As Educational Partnerships Manager, you’ll work across Dorset and the South Coast of Hampshire, building partnerships with schools, colleges, youth organisations and community groups-particularly in areas where opportunities are hardest to come by.
You’ll be right in the mix: planning events, delivering programmes, supporting volunteers and connecting with school staff to make sure young people have access to our inspiring enterprise and financial education experiences.
You’ll be a key driver of our Inspiring Futures programme-helping young people break down barriers and imagine bigger futures.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships with schools, colleges, youth clubs and local communities.
- Focus on expanding our reach in areas of multiple deprivation and underrepresentation.
- Deliver and support the rollout of YE programmes in schools and other settings.
- Recruit, train and support volunteers-making sure they feel valued and inspired.
- Work with your regional team to meet shared goals and celebrate local impact.
- Help secure local funding by supporting fundraising efforts and managing project deliverables.

A few practical things
- This is a hands-on role-you’ll sometimes be lifting resources, setting up venues and travelling regularly (a car and full driving licence are essential).
- You’ll need to be happy occasionally working evenings or weekends during peak delivery times.
- Expect to be on your feet during some events or sessions-it’s all part of the fun!

The role
This role is within the Programmes and Partnerships team, which secures and manages funding from institutional funders. As a Programme Manager, you will lead day-to-day delivery and management of FIGO projects across the full project cycle. This will include the Advocating for Safe Abortion (ASA) programme, a multi-country initiative now in its seventh year, working with national professional societies of obstetricians and gynecologists across Francophone West Africa to drive change in policy, clinical practice and societal attitudes on abortion care. This is complex, multi-partner work in a politically sensitive area. It requires judgement, strong relationships, and the ability to hold both the detail and the bigger picture. We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience of managing institutionally funded projects in global health or international development, across the full project lifecycle.
- Experience managing advocacy-focused projects and working with a diverse range of partners across multiple countries.
- Strong skills in financial management, donor reporting and partner coordination.
- Experience developing and implementing monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks on projects.
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) — essential for this role.
- Familiarity with sexual and reproductive health and rights, or experience working in West Africa, is a strong advantage.
- Travel to West Africa will be essential.
This is a part-time role at 3 days per week, initially contracted until January 2029. FIGO's Programmes and Partnerships portfolio is growing, and we anticipate opportunities to extend or expand the role beyond that.

The GAMH Research, Policy and Advocacy Officer is a new post that will play a central role in advancing GAMH’s global policy and advocacy agenda, helping to strengthen and elevate the focus on the health and wellbeing of men within national, regional and global policy environments. The postholder will design and deliver policy advocacy initiatives, generate high-quality research, write reports and publications, support project coordination, engage stakeholders and partners, and support communications to influence decision-makers aimed at improving health and wellbeing outcomes for men and boys within a gender equality framework. The position will work across all GAMH workstreams, with a particular focus on men’s health in Europe, prostate cancer and human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination programmes.
This exciting new role will is being created at a time of organisational expansion and growing interest in men’s health worldwide. It will require attendance at meetings in London and the South East of England and occasional European/international travel will also be required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Policy Advocacy and Campaign Development
- Develop and contribute to GAMH’s policy positions and advocacy on key men’s health issues, with a particular focus on men’s health in Europe, prostate cancer and HPV.
- Monitor and analyse key policy developments relevant to men’s health and the work of GAMH across prevention, early diagnosis, screening, treatment, and support.
- Support the design and delivery of advocacy strategies and campaigns targeting policymakers, professional societies, international non-governmental organisations and other international bodies.
- Support coalition and network building by GAMH to strengthen policy responses on men’s health.
- Prepare policy briefings and advocacy materials.
2. Research, Analysis and Writing
- Conduct and synthesise research on men’s health issues, including policy analysis, epidemiology, and literature reviews.
- Write high-quality accessible reports, evidence summaries, position papers and publications to support GAMH’s work.
- Identify relevant gaps in policy data and evidence relating to men’s health.
3. Project Coordination and support
- Manage the development of a European Men’s Health report.
- Play a leading role in, and support, the development of GAMH’s Global Prostate Cancer Initiative and wider work on prostate cancer policy.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of other GAMH projects, as necessary.
- Contribute to funding proposals and reporting to donors.
4. Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships
- Support the strengthening of GAMH engagement with national men’s health networks and its members, particularly in Europe.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across each of the relevant GAMH workstreams, including policymakers, non-governmental organisations, UN agencies, academics and researchers, patient organisations, professional bodies, advocates and industry.
- Represent GAMH at meetings, conferences, and events (as required).
- Attend and report to the GAMH Board of Trustees (as required)
5. Communications, Dissemination and Impact
- Support the dissemination of GAMH reports, campaigns, and advocacy outputs.
- Support launch event/s of GAMH and initiatives and reports.
- Contribute to GAMH’s website, newsletters, and social media channels.
- Support monitoring and evaluation of GAMH advocacy and research activities.
Person Specification
Essential
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in health policy, public health, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in policy advocacy, campaigns and research.
- Experience of research, analysing and synthesising complex information into clear evidence-based written outputs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English), with ability to adapt content for different audiences.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

The Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager - Individual Philanthropy (SSPM) is a key member of the Freedom Fund’s partnerships team, responsible for developing and implementing the organisation’s individual fundraising strategy. About the role
This is a core role within the organisation's influencing strategy, and your primary responsibilities will include:
External Affairs & Influencing:
- Develop and deliver influencing plans to promote adoption of effective mental health care initiatives being funded by the charity
- Develop productive relationships with key stakeholders (journalists, NHS trust leaders, ICBs, ICSs, VCSE orgs) to gather intelligence and shape strategy to inform the charity's positioning
- Lead the charity's thought leadership development providing strategic advice to senior leadership on political, NHS and mental health policy developments
- Strengthen the charity's role in mental health policy and advocacy coalitions, by contributing to collaborative advocacy, media and communications outputs
- Lead the charity's response to government mental health care consultations and calls for evidence
- Monitor funder sector trends and conversations, and actively seek out opportunities for the charity to strategically engage and influence by sharing learning from its grant making practice
Media management
- Develop and implement integrated external affairs campaigns that support the charity's influencing work
- Create persuasive materials, including press releases, op-eds, spokespeople briefings, comment pieces, and digital content and pitch to relevant outlets
- Maintain and grow relationships with journalists, broadcasters and sector media to secure relevant high-quality coverage of the charity's activities, grant holders and their projects
- Act as first point of contact for media enquiries, managing proactive and reactive press activity
- This role is expected to grow and develop and the postholder will be fully supported from across the organisation as the position evolves, within an organisation that offers a friendly, values led culture.
We would love to hear from individuals with the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrable track record of developing and implementing successful influencing strategies in the mental health sector
- Experience of stakeholder management within mental health care, including NHS Trust leaders, Integrated Care Boards, commissioners and senior clinicians, and with academics and researchers
- Strong experience in media relations, including briefing senior spokespeople, drafting press releases, media handling, and securing media coverage with a good understanding of the needs and expectations of different outlets and publications

About the role
We are looking for an exceptional & collaborative individual fundraiser to join the Philanthropy team at King’s College London, leading on fundraising for the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IoPPN). You will benefit from a strong donor portfolio, opportunities to work on 7- and 8-figure gifts, and a good understanding of philanthropy from senior leadership within the Institute.
This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major gift prospects, securing and stewarding significant philanthropic gifts at the £50k to £5 million gift level, supporting senior stakeholders with their fundraising efforts, and championing the work and priorities of King’s and the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience.
The team will play a crucial role in the delivery of the University’s ambition to significantly scale philanthropic income for faculties, as we prepare to launch our next major fundraising campaign in 2027 and mark the university’s bicentenary in 2029.
We will build on our already successful fundraising to achieve ambitious new goals for philanthropy – creating strong partnerships across campus and with donors, to realise shared priorities and deliver strategic impact.

We are seeking an experienced and committed Deputy Children and Young People (CYP) Lead to support the development and delivery of our therapeutic services at a pivotal time of growth and transformation.
Reporting to the CYP Clinical Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in providing day-to-day leadership and guidance to CYP counsellors and therapists. You will help ensure that services for children and young people are consistently safe, effective, trauma-informed, and survivor-centred.

You will play a critical role in ensuring people affected by dementia receive high-quality, accessible and person-centred support, while working within a well-established, innovative, grant-funded contract.
As Local Services Manager, you’ll provide visible, values-driven leadership to your team and partners, driving performance, strengthening relationships, and identifying opportunities to continually improve outcomes.
This is a homebased role with regular travel across West Sussex. You’ll be expected to attend the Horsham office at least once a week and maintain a strong local presence through partnership engagement and team support. Due to the geography of the area, access to a vehicle is essential and mileage claims will be paid from the West Sussex border.
Whilst the role is based within West Sussex, there will be opportunities to work collaboratively across the wider Sussex area, supporting regional service development and working alongside colleagues to strengthen provision to benefit people affected by dementia.
You will work closely with fellow Local Services Managers and contribute to the South East Regional Management Team, giving you exposure to wider strategic leadership and development opportunities.
This role is particularly suited to candidates who are ready to step into leadership, build on their experience, and broaden their impact.
About you
You will have:
- Experience in managing or supporting service delivery, ideally within health, social care or community settings or transferable experience from related sectors.
- Experience in leading geographically dispersed, community-based teams and managing contracts, with a focus on quality and safe delivery of a high performing service.
- You will be confident using IT systems and managing and reviewing information through computerised recording systems. You will also be able to confidently navigate relationships through virtual means, including Teams.
- Passionate about continually improving services for people affected by dementia and informed by their experiences. You will be committed to our values, and have a focus on meeting the needs of the diverse communities of West Sussex, driving forward equity and accessibility in our service.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across a dispersed team.
- Have organisational and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and monitor performance.
- Be able to travel regularly across West Sussex and maintain a strong local presence

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic leadership of contract delivery, ensuring performance, quality, and compliance
- Lead, support, and develop a team of Dementia Advisers and volunteers, creating a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive team culture
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management to enable individuals and the wider team to succeed.
- Collaborating with fellow Local Services Managers to provide cohesive leadership across the region to ensure seamless delivery. You will also be part of the South East Regional Management Team, with occasional face to face meetings outside of the immediate area.
- You will share responsibility for quality monitoring, performance and team culture of the West Sussex team.
- Building relationships with local authorities, the health board, and pathway partners, including presenting to diverse audiences and advocating for people with dementia and the service. This may also include occasional requests for media interviews.
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen services and improve outcomes for people affected by dementia.
