As our Senior Marketing Manager – Corporate & High Value Marketing, you'll be the driving force behind strategic partnership campaigns that grow engagement, strengthen corporate relationships and help unlock new opportunities for support.
About the role
As Senior Marketing Manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of strategic corporate marketing activity across a portfolio of valued partners and prospects.Combining audience insight, creative thinking and strong stakeholder management, you'll create campaigns and propositions that build meaningful partnerships and drive fundraising impact.
In this role you'll:
- Lead the marketing strategy and planning for corporate partnerships, identifying opportunities to grow engagement, income and impact.
- Develop compelling partnership propositions and lead campaigns that support both new business opportunities and existing partnership renewals.
- Build trusted relationships with corporate partners, internal stakeholders, agencies and specialist teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Line manage and develop two Marketing Managers, creating a collaborative, high-performing and supportive team environment.
- Evaluate campaign performance, share insights and drive continuous improvement across marketing activity.
About you
You'll be an experienced senior marketing leader who thrives on collaboration and knows how to turn strategic objectives into impactful campaigns.
You'll bring:
- Significant experience leading integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns within a corporate, partnership, B2B or B2C marketing environment.
- Experience managing and developing people, with a passion for building high-performing teams.
- A strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving projects forward across complex organisations.
- Experience developing marketing propositions, delivering measurable results and using insight to optimise performance.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Working arrangements
Please note this is a fixed term contract until December 2027, covering family leave.
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

Role Overview:
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Digital Marketing Manager role. This position involves leading the development and implementation of a holistic marketing strategy, managing multi-channel content, and fostering engagement with key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with organisational goals.
- Manage the organisation’s website, ensuring content is relevant, current, and optimised for user experience.
- Create, review, and distribute engaging email campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver consistent brand messaging across social media channels, analysing performance data to optimise strategies.
- Identify and implement innovative digital tools and AI solutions to improve marketing efficiency and content quality.
- Design and execute campaigns that support member engagement, recruitment, and sponsorship objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external creative agencies, freelancers, and industry contacts, ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral such as reports, brochures, and videos, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with brand standards.
- Support team members by providing guidance on best practices and tools and ensuring the organisation’s brand presentation remains cohesive.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights to inform future strategies, and ensure compliance with the organisation’s standards.
Person Specification:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within professional services, trade bodies, or membership organisations.
- Strong knowledge of digital channels, including social media, website management, and email marketing.
- Skilled in analysing marketing data and employing insights to improve engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal colleagues and external partners.
- Capable of managing multiple projects effectively whilst prioritising tasks.
- Familiar with AI and digital technology tools to support marketing activities responsibly.
- Demonstrates proactive initiative, creativity, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
What’s on Offer:
- Salary: £237.15 per day + £29.51 daily holiday
- Location: London – Hybrid
- Contract: Initial 1 month (rolling)
