The Bromley Mental Health & Wellbeing Hub (BMHWH) is a key part of the transformation of mental health services in the borough under the NHS Long Term Plan. Delivered in partnership with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, the Hub brings together primary care, secondary care and the voluntary sector to provide flexible, holistic and integrated support for adults with mental health needs.

We are seeking a Mental Health Advisor to join our Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) and Tailored Wellbeing pathway. As a Mental Health Advisor, you will provide tailored, time-limited support to adults experiencing mental health difficulties through one-to-one and group-based interventions. Working closely with clinical colleagues from Oxleas and a range of community partners, you will support individuals with varying levels of need, helping them build resilience, increase independence and develop strategies to manage their mental health. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of adults with mental health problems, providing tailored and person-centred support

• Deliver one-to-one and group interventions that promote wellbeing, stability and relapse prevention
• Provide information, advice, guidance and signposting to help people access appropriate services and community resources

About the Schools Consent Project

The Schools Consent Project is a UK-based charity dedicated to educating young people about sexual consent and healthy relationships. We deliver workshops in schools and educational settings led by trained volunteer lawyers. By introducing consent literacy at school, young people are more likely to make informed, ethical decisions and are less likely to experience or perpetrate sexual violence in later life.

Role Summary

The Outreach Manager is responsible for driving the expansion of the Schools Consent Project’s reach, engagement, and impact across London and the South East. Acting as the organisation’s lead “sales” and business development professional, you will contribute to and manage our strong pipeline of partner schools and organisations, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and maximise long-term engagement.
You will own the end-to-end outreach and partnership journey: from prospecting and lead generation, through relationship development and negotiation, to repeat engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation
 
•  Develop and execute a proactive outreach and growth strategy to increase workshop bookings.
•  Develop and maintain relationships with existing schools; ensure SCP’s workshop content remains responsive and reactive to the emerging concerns of young people when it comes to sex, consent and the online world.
•  Generate leads through cold outreach, referrals, events, and campaigns.
•  Contribute to and maintain a pipeline of new schools and educational settings.
•  Reinvigorate historic relationships with schools.

Account Management

•  Convert enquiries and prospects into confirmed programme partners.
•  Present the charity’s offer and impact to senior school leaders, safeguarding leads, and decision-makers.
•  Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of partner satisfaction and retention.
•  Promote additional workshops and programmes where appropriate (eg. teacher training; parent workshops).
•  Track booking trends eg. seasonal vs. reactive bookings; develop a communication strategy around each ‘type’ of school, involving timely booking reminders.

Pipeline, Targets & Performance

•  Manage outreach targets for bookings, partnerships, and regional coverage.
•  Monitor conversion rates, pipeline value, and performance metrics.

Marketing & Promotion

•  Help develop compelling outreach materials and campaigns.

About the Web and Analytics Manager

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the web team, line managing the Digital Officer and Senior Digital Officer, supporting the effective allocation of resources across the team, coaching direct reports and fostering a high performing team culture.
• Manage the Digital Officer and Senior Digital Officer to deliver relevant, engaging, optimised and audience centred content, landing pages and digital journeys across various digital channels, and overseeing the website content calendar and campaign content deploys.

Dean Farm Trust is seeking an experienced and compassionate Sanctuary Operations Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and operational management of our 32-acre animal sanctuary near Chepstow.

Home to 200 rescued animals, including pigs, cows, sheep, goats, equines and birds, Dean Farm Trust provides a home for life to animals in need. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with animal welfare at its heart.

The Sanctuary Operations Manager will lead our on-site team, working through our Team Leaders to ensure the Sanctuary operates safely, effectively and to the highest standards of animal welfare. The role will oversee staffing and rotas, volunteer development, recruitment and training, budgets and resources, facilities and maintenance, land and pasture management, health and safety, compliance, contractors, projects and the operational delivery of Sanctuary events and activities.

The Vacancy

The Strategic and Commercial Partnerships Senior Adviser will support one of Start Network’s most exciting new areas of work. This role will be part of a new team, created in 2025, to scope, engage and manage relationships with strategic partners across the humanitarian ecosystem and beyond that will bring non-monetary added value in pursuit of our mission and vision for a locally led and proactive humanitarian system. About the role

We are looking for an exceptional individual fundraiser to join the Philanthropy team at King’s College London, leading on fundraising for the Faculty of Social Science and Public Policy.

This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major gift prospects, securing and stewarding significant philanthropic gifts at the £50k to £5 million gift level, supporting senior stakeholders with their fundraising efforts, and championing the work and priorities of King’s and the Faculty.

The team will play a crucial role in the delivery of the University’s ambition to significantly scale philanthropic income for faculties, as we prepare to launch our next major fundraising campaign in 2027 and mark the university’s bicentenary in 2029.

We will build on our already successful fundraising to achieve ambitious new goals for philanthropy – creating strong partnerships across campus and with donors, to realise shared priorities and deliver strategic impact.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with academic and professional service colleagues across King’s to secure significant philanthropic income to support student outcomes and drive world-leading teaching and research.

Community Volunteers Enabling You (COVEY) has been a lifeline for children, young people and families across Lanarkshire since 1992. We provide one-to-one and group-based befriending, mentoring and family support services tailored to those who need it most. Our mission is to help children, young people and families become more resilient, safe and better equipped to reach their full potential.

As Fundraising Manager, you will lead the development of community fundraising, corporate fundraising and fundraising events (either held by us or undertaken by members of the public such as the Kiltwalk), helping COVEY grow sustainable unrestricted income and build long-term relationships with supporters.
