The Coproduction Service Manager is responsible for the operational leadership of coproduction, involvement and engagement. Purpose of Role
To support the Head of Fundraising and Head of Trusts to develop and deliver effective income generation and partner relationship management. Collaborating also with the wider WasteAid team to develop quality funding proposals and fundraising assets. To research, explore and initiate new fundraising approaches with potential new funders.
Income Generation
- Support the senior fundraising team to research and develop potential opportunities for maximising income generation
- Support the senior team to identify and secure new supporters/partners and ensure effective engagement with established supporters. This includes:

About the role
We are seeking a Head of Development and Partnerships to join our Senior Management Team alongside the CEO, Head of Programmes and Head of Finance and Operations.
You will drive income generation and partnerships development with funders and prime contractors within primarily the UK public and international development sectors, ensuring that our programmes, courses and consultancy offerings meet market needs and are financially sustainable.
You will lead on activities generating over £1m annually through grants, tenders, contracts, partnerships, and strategic communications contributing to The Human Edge's financial growth and brand development.
As the key member dedicated to income generation, you will shape and expand our funding streams, driving the growth of our services while serving as a charismatic external ambassador and effective communicator and influencer.

We are looking for a dedicated Engagement Officer for Healthwatch Stockport. Could this be you?
You will be working within the passionate team at Healthwatch Stockport to effectively engage with local people, communities who have a lived or living experience of serious mental illness and of using mental health services in Stockport.
You will be a point of contact for individuals and voluntary and community groups, to share experience, to develop meaningful communication methods and feedback the impact of their voice and involvement. You will facilitate co-production and develop approaches to support individuals and groups to be involved and engaged as partners in the development and co-design of mental health support and living well across Stockport.
Planning, Development and Communication
You will • Develop, oversee, and implement the Living Well Expert by Experience workstream plan in partnership with people who have lived experience in using mental health services.
• Promote the aims and objectives of the workstream of throughout Stockport with service users, potential users of the services and services themselves.
• Co-ordinate and undertake research and report writing activity as required. Completing reports within agreed timescales and presenting and tailoring them to a variety of stakeholders.
• Co-ordinate and facilitate meetings, working groups and other forums in relation to the workstream. Taking briefing notes, minutes and developing promotional materials as appropriate with people who use local services.
• Communicate effectively with the public and the community about activities – including meeting the specific communication needs of people from the range of target stakeholders.
• Liaise with a range of key partners across the statutory and voluntary sector to ensure the voice of people with serious mental illness lived experience has influence and has the opportunity to be included in the planning, development and all discussions regarding community mental health care provision so that services are truly codesigned.
• Participate in Healthwatch Stockport and other voluntary sector activity as required in relation to this workstream.
• Keep accurate records of all work undertaken
Relationships
Create, establish, and build on existing links with networks of people and groups with lived experience, and from a diversity of backgrounds across Stockport: [Neighbourhoods/Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and within the wider Living Well Programme]. This will include:

Marie Curie has ambitious financial growth targets and needs to drive net contribution, engagement and awareness if they are to achieve their fundraising ambitions and subsequently their service growth goals.
The primary focus of the role is to maximise the net contribution from local fundraising but also to drive community awareness and engagement with Marie Curie. This is a key role for Marie Curie, responsible for managing a team of over 100 people and having responsibility for over £20 million Income, the recruitment of legacy prospects, the delivery of fundraising events and the strategic approach of supporter facing volunteers.
The Fundraising teams based in communities across the UK are responsible for raising money, driving legacy sign ups, building event participation and profit and growing awareness and engagement of the need for and impact of the charity’s work amongst supporters and people who have the potential to support Marie Curie. With all local relationships managed by this role’s teams, the post will ensure that supporters have a connected, seamless experience.
The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience in a fundraising environment with a successful track record in increasing voluntary income or revenue. They will also have experience in developing both annual operational and three-year strategic plans, developing creative and innovative solutions and digital marketing and in working with working with volunteers and engaging local communities. This will be combined with a proven track record in managing large high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
