Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager, you will work with colleagues across programmes and projects creating content, providing campaigns advice and support, sharpening messaging, crafting compelling thought leadership material, and maximising the impact of our communications.
This role calls for an excellent writer who can think strategically and translate complex information into engaging stories, delivered in a range of formats. Whether your background is in journalism, corporate communications, or strategic storytelling, you will bring a strong editorial eye, creativity, campaign skills, and the ability to spot the stories that matter most. Key responsibilities
Content creation and storytelling
- Develop and deliver high-quality content, including thought leadership campaigns (featuring podcasts, videos, editorials, and webinars)
- Amplify the work of project and programme teams, positioning it through the broader organisation narrative
- Write engaging news and feature articles that align with organisational priorities
- Review, edit and advise on content produced by colleagues and consultants
- Bring together complex and technical information and translate this into easy-to-understand messaging
- Safeguard ISEAL’s brand identity by ensuring all communications reflect its tone of voice and style, support colleagues to embed brand storytelling in their work through guidance and training
Messaging
- Develop and maintain ISEAL’s overarching organisational messaging framework, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with the broader narrative
- Create key message templates and toolkits for staff to support consistent communication across programmes, campaigns and external engagements
- Ensure ISEAL’s messaging reflects its mission, values and strategic priorities while resonating with diverse audiences
- Embed core messaging in content and campaigns
- Empower staff to confidently represent ISEAL by delivering messaging guidance and training that deepens understanding of organisational priorities and voice
Campaign planning and delivery
- Provide programme teams with communication campaign planning advice
- Oversee the communications campaign scheduler, ensuring activities are coordinated and strategically aligned
- Lead dissemination and growth of thought leadership campaigns, with a particular focus on expanding podcast reach and impact
- Work with the senior coordinator to ensure campaign delivery is well executed
- Analyse the performance of campaign strategies to identify the most effective ways to expand ISEAL’s reach and improve engagement
Editorial oversight and sign-off
- Fully understanding and absorbing the organisational narrative, review and sign off on key communications materials, including social media copy and graphics, news page articles and organisation newsletters
- Ensure content adheres to brand, tone, and quality standards
- Keep key message resources such as FAQs and explainers up to date
Other responsibilities
- Create issue and crisis-response communications as needed
- Work with the communications coordinator to oversee content monitoring and metrics and assess effectiveness of communication tactics and strategies
- Ensure that review and approval processes, version control, and filing systems are in place to keep content accurate and sign-offs efficient

Essential experience, knowledge and attributes
- Significant professional experience in content creation and campaign delivery, ideally in an international NGO, membership body, or mission-driven organisation
- Exceptional writing and editorial skills, with proven ability to produce thought leadership articles and multi-format content (digital, video, podcast etc)
- Familiarity with podcasts and digital storytelling formats, including audience growth strategies.
- Familiarity with facilitating virtual meetings and webinars
- Strong campaign planning experience, including oversight of schedules and coordination across teams
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex sustainability and technical topics into clear, engaging messaging for diverse audiences
- Proven track record of developing and delivering campaigns that increase reach and engagement across a range of geographical regions, including experience using LinkedIn (organic and paid)
- Experience reviewing, editing, and signing off on communications materials
- Experience of maintaining brand voice and quality
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines

About the role
The Head of Fundraising and Communications will lead the development and delivery of a systematic, data-driven, and project-managed approach to fundraising and communications — driving sustainable income growth and raising the charity’s profile and influence.
As the charity’s strategic lead for fundraising, they will shape and expand our income streams, strengthen systems and processes, and build a high-performing team to help us reach more young people with our vital work. Key Responsibilities
Fundraising
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all fundraising activity, ensuring a systematic and dependable approach to income generation.

This is a new role working across Battersea’s Philanthropy, Partnerships and Commercial (PP&C) fundraising team, to help drive income growth and maintain strong funder relationships.
The primary focus of your work will be prospect identification and qualification for an upcoming capital campaign. This will include new major donor prospects and charitable Trusts that support capital projects.
You will also be responsible for undertaking due diligence on individuals, corporations and trusts that are supporting Battersea in order to inform our colleagues about potential financial and reputational risks, empowering them to make informed decisions about our partnerships.
You will be an integral part of the capital campaign, managing the prospect pipelines, tracking prospects as they move through the cultivation cycle and supporting the fundraisers with their cultivation. Galapagos Conservation Trust (GCT) is looking for a proactive individual with good storytelling skills to produce fundraising applications and reports that inspire. As part of GCT’s Fundraising & Communications team, you will work closely with the Senior Development Manager to secure grant funding from Trusts & Foundations across our programme portfolio (including island restoration, community resilience, ocean protection and plastic pollution topics), with an increasing focus on securing multi-year funding to embed sustainability in our programme delivery.

We have ambitious plans to ensure that 2,000 young people are supported by our work by 2025, through extending our Department for Education sponsored work in independent day schools.

The return on the Foundation’s Capital Fund covers the costs of our small team of 14 individuals. Purpose of the role
You will support the Head of SpringForward in managing a growing independent school- local authority partnership mentoring programme. This programme promotes partnerships between independent schools and Local Authorities that ensure that children in care can access opportunities for tailored mentoring by independent schoolteachers to help address some of their achievement and attainment gaps, and be supported to secure offers for a university or apprenticeship route on leaving school.
Key responsibilities
You will work with the Head of SpringForward to support successful management of day-to-day operations of the programme; including but not limited to:

onboarding and engagement of volunteer independent schoolteacher mentors;

liaising with school coordinators and overseeing overall school participation;

liaising with Local Authority partners and updating on pupil engagement;

supporting mentors in delivery of mentoring, quality assurance including monitoring of session reports, updating resources).
You will work with Head of SpringForward to review, implement and refine impact measurement, collecting survey data and feedback, review the outcomes and supporting continuous improvement of programme design and to communicate with new schools and LAs the programme’s benefits.
You will be held accountable for upholding the highest levels of safeguarding practice in implementation of the mentoring programme, including updating and maintaining safeguarding records for volunteers.
You will be responsible for writing reports on progress and outcomes for the charity’s senior leadership, trustees and the wider partnership community.
If seeking additional responsibilities/hours, this role could also include elements of wider communications support - including updating the charity’s website and social media content, collecting impact stories and sharing weekly content on school visits, donor engagement and key newsworthy items relevant to the work of RNCSF.

The Opportunity
This role is central to shaping and delivering the Social Mobility Foundation’s media, public affairs, and campaigning work, alongside the Campaigns Manager. You will influence changemakers - including politicians and journalists - through strategic media, political, and social media interventions. The Senior Partnerships Manager (SPM) is responsible for overseeing the grant management of assigned grants, primarily a large grant from the Asian Development Bank (ADB), as well as contributing to proposal development, representing AKF(UK) at various events and meetings of technical groups, and supporting AKF(UK)’s partnerships with ADB and others. Grants Management
• Provide overall guidance, oversight, compliance and quality control and coordination for all components of the assigned grant portfolio (at the start, this will include one large ADB grant). The SPM will work closely with the in-country project management unit (PMU) to ensure the project(s) are delivered on-time and on-budget and proactively support the resolution of challenges as they arise.
• Support the preparation, review and feedback process on donor reports to ensure reports comply with donor requirements and are produced on time and to a high standard.
• Be an interface with the donor and communicate on a regular basis about implementation to maintain a solid relationship and to address queries or challenges effectively.
• Support the PMU in the contracting, management and oversight of consortium partners, and external service providers e.g., in monitoring, evaluation and audit.
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding progress, risks and mitigation measures.

The Senior Grant Making Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of funding in our England Directorate and in particular our responsive funding in the London, South East and East Region.
Reporting to the Senior Head of Responsive Funding in the London, South East & East Region, you will play a key role in delivering our strategy, ‘It Starts with Community’, maximizing the impact of our funding across the region with a particular focus on London where you will work with others to develop our regional and London specific strategic direction, ensuring excellent management and oversight of day-to-day grant making and learning.

Role Summary
The Programme officer role is a key component of a CEC wide initiative to ensure that national objectives and strategies are aligned across the business and implemented effectively and consistently across our Career Hubs infrastructure.

This role will play a key part in supporting the implementation of the programmatic strategy for Work Experience as well as other strands of work. It will support in helping to translate national initiatives and policy aligned with our strategic priorities into operational programmes delivered through our Network of Career Hubs. Priorities and programmes may change and flex over time but work experience will remain a priority theme.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a natural collaborator, a strong communicator and have strong organizational skills, and some function knowledge of our priorities.
The role will also contribute towards the wider success of the Network and Employers team supporting colleagues and areas outside of the designated area as required.
Within this role we would also offer a development opportunity for post holders not currently qualified in project management. Such employees would be offered the Associate project manager (level 4) apprenticeship, which is an 18-month development programme. This would be fully funded and paid for by CEC, you would be able to complete the qualification while in post in the Programme Officer role and you would also be given the appropriate release time each week for activities and tasks specifically related to gaining the qualification.

Main purpose of role:
This is a unique opportunity to lead Muscular Dystrophy UK’s policy work to improve access to treatment and shape life science policy for people living with muscle wasting conditions.
With exciting progress in treatment development but challenges with NHS system readiness, you’ll be at the forefront of efforts to ensure everyone in the UK can access the best available therapies—quickly and equitably.
You’ll build strong relationships with governments, regulators, charities, and industry, lead our technology appraisal work, and grow our influence in life sciences policy, particularly around clinical trials and the implementation of the UK Life Sciences plan, drawing on Muscular Dystrophy UK’s rich history in medical research.
Working collaboratively across teams—including Policy and Campaigns, Research, Marketing and Communications, and our devolved nation leads in Services and Support—you’ll help deliver key strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Director of Policy and Campaigns and working within a matrix structure with the Director of Research and Innovation, you’ll play a vital role in driving change and improving lives.

We are proud to be working with a leading charity in their search for a Senior Philanthropy Manager. They are looking for an ambitious and strategic Senior Philanthropy Manager to lead the development of the Major Donor programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the overall Major Donor Strategy, budget, and KPIs, providing the strategic insight needed to significantly grow the programme.
- Manage and grow a warm portfolio of existing major donors and prospects capable of giving £100k+ designing bespoke care plans and compelling funding propositions.
- Develop a robust prospect pipeline in collaboration with supporting fundraising and research teams.
- Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Trustees, and colleagues to champion the work they do and leverage their networks for transformational gifts.
- Line management of a philanthropy manager, ensuring ongoing development and their targets are hit
Experience needed
- Proven, substantial experience in securing and stewarding a programme of gifts from major donors, ideally six figures, and successfully growing a multi-year pipeline.
- Experience taking ownership of a fundraising strategy and budget, with the ability to provide clear, strategic insight to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to write inspiring, persuasive, and complex proposals and donor communications that convey the urgency and impact of their work.
- Ability to work at pace on multiple high-value opportunities, particularly in a fast-moving environment
