In this exciting role, the successful candidate will provide the organisation with a timely, accurate and relevant financial management service by assuming day-to-day responsibility for the organisation’s accounting function, to enable the senior management team and the Board of Trustees to assess results and performance and make informed, strategic decisions, and ensure the organisation complies with statutory and corporate regulation and requirements.
You will work closely with the treasurer, directors and managers to enable them to manage their programme finances and support them to report to donors and to devise sound plans for growth and sustainability.
The UK chapter expects to grow income across all sources, including from institutions and foundations. You will play a critical role in maintaining and building on this success.
You will also be responsible for and provide input from a financial and management perspective on strategic development and the general organisation-wide structure and management as part of the Senior Management Team.

About the role
We seek a Head of Operations who will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of our London Higher’s operations, including human resources, governance and compliance, IT, finance, and administrative functions. Equally, you don’t have to be a qualified finance professional, but we do need someone with strong financial acumen. We need someone who can demonstrate the ability to oversee IT needs in conjunction with IT support consultants, and someone who can do board meetings and other administrative tasks, such as preparing agendas and minutes.
You will be experienced in coordinating small-scale events and managing operational logistics, such as venue booking, catering arrangements, and attendee management. About the role
The RSN is looking for a Chief Executive to help them on their transformational journey to grow, develop and extend the reach and impact of their work. With experience in or understanding of fundraising principles and of generating diverse income streams, this role requires a leader with experience in business development, charity management, and strategic planning. Possessing a blend of commercial acumen, strategic vision, and a passion for the organisation's mission, the new CE may have prior experience in the art, culture or heritage sector, but more importantly will believe in the RSN’s mission and appreciate its relevance today.

Internet Matters was established in response to the challenges of safeguarding children’s well-being as they access digital platforms and content. The internet is a vital tool for learning and communication and it’s right that children have access to it, but, like all tools, it must be used safely.

About the role.
Head of Fundraising is one of the most critical and most challenging roles in the organisation and requires a highly skilled relationship builder.
You’ll be responsible for all fundraising activities and will hold key relationships with the biggest companies in the world.
By providing excellent stewardship and engagement opportunities you’ll ensure these vital partners continue to contribute towards online child safety.
You’ll secure not only industry buy-in and participation but the funding required to carry out the research, advocacy and policy work Internet Matters carry out.

Each relationship with partners is bespoke and highly valued.
You’ll work to ensure these partnerships are long-term and mutually beneficial, spotting opportunities to deepen relationships and for business development to generate revenue for the charity outside of fundraised income.

Local Motion Project Manager
The role
The post holder or this role will be responsible for the work of LocalMotion in Oldham and ensuring that local people, community organisations and institutions can collaborate to achieve their shared vision.
The shared purpose of LocalMotion is to learn how all elements of our societal structure, including funders, sectors, and citizens, can work together equitably within a geographical place to positively disrupt the normal patterns and vicious cycles that are holding communities back, to reimagine a more just future for everyone. And for the collective learning to influence change at a local and national level.
The main things you will be asked to do in this role
· To provide effective and visible leadership of the LocalMotion work in Oldham, both within Oldham itself and within the wider LocalMotion movement and network.
· To ensure that Oldham’s LocalMotion work is delivered in line with LocalMotion aims and values and strives for excellence in coproduction and collaborative practice.
· To actively connect with people, communities organisations and institutions in order to maximise the reach and impact of this opportunity.
· Work with the local coordination group to establish the ways of working and processes required to share power and devolve resources and leadership to drive forward the work to achieve our local vision.
· To ensure the local coordination group in Oldham is well supported, is reflective of the communities of Oldham and has the practical support it needs to carry out its functions and responsibilities.
· To ensure that the LocalMotion resources are spent in accordance with the grant agreement, the budget and that all reporting, due diligence and learning requirements are met.
· To ensure the LocalMotion work in Oldham is well documented, and we are able to share learning and impact with key stakeholders.
· To work with local partners, funders and other stakeholders to secure additional resources that will help achieve Oldham’s LocalMotion vision.
· To contribute to LocalMotion learning and governance events (approximately 4-6 per year) as part of the wider network and be a representative of the work in Oldham, including delivering presentations and sharing learning and insight.
