The Partnerships Manager will manage a portfolio of commercial and fundraising accounts totalling c.£250k, as well as some new business development. We seek a Development and Grants Senior Officer to support our funding applications and grant reporting for Blue Ventures’ Indonesia programmes. E3G funding comes from a wide variety of funders around the world. We are looking for a CCAB qualified finance person with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a charity or not-for-profit programme finance context. The role will work with the Chief Financial Officer and Programme Leads to manage our financial relationships with these funders and the end-to-end finance activities across our funders and programmes.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing monthly internal project reporting to project leads.

You'll be able to balance conflicting workstreams to deliver amazing new propositions at pace.

We’re a small charity that brings communities together to create cleaner, connected and safer urban and rural neighbourhoods by tackling the litter problems where they live. Litter-picking brings people closer together, enables neighbours to meet one another other and helps create a greater sense of pride and community in local areas.
Historically, we have delivered litter-picking focussed community engagement projects in London and Birmingham. Our current focus is developing partnerships with community organisations across England to expand our reach and increase impact.
Main duties of the role

To provide a pro-active, high-quality administration and support service to the Operational Team, Chief Executive and the Corporate Partnerships team.
Operational Team: Deals with logistics, processes and day to day functions of our work on the ground with community partners and volunteers.

Database Management, to take a pro-active role in our upcoming database development project, considering how best to structure, store and export data. Following the launch of the database lead on database development and maintenance, such as an annual data cleanse.

The Role
The Senior Finance Business Partner will oversee financial management of key programme areas for the charity.
· Provide financial analysis and commentary to support in strategic decision making in relation to programme areas

About You:
