As our Senior Heart Health Manager - Corporate Partnerships, you’ll be at the centre of BHF’s mission, energising our corporate partnerships with engaging, impactful health activities throughout the relationship cycle. You’ll be audience centric to translate evidence and insight into inspiring health communications and hands-on experiences like CPR training and engaging prevention campaigns.
Your strategic leadership will shape creative, tailored health activity from start to finish, deepening trust and fuelling long-term commitment. By collaborating across BHF, you’ll ensure partners receive consistent, meaningful stewardship, accurate information, and exceptional experiences that grow reach, engagement, and income.
About You
As our ideal candidate, you are an experienced partnership manager, skilled in nurturing relationships and delivering meaningful stewardship. You have a successful record of leading impactful health initiatives and campaigns, using health insights in corporate, charity, health, or commercial settings.
Ideally, you hold a health qualification or have equivalent expertise, with a good understanding of cardiovascular risk factors, prevention, and health improvement strategies.
You are adept at turning evidence and insight into inspiring stories and campaigns that drive real change. As a credible and energetic influencer, you build buy-in with partners and senior stakeholders, ensuring every interaction is engaging and every message resonates with the partners audience.
Collaboration is second nature to you. You work effectively across teams, driving progress. Your strategic approach balances health priorities and commercial needs, helping us achieve our vision of healthier hearts for longer.

Working arrangements
This is a 12 -month fixed term contract.
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office. This is a partner facing role and involves travel to partner sites across the UK.This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a national health charity in the search for a Senior Corporate Partnerships New Business Manager for a 9-12 month contract.
The Senior Corporate Partnerships New Business Manager will be responsible for securing income from a range of corporate partnerships, particularly new business from new partners. With excellent variety, this role will have creative freedom to prospect and build a pipeline across all manner of sectors and equally types of partnership including strategic, COTY, sponsorship, gift in kind and to achieve 5-7 figure partnerships.
To be successful in this Senior Corporate Partnerships New Business Manager role, you will have proven experience of building relationships with existing and new corporate partners that are able to support multiyear and at a five, six, or seven-figure level. You will also be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and particularly good pitching and relationship-building skills.
This is a contract position for 9-12 months and will have hybrid working of one day per week in their London offices.

Role Overview

This pivotal position involves leading strategic partnership development, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and driving growth across key sectors to deliver impactful social change, all within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on securing new six -and seven-figure partnerships, creating pitches and proposals across a range of different types of partnerships
- Manage and grow existing relationships and partnerships
- Proactively seek new opportunities, utilising warm leads and market insights to expand the organisation’s reach and influence.
- Collaborate closely with policy, campaign, and external teams to align partnership activities with organisational goals.
- Manage complex negotiations and partnership agreements
- Provide guidance and leadership to a new business executive, fostering a culture of development
Person Specification
- Proven experience in developing new business in a corporate fundraising setting, personally identifying, developing and securing six figure partnerships.
- Proactive approach with determination to achieve results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage at senior levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and take initiative proactively.
- Demonstrates resilience and empathy, with the capacity to navigate challenging conversations and build genuine connections.
- Line management experience isn’t essential but must have knowledge of what good leadership looks like
- Familiarity with policy and campaign collaboration, and the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: £43,728.38 pa (+ £5,023 pa London Weighting if applicable)
