confident and effective communicator and strong team player?
We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Fundraising Manager to work closely with the Head of Programme Funding to drive new donor engagement and secure sustainable, multi-year funding. If you are seeking a dynamic and engaging fundraising role which offers you the chance to play a pivotal role within a small but ambitious organisation, then this could be the job for you.
You will be an exemplary relationship builder and have experience in developing multi-faceted corporate partnerships (ideally with experience and success in employee engagement, corporate sponsorship, and/or operational partnerships).
The role also line manages the Senior Fundraising Officer post, a position that provides administrative and fundraising support across the whole fundraising team. Please note that we are a small team and so you’ll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to help out team members and to support new business across other restricted income streams.

World Child Cancer is seeking an experienced corporate and philanthropy fundraiser to join our growing team and play a vital role in improving the chances of survival and quality of life of children with cancer in under-resourced countries.
About World Child Cancer
Over 400,000 children worldwide develop cancer each year. Childhood cancer is most often curable, with over 80% survival rate in high income countries. However, in many low-and-middle-income countries survival rates are often 25% or lower.
World Child Cancer’s goal is to help redress that inequity and improve the chances of children with cancer to survive and thrive in under-resourced countries. We currently work with local hospitals in 12 countries in Africa, Asia and Mexico to enable children with cancer to have equal access to the best possible treatment and care through awareness raising on signs of childhood cancer, providing financial, logistical and emotional support to address barriers to access treatment, training of healthcare workers and advocacy.
Overview of the role
This newly created Senior Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager role will play a key part in raising income from companies and philanthropists to help achieve World Child Cancer’s mission.
You will be passionate about enabling children with cancer to have equitable access to quality treatment wherever they are born. In the last year we have implemented a new CRM platform based on Salesforce and Azure platforms while continuing to adapt to modern ways of working post pandemic that have changed how our physical locations are best utilised.
As Senior Network Engineer, you'll play a key role in maintaining and supporting our current physical network hardware and solutions while we look to adopt a cloud first approach moving away from our current dependency on physical locations and legacy services.
You'll work closely with the wider technology team on the development of our office infrastructure as we look to expand our current use of Meraki solutions to support us in providing office services to several charity partners alongside Save the Children UK.
Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring our office and server platforms network connectivity to ensure availability, uptime, and responsive systems for the organisation using tools such as WhatsUpGold and Meraki portals and Azure monitor
- Maintaining our server platforms network connectivity, whether on premises, in private cloud or public cloud
- Maintaining and developing our physical office locations connectivity for end users and tenants alongside our Facilities team
- Working with our partners to maintain our WAN and cloud connectivity
- Helping implement solutions that are secure and follow Zero trust principles
- Maintaining current technologies such as Fortigate firewalls
- Implementing new technologies such as Zscaler and Azure Firewall

About you
You'll have a track record of delivering solutions/platforms that empower organisations and understand how networks and connectivity provide the backbone of solutions and how critical infrastructure is to delivering business services.

- Significant experience in a hands-on role delivering enterprise class networking – switching, routing and Wifi
- Demonstrated experience working as a Senior / established Network Support Engineer supporting department colleagues and business users in a large-scale organisation

Inter Mediate (IM) is a unique and discreet London-based peacemaking organisation established in 2011 to support behind-the-scenes peace negotiations in some of the world’s most challenging conflicts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the senior management team of a small high-impact organisation working at the leading edge of international peacemaking.
Reporting to the Deputy CEO and working closely with the CEO and the Financial Director, the Operations Manager will lead Inter Mediate’s institutional, Human Resources and project-support systems to keep the organisation running smoothly and ensure we are equipped to deliver the best results.
A successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter with senior management experience in operations, preferably for a non-profit organisation. You will be familiar with the fast and sometimes unpredictable pace of an international operating environment, and confident in handling challenges as they arise. You will be comfortable working collaboratively within a small team and engaging credibly with a wide range of people from senior government officials to project interlocutors in the field.
Key Responsibilities
A) Governance and Institutional Compliance (with the Deputy CEO and senior management)
- Lead the development and implementation of IM’s operational planning, in coordination with the CEO, Deputy CEO, Finance Director, staff, Trustees and supporters.
- Ensure that Inter Mediate complies with its charitable and legal obligations.
- Prepare, attend and minute Trustee and Committee meetings.
- Develop and implement quality improvement process for institutional policies and project delivery to keep Inter Mediate ethical, efficient and delivering value for money.
- Source, manage and review all professional services and suppliers engaged by Inter Mediate including banking, legal advice, accounting and auditing.
B) Human Resources and Office Operations
- Oversee Inter Mediate’s recruitment process and work with the Deputy CEO to ensure that we have fair procedures for benefits, training, probation, diversity and inclusion, gender pay gap, safeguarding, grievance and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee the contracting and on-boarding for new staff, consultants and trustees.
- Manage day-to-day HR functions and queries, including leave recording systems.
- Conduct staff remuneration and salary benchmarking exercises with the Deputy CEO.
- Update and maintain the employment handbook policies and procedures.
- Oversee office operations, equipment and facilities management.
C) IT, Security and Risk Management
- Ensure that the IT and communications systems are optimally configured for effectiveness and security, and that staff can operate them as necessary.
- Ensure Inter Mediate has robust risk mitigation systems and training for staff.
- Ensure Risk Assessments and security plans are completed by staff prior to staff travel.
- Ensure Inter Mediate has a viable business continuity plan.
- Maintain and review the Risk Register for the organisation with the Deputy CEO.
D) Financial Management (with the Finance Director)
- Work closely with the Finance Director to ensure that operational and financial planning processes and decisions are mutually informed and fully aligned.
- Strategise with the Finance Director and Deputy CEO to ensure all wings of the organisation work together to advance the best interest of the institution, its staff, projects and donors.
Experience, qualifications and skills:
- At least 8 years experience leading charity operations at a senior level spanning institutional compliance, Human Resources, IT, security and project support services, ideally in the non-profit sector.
- Track record of excellent business decisions for institutions under UK charity law operating in an international, multi-donor environment.
- Extensive experience of supporting Boards and Board committees at a senior level in a non-profit context.
- Some knowledge of project support mechanisms required for smooth delivery of peacebuilding, humanitarian, human rights or political projects in high-risk environments.
- Evidence of ability to both lead and service a complex network of external relationships.
- Graduate with a relevant degree and, preferably with relevant post graduate qualifications or relevant experience.

The successful candidate will need to be a detail orientated, solution focused, project manager with expert knowledge in fundraising and data protection regulations. We are looking for someone to lead and maintain a culture of compliance across all elements of fundraising and supporter engagement in this stand alone role.
As our Fundraising Compliance Manager, you will be the focal point for compliance, providing guidance and advice to colleagues ensuring that we have sufficient controls and processes in place across all areas of fundraising. In addition, you will provide comprehensive front line and administrative support, to facilitate best practice across Fundraising/Charity regulation and the General Data Protection Regulation and help embed this in our ways of working. You will produce and deliver training and supporting documents to upskill staff and to ensure consistency across the team, as well as identifying areas for improvement and development.
