What does this role do?
As a Team Administrator you will:
- Provide proactive diary and inbox management for the Finance and IT Directors, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and meetings run smoothly.
- Act as a central point of contact, coordinating information flow and supporting timely decision-making across both directorates.
- Prepare and support key meetings, including agenda planning, minute-taking, action tracking, and follow-up.
- Organise and coordinate departmental activities such as away days, workshops, and internal/external. handling all logistics and documentation.
- Deliver day-to-day administrative support, including document preparation, record keeping, budget tracking, purchasing administration, and compliance processes.

What does this team do?
The Deputy CEO Directorate (DCEO) plays a key role in overseeing Dogs Trust's internal operations, ensuring the effective management of the Charity’s financial, legal, IT, efficiencies, facilities, and governance functions. The Directorate works closely with senior leadership to support the organisation's Rehoming Centres, prevention programmes, and international efforts. Its focus is on ensuring smooth internal processes and great customer service, that enable delivery of the mission and strategic goals of the UK's largest dog welfare charity.
Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. We have embarked on our 10-year strategy for ending homelessness. We know it is not inevitable. We know together we can end it.
Location: Based in Edinburgh, however very flexible homeworking arrangements are available.
Contract: 18 months fixed term contract
About the role
The Senior Digital Campaign Officer will play a key role in our work to end homelessness in Scotland – designing creative ways to engage the public with our latest campaign around the next election, using digital channels, including our website, social channels and email.
You will lead the creation of supporter journeys to mobilise people across Scotland; turning public awareness and interest in homelessness into meaningful actions that lead to change. You’ll work with others to make sure our campaigns are joined up with our digital, data, technology and marketing teams, and to make sure that our digital campaigns have a direct impact on the policies and practices needed to end homelessness.
About you
- Experience of developing digital influencing strategies that result in significant increases in the volume of new supporters and deepened involvement for existing supporters.
- Excellent technical knowledge and experience of digital tools and channels, particularly Engaging Networks and Adestra.
- Ability to think creatively, develop and test digital tools which strengthen campaigning successes.
- Strong communication skills including the ability to write campaigning materials for supporters e.g. website pages, social media posts, campaign emails, campaign actions, blogs.
- Ability to collaborate with people from different teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent project management skills.

About KLS’ Future Foundations education team
Future Foundations is an education programme of Katherine Low Settlement. Since 2004, KLS’ Future Foundations education team of 10 part-time staff and over 100 volunteers, have supported young refugees and their families in Battersea and the London Borough of Wandsworth to thrive in their education. Through mentoring, family support, casework and homework clubs, we provide the tailored support each young person and their family (if they have one) needs to overcome the barriers to education they face at home and school.
Key Objectives for this Role
Working with the Lead Youth Worker you will:
Homework Clubs
•Collect up to date consent information for all young people joining Future Foundations
•Support with creating session plans for club nights
•Research and source necessary resources activities
•Support to plan and run engaging and fun activities/ongoing projects for the young people
•Use participatory methods to involve young people about Clubs
•Ensure children’s participation and encourage ownership of and responsibility for the Clubs
•Implement our behaviour management policy
•Liaise with families/carers to communicate information regarding Clubs and Mentoring
•Support with maintaining robust recording and monitoring systems (including registers) and ensure quotes, case studies and feedback are saved and stored

Job Purpose

The British Academy – the UK’s national body for the humanities and social sciences - is seeking a Membership and Training Assistant to join the Early Career Researcher Network (ECRN) team, supporting the delivery of our inclusive, researcher-led network for early career researchers working across the SHAPE disciplines.
The role
The ECRN Membership and Training Assistant will play a key role in providing administrative support for the Early Career Research Network. The role holder will work closely with the ECRN team and will interact with researchers, universities and other stakeholders, as well as academic Fellows and colleagues from across the Academy.
You will support the ECRN Membership Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Network’s membership function. Key responsibilities include monitoring membership workflows, responding to member enquiries in a timely and professional manner, and serving as a primary point of contact for early career researchers interested in joining the Network.
The primary focus of this role will be managing membership and data-related activities, but you will also be providing administrative and logistical support for the Leadership and Advancement Programme and wider Network as required.
You will be confident using Microsoft Office programmes daily, such as Outlook, Excel and Teams and will be supporting with online events through Zoom. You will have to keep membership records up to date on our CRM database, Salesforce and communicate with our members.

Operations Support
- Guide and assist ISEAL staff in using software tools effectively by leading inductions, writing guidance, sharing best practice, providing training and trouble-shooting issues that arise

Member communications

About the role
This role builds on work that we have been doing for decades to support and empower LGBT people who have experienced sexual abuse or violence. Your work will enable TNBI people to feel supported, heard and empowered in the face of sexual abuse and violence, and pave the way to a safer future for our community.
You will be joining our advocacy and support team, supporting TNBI survivors across the UK. You will work directly with TNBI victims/survivors, offering them a space to talk and think through options, helping them plan what they want to do, and offering assistance in getting what they need from services. Your work will focus on needs specifically related to experiences of sexual abuse or violence, including issues such as attending a sexual assault referral centre (SARC), support with the criminal and civil justice process, providing support at court during trial, safety, and access to other services to enable survivors to cope and recover. You will be empathetic and thoughtful in your approach to understanding your clients’ needs, while remaining boundaried and mindful of self-care.
You will work with mainstream services to ensure the voices and experiences of TNBI survivors are represented in order to make change for our community at a local and national level. You will also work closely with key partner organisations by attending meetings and have the opportunity to take part in external work to ensure a joined-up approach among services working with LGBT people facing abuse and violence.

Being the sole representative for a partner school, you will need to use your ability to work independently and with initiative, often organising your own time to meet deadlines. You’ll also need to have a strong aptitude for developing relationships with a range of stakeholders ensuring you uphold high standards of communication and adapt your style for different audiences. The nature of this role will also require you to demonstrate adaptability, resilience and the ability to cope with some uncertainty.
This position would suit you if you’re looking to develop your experience in the education or charity sectors. Existing experience of working with young people and/or project management in a charity or education setting would be an asset.
