What does this role do?
As a Supporter Stewardship Agent, you will:
- have meaningful conversations with our supporters—taking donations, answering questions, sharing your love of dogs, and resolving queries.

- liaise with other teams and departments to ensure supporter queries are resolved efficiently
- support our Gift Processing team with donation handling and administration during peak periods.
Could this be you?
To be successful in this role, you’ll be a confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with supporters. A team player with strong problem-solving skills, you’ll also have a keen eye for detail and good numeracy skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential, as well as experience with databases (although not essential, Salesforce knowledge is desirable).

The Clinical team at Diabetes UK gathers the diabetes management and prevention insights to help inform the organisation. As a valued member of the team, you will develop and share your knowledge and experience internally and externally to support Diabetes UK’s strategy. You will be an expert clinical resource for internal colleagues and external network, support the delivery of fresh, innovative, high-quality information and education resources for people with, and those at risk of, diabetes. Role description:
You will lead a clinical area of diabetes, be an expert resource and maintain a good knowledge in all areas of diabetes care and prevention. You will gather new insights that help to inform Diabetes UK work, information and messaging while supporting other colleagues in developing diabetes knowledge. You will provide expertise within your clinical area on a range of matters including the development of products and resources, improving public understanding of diabetes through local and national media channels, reviewing evidence-based practice, and critically appraising to ensure clinical accuracy. Working with other colleagues, you will deliver wellbeing programmes to young people with type 1 diabetes. You may be required to provide clinical support and advice e.g. administer hypo treatment, advise on carb counting and support attendees who may have special needs.
The ideal candidate:
You will be a registered healthcare professional with clinical experience in diabetes preferably in paediatrics care within the NHS as a dietitian, nurse, or doctor. You will be passionate about using an evidence-based approach to creating resources for people with, and those at risk of, diabetes and healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will have experience of working across multiple teams, and be up to date with current developments, and trends, in diabetes care and prevention. You will be flexible in travelling around the country regularly to deliver wellbeing sessions including overnight stays, during some weekends and school holidays.

Croydon Youth Zone, named as Legacy by young people, was opened in September 2019. The Youth Zone is an independent Charity, but we are proud to be part of the growing OnSide Network whereby we have adopted a set of principles that guide our work with young people.
Our universal offer is focussed around a state-of-the-art, multimillion pound facility that is purpose built and remains dedicated to young people. We work with young people aged from 8 – 19 (up to 25 with additional needs) and offer an array of activities for young people to get involved in. The Jewish Museum London has undergone substantial positive change over the past two years, moving out of our Camden site and moving to a ‘Museum without Walls’ model. With new leadership installed at both lay and staff levels and a consultation process underway for the development of a five and fifteen-year strategy the Museum is looking for a new member of the team to assist in running the day-to-day administration of the organisation.

YOUR ROLE
Your role is to ensure the operation of the Tellmi Mental Health Service is safe and effective for all users. This role encompasses direct support for our users via the Tellmi app as well as behind the scenes management of operations. You will be one of the counsellors on call to respond to high risk posts during daytime working hours. You will manage the human element of our digital service including the users, moderators, counsellors, therapists and volunteers. As Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) you will take primary responsibility for safeguarding and child protection within Tellmi. You will act as a point of contact for staff and volunteers, providing advice and support on child welfare and protection matters relating to our users. You will manage safeguarding concerns, liaise with external agencies especially in commissioned areas and ensure the company’s safeguarding policies are up-to-date and effective. Although an important responsibility the DSL element is a relatively small part of the overall role.

YOUR SPECIFIC DUTIES
Moderation, counselling and supervision (15%)

Responsible for responding to high risk users during the day including emergency third party disclosures if required.

Providing occasional cover for moderation or counsellors at any point during the operational hours.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Senior Leadership
