This is a varied and challenging position, but one that’s incredibly rewarding. Key duties:
You’ll take the lead on a wide range of digital marketing activity. This includes planning and delivering creative, insight-driven campaigns; developing a content strategy that connects with our audiences; managing end-to-end website performance, SEO, and digital advertising; and driving engagement in initiatives like BVA’s annual awards.
You’ll also work closely with our partner organisations, developing joint marketing plans that effectively promote exclusive and discounted benefits for BVA members.
You'll be bringing a strategic mindset as well as strong practical skills - from writing engaging content, overseeing multimedia production, and optimising email campaigns, to interpreting data in GA4 to improve performance. You should be confident working across various CMS platforms and multiple channels, with an eye for accessible, user-focused design and messaging.

In this fixed-term role, you will support the Direct Marketing Manager - Loyalty to manage the donor loyalty programme. You will develop and manage existing and new supporter communication programmes growing loyalty in our supporter base. The aim is to maximise the value of our long-term relationships with individual supporters.
This role is a varied one, with superb development opportunities. As part of a small team, you will be responsible for the print-based communications we send to our supporters but also email production with the view of developing the loyalty digital journey. Furthermore, you'll contribute to the development of our legacy and in memory activities, and high value offer. You'll also have the opportunity to support the supporter acquisition team on projects to gain new donors. Consequently, the role gives you the opportunity to grow your experience in supporter acquisition, as well as loyalty. About the Role
As Advice Manager, you’ll take a strategic lead on developing our advice service to ensure it is accessible and high-quality, and also actively challenge the root causes of inequality. The Advice Manager will have wide ranging responsibilities for the performance, quality assurance and development of internal advice services and will be responsible for achieving and evidencing high quality positive outcomes for service users.

Job Purpose
This role is a senior leadership team member and strategic lead for all corporate and consumer communications, member business engagement and marketing.
