Across your geographic area of West Yorkshire:

• Identify, develop, and steward supporter relationships with businesses, fundraising groups, and high value prospects.
• Understand supporter motivations, identifying opportunities across the Charity that inspire and engage, enabling them to achieve their fundraising goals and reach their potential.
• Identify and steward corporate prospects using a pipeline process resulting in applying for and converting opportunities.
• Be proactive within your area to identify opportunities for fundraising and raise awareness of the Charity.
• Manage supporters effectively using our CRM system (OneCRM) to provide excellent stewardship.
• Meet agreed financial targets, provide monthly financial progress reports, and put mitigation plans in place for any shortfall.
• Promote BHF’s activities and campaigns to raise awareness and drive income.

You'll need to live in West Yorkshire region or be able to relocate to this region.

This role requires regular travel within the area, and occasionally to other parts of the UK.

You must have a full UK driving licence at the time of application with access to your own vehicle.

There will be a requirement for flexible out of hours working to support occasional evening and weekend activity. You will be compensated for this with time off in lieu.

Fundraising Manager
 

We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Manager – Trusts & Foundations and Corporate Fundraising to join a pioneering organisation.

About the Role:

As Fundraising Manager, you will support the Director of Fundraising in implementing our charity's strategy across trusts & foundations and corporate fundraising. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering fundraising plans, managing donor relationships, and leading income generation from both new and existing funders. This includes building funding propositions for corporate donors, securing grants, and stewarding relationships to maximise long-term support.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and apply for funding from trusts, foundations, and corporates.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with funders and major donors.
• Manage the full grant and partnership lifecycle—from research to reporting.
• Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to secure income from strategic corporate partners.
• Develop compelling, impact-driven funding proposals tailored to donor motivations.
• Organise donor events and cultivation activities.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and effective donor acknowledgement systems.
• Maintain up-to-date records and reporting systems for pipeline management.
• Stay abreast of fundraising trends, especially in youth, employability, and CSR sectors.

About You:

You’ll be an experienced fundraiser with a track record of securing five- and six-figure gifts.

You'll have a passion for transforming young lives and thrive in a mission-driven environment. You bring a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on fundraising execution, with the confidence to engage major donors and corporates.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

• At least 3 years' experience in fundraising, with success in securing significant grants.
• At least 2 years' experience in corporate fundraising or CSR partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with excellent proposal-writing skills.
• Outstanding research and analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Empathy for care-experienced young people and a commitment to the charity’s mission.
• Understanding of donor/partner motivations and corporate philanthropy.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM desirable.
• Event management and knowledge of local funders and corporate CSR programmes is a plus.

JUSTICE is looking to recruit a new Criminal Policy Lawyer to join our policy team. This is a permanent post although there are options for fixed term positions on request (minimum of 12 months), for example if someone is seeking a period of time off from practice but envisages returning. This provides an exciting opportunity for a practising lawyer with a strong research background keen to engage in high-level policy and law reform work. We are looking for a lawyer mainly interested in criminal justice, as well as in cross-cutting issues affecting the functioning of the justice system (current cross-cutting projects include work on the state of the rule of law in the UK and AI, human rights and the law in the justice system).

The JUSTICE team are currently working in a hybrid manner. Staff members have access to office space in London. Attendance is currently non-compulsory, but staff based within a reasonable distance of the office are encouraged to attend at least once a week. JUSTICE is at the forefront of work promoting access to a fair criminal justice system for all. The successful candidate will be building on our recent work on racial injustice in the youth criminal justice system and post-conviction decision making including the parole system and administrative decision making in prisons as well as our cross-cutting workstream on the state of the rule of law in the UK. They will also be scoping and setting up a new criminal justice project relating to fraud.

We would like to a recruit bright, motivated person who is passionate about criminal justice system reform, the promotion of access to justice and fair trial. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team. With excellent interpersonal skills, they will be able to work closely with JUSTICE members, who include senior figures in the legal profession. The post holder will work with our Deputy Legal Director to further develop our criminal justice work stream and assist on system-wide proposals for change. This role is focused primarily on England and Wales, though it will touch on UK wide issues and Scottish criminal justice system from time-to-time.

Head of Health & Wellbeing
Salary: £51,039 Per Annum + Benefits

The Role 
The Head of Health & Wellbeing is a key member of the College and is responsible for managing the delivery of the College’s operational health and wellbeing provision.

The role holder will be closely involved in student welfare across the College, working closely with undergraduates and postgraduates, Fellows, and staff. They will contribute to the College’s health and wellbeing strategy, ensuring that College provision complements the provision offered through the University’s Student Support Department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the Health & Wellbeing Centre is supported and managed through the delivery of the key responsibilities detailed in the job description.

This is a permanent role at 37.5 hours per week. The nature of the role requires some flexibility in working hours. This includes working the first weekend of the start of the new academic year to help welcome new students, as well as working bank holidays which fall during University Full Term. The role may occasionally require evening work to attend events or meet with students as required. Details of a daily working pattern will be arranged with the Senior Tutor.

About Quest for Learning
Quest for Learning is an education charity on a mission to close the gap for primary school children in Oxfordshire who are falling behind - often due to complex and compounding disadvantage. Many of the children we support are growing up in poverty, with limited access to books, low parental literacy, and challenging home environments. Some face health inequalities, live in areas affected by crime, or have recently arrived in the UK as refugees or asylum seekers.

We work closely with schools to provide targeted, high-impact literacy and numeracy programmes that give these children the chance to catch up, thrive, and believe in their potential. On average, our small-group tutoring helps pupils make 13 months of progress in just 10 hours - building not only essential skills, but also confidence, motivation, and a renewed sense of possibility.

The impact extends well beyond the classroom. By supporting children early, we help prevent the need for more complex and costly interventions later in life, from mental health support to exclusion and social care. Our work contributes to stronger, fairer communities by giving every child the foundation they need to participate fully in society. In doing so, we are advancing social sustainability and helping to meet global goals such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals for Quality Education, Reduced Inequalities, and Good Health and Wellbeing.

Role Purpose

This is a hands-on and outward-facing role for a confident, capable fundraiser ready to lead Quest for Learning’s income generation efforts. As our sole dedicated fundraiser, you’ll take ownership of securing income across a broad mix of streams - including trusts and foundations, community fundraising, individual giving, and corporate partnerships.

You’ll be out and about representing the charity, building relationships with local businesses, community groups, and supporters, and bringing our mission to life with energy and clarity. You'll need to be a proactive self-starter who enjoys meeting people, thrives in a varied role, and is motivated by delivering results that improve life chances for disadvantaged children.

This is a busy and varied role which often involves working on multiple fundraising activities at once. A typical day could include working on an application to a new funder, designing a supporter newsletter, gathering information for an end of grant report, and researching new prospects.

This role would suit someone with experience of securing funding, managing funder relationships, and developing new opportunities - all with a focus on practical delivery. You’ll work closely with the CEO, leadership and programme teams, and our board of trustees to help grow a diverse and sustainable income base.

Key Responsibilities

Trusts and foundations

• Research and identify prospective funders, building a robust pipeline
• Write and submit compelling, tailored funding applications
• Deliver timely, high-quality reports with evidence of impact
• Build and maintain strong relationships with funders through clear, proactive stewardship
• Monitor success rates and financial information and adapt strategy to improve performance

Community fundraising

• Initiate and grow partnerships with local community groups (e.g. WIs, Rotary clubs, schools, churches)
• Support or coordinate local fundraising events and campaigns (e.g. fun runs, quizzes, coffee mornings)
• Attend community events to represent the charity and engage new supporters
• Equip and support individuals and groups to fundraise on our behalf

Corporate partnerships and other earned income

• Build relationships with local and regional businesses to secure sponsorship, gifts-in-kind or Charity of the Year support
• Develop creative, mutually beneficial opportunities to engage corporate partners

About the Role
As HR Project Admin (Flexible Workforce), you will play a key role in supporting the national flexible staffing model. You’ll be responsible for coordinating temporary worker recruitment, managing workforce records, and helping ensure compliance across all casual staffing processes. Working closely with hiring managers, external agencies and the HR and Finance teams, your work will help ensure effective and cost-conscious staffing across services.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a major operational transformation project, gain exposure to senior leaders, and develop valuable HR and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Support recruitment and onboarding of bank and agency staff, including compliance and document checks

· Coordinate and monitor the use of the workforce system (CentralAxis), ensuring managers and workers are fully trained

Executive Assistant

This role will support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the CEO’s office, helping manage key processes, communications, and external relations. Key responsibilities include:

· Managing the CEO’s diary, inbox, travel and meeting logistics

· Preparing board papers, agendas, minutes, and reports

· Helping develop and maintain helpline resources and records

· Creating and publishing content for our social media and website
