What does this role do?
As a Senior Supporter Stewardship Agent, you will:
- oversee the daily operations of the Supporter Stewardship team, distributing work and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard,
- have meaningful conversations with our supporters and solve any complex queries that arise,
- liaise with other teams and departments to ensure supporter queries are resolved efficiently,
- train and upskill more junior members of the team, supporting them to deliver an excellent supporter experience.
Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for week commencing 29th September 2025, and will take place on Teams.
Could this be you?
To be successful in this role, you’ll be a confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with supporters, as well as the ability to handle complex customer queries swiftly and efficiently. You'll be capable of training others, supervising a team and distributing workload. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential, as well as experience with databases.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure SQL, Blob Storage, and Azure Cognitive Search.
- Collaborate daily via Microsoft Teams with Product Managers, QA, and fellow developers.
- Participate fully in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and occasionally ReactJS.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code with an emphasis on performance and scalability.
- Offer technical input on architecture and best practices, and support less experienced developers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in .NET web development (ideally .NET Core / .NET 8 or 9).
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and experience designing relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (SQL, Storage, Search, etc.).
- Front-end development skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ReactJS.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience working in a Scrum/Agile setting.
Desirable
- Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and practices.
- Prior experience working on high-traffic websites or job boards.

As the Senior Legacy Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for helping shape and deliver the legacy and in-memory giving fundraising programme that will maximise the lifetime value of supporters. This role will be responsible for managing a small team and overseeing budget of £600k and an income target of £240k. With a varied legacy marketing programme, this role will focus on both the acquisition and retention of legacy supporters and work across a range of channels including direct mail, telemarketing, DRTV, digital, events, and Free Will products.
The successful candidate will have proven experience within legacy marketing and have a strong understanding of direct marketing across a range of audiences. They will be confident in planning, delivering, and evaluating legacy marketing campaigns, and be able to make strategic decisions based on audience insights. Ideally, this person will have previous line management experience and have managed project budgets and expenditures.

The Senior Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in the Chief Executive’s Office, working closely with the Deputy Chief Executive and members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure the smooth and effective execution of strategic, operational, and governance priorities. Acting as a trusted partner and first point of contact, the Senior Executive Assistant will proactively manage high-level administrative functions, facilitate internal and external stakeholder engagement, and contribute to organisation-wide planning and coordination. Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
Executive Support
· Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted liaison for the Deputy Chief Executive, managing their calendar, commitments, and priorities with discretion and strategic foresight.
· Proactively coordinate complex diaries, internal and external meetings, and briefings, ensuring effective time management and optimal scheduling across teams and stakeholders.
· Prepare agendas, compile and distribute papers, attend meetings as needed, and record minutes and action points with professionalism and accuracy.
· Manage comprehensive travel arrangements (domestic and international), including bookings, itineraries, visa requirements, and expenses in line with organisational policy.
· Screen incoming correspondence (emails, calls, invitations), handle or redirect enquiries, and ensure timely and appropriate follow-up.
· Provide responsive and high-quality administrative support across the Senior Leadership Team as needed, in coordination with the Executive Support Manager.
Governance, Project and Strategic Support
· Coordinate and manage key organisational meetings including: Monthly Heads meetings across ARUK and Fundraising and Marketing Leadership Team (FMLT) meetings
· Ensure the smooth delivery of these meetings by preparing documentation, recording actions, and driving follow-through with relevant stakeholders.
· Support cross-organisational strategic initiatives, such as ARUK’s Stakeholder Engagement programme and other priority activities led by the Deputy Chief Executive.
· Proactively use ARUK’s CRM system (Salesforce) to support relationship management and strategic engagement by Executive Directors.
· Assist in the planning and delivery of internal communications activities and events that build alignment and engagement across the organisation to include the annual Fundraising and Marketing away day and monthly Fundraising and Marketing meeting.
· Take on discrete projects on behalf of the Deputy Chief Executive
· Work closely with the Executive Support Manager and Head of Governance to support Board and trustee-related activities, including the preparation of papers, coordination of logistics, and accurate record-keeping.

Additional Information:

About Bonsucro
Bonsucro is a global sustainability platform and standard for sugarcane. We accelerate the sustainable production and uses of sugarcane through our standards, tools, and collective action. Our digitalisation workstream is central to our strategy, aiming to future-proof systems, bring added-value data to the supply chain, and support action on sustainability.
Role Overview
This is a part time (21 hours per week) and fixed term role. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of the Empower & Exchange Project—an ISEAL-funded initiative to create user-centric data products, and advance future-proofed data infrastructure to improve the sustainability and transparency of the sugarcane supply chain.
This role sits within the Corporate Services team and will lead the project from planning through execution and reporting, collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders, and project partners.
The Empower & Exchange project is an integral part of Bonsucro’s broader digitalisation strategy and is closely aligned with other organisational initiatives. The project has five core objectives to be delivered to an agreed workplan:
1.Engage market actors to identify key ESG reporting metrics.
2.Create data reports tailored to certified sugar mills and the wider supply chain.
3.Develop a secure, user-friendly system for access and export of producer data.
4.Map the evolving technology ecosystem for traceability and ESG reporting.
5.Compile trust criteria for inter-platform data sharing with stakeholder input.
Key Responsibilities
Project Strategy & Management
- Act as the Project Manager for the Empower & Exchange project, overseeing implementation, donor reporting, and team coordination.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation in alignment with funder and organisational expectations.
- Ensure project activities are agile, adaptive, and responsive to changing needs, contexts and feedback.
Product Development & Research
- Coordinate the design and development of data tools and data reports for certified sugar mills, aligned with the project aims, ensuring they meet the needs of users in the sugarcane supply chain.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder consultations, usability testing, and market actor engagement to inform product features and usability.
- Oversee iterative development cycles in collaboration with internal tech and data teams.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, project partners, Bonsucro Members, and the ISEAL community. These include sugar and biofuel producers around the world, multinational corporate brands, learning partners in sustainable marine products, and traceability tech providers.
- Manage communication to ensure alignment, transparency, and participation across the project lifecycle.
- Work with the Bonsucro Communications team to share insights, promote achievements, and elevate visibility of the project.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning
- Lead the preparation of donor reports and documentation of project progress and learning.
- Identify key insights and structure communications to inform Bonsucro’s future work and contribute to the ISEAL community’s collective learning. For example, delivering presentations and written comms.
