Job description

The Financial Inclusion Senior Manager (Income Maximisation) is responsible for working with food banks and regional teams to deliver high quality and sustainable face to face income maximisation services across the UK Trussell Trust network.  The postholder will utilise financial inclusion programme data and insight, sector evidence and their subject matter expertise to inform the design of a range of service models and investment requirements, delivering significant impact for people experiencing poverty across the UK.  The role will support food banks to develop cost effective, targeted and high impact services reflecting local conditions and requirements.  The post will work closely with key teams across the organisation to ensure long term impact and sustainability of the income maximisation services, whilst providing the evidence and insight to support the influencing and campaigning priorities of PEAR. The role will be responsible for leading national partnerships with key strategic partners to drive high quality provision across the network, along with the roll out of e-referral across the food bank network.

This role will require travel throughout the UK.

Flexible working will be considered.
