The Willow Major Events Team hosts a range of events to engage Willow’s key supporters. These range in large-scale events such as the Willow Ball and London Football Awards, to smaller more intimate events such as Golf and Shoot Days.

Job purpose

• This role will support the delivery of Willow’s programme of Major Events, as well as supporting third party events, ensuring that these promote and present Willow in a professional and compelling manner, maximising opportunities for donor cultivation, fundraising and maximising income generation.
• To work with the Events Manager on delivering events to an exceptional standard.
• To lead on auction procurement and fulfilment to maximise fundraising revenue.

Key responsibilities

Core Events

• To support the events strategy through delivery of high-quality events, designed to attract current and new supporters.
• To support the Events Fundraising Manager in ensuring that each event plan is actioned in a timely and efficient manner, as well as working with external suppliers, ensuring all suppliers work to agreed terms and conditions
• To assist in the research, development and planning of potential new event opportunities, ensuring that the events programme evolves in response to new fundraising requirements, opportunities and sector trends.
• With support from Event Manager, lead on events within the portfolio, working with key stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring delivery of a high-quality event.

Auction

• Lead on securing auction prizes for relevant events, developing relationships with key supporters and external businesses to secure exclusive and desirable auction items.
• Manage the auction fulfilment process, ensuring all auction winners are thanked post event and that lots are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Oversee online auction platform, ensuring accurate listings, engaging descriptions and looking for ways to maximise income.

Event Supporter Stewardship

• Provide support on guest management, ensuring a smooth process for guests during the lead up to and on the day of the event.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major donors, guests and stakeholders ensuring excellent stewardship and recognition
• To identify opportunities to engage or recruit new event supporters to existing or new events in the Willow calendar.

General

• To support the Events Manager with financial management of each event, supporting on areas such as: budgeting, planning, controlling and monitoring expenditure as appropriate and managing income against targets, KPI’s and provide regular revised projections as required.
• To maintain good practice in the use of database system (Raiser’s Edge), including the events module, ensuring that information is recorded accurately to allow for excellent supporter care, stewardship and accurate analysis of event performance.
• To keep up to date with current competitor activity, potential new opportunities for events and improved ways of managing and developing events.
• To keep up to date and comply with fundraising, data protection and other relevant legislation and codes of practice and good standards.
• To undertake any other tasks reasonably required.

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide operational leadership and oversight of the Carers Manchester Volunteer Programme and support the wider development of the Volunteer Programme at Gaddum. The Volunteer Coordinator will work with Carers Manchester colleagues to ensure volunteers feel equipped and supported to use their skills and lived experience in a range of established volunteer roles.

They will also work with the team to develop and recruit volunteers for new roles that support Carers Manchester to deliver on its aims and objectives. The role will involve maintaining close working relationships with our Central Team, Health & Safety systems, and compliance responsibilities. 

All staff are expected to work within all Gaddum policies and procedures. This role is subject to a basic DBS check.

Our Head of Data and Business Intelligence is a cross-organisational leadership role responsible for improving our use of data and insight. This role involves overseeing impact measurement, data governance, and the effective use of BI tools to support evidence-based decision-making. By driving data maturity and fostering a culture of data and insight driven decision-making, this role will help ensure that the MS Society maximises organisational impact and operational effectiveness through robust data management and analysis.

Our Head of Data and Business Intelligence is responsible for: 

• Provide strategic leadership and implement initiatives to improve data maturity and the overall data and insights culture across the organisation
• Develop and implement a comprehensive and organisational-wide data management and BI framework(s) aligned with the MS Society’s mission and organisational strategy
• Act as MS Society’s Data Protection Officer, overseeing compliance with data protection laws and regulations, and acting as the key point of contact for regulatory bodies and data subjects
• Drive adoption and effective use of data management and BI reporting and analysis tools across the organisation
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key data, insights, and reporting needs
• Improve and implement an organisational-wide logical data model and taxonomy

For this role we’re looking for:

• Experience in a senior data management and BI role, driving up data maturity across an organisation with a variety of disciplines, teams and processes

They are now seeking a senior interim to lead a bold transformation of their funding and operating strategy. This is not your typical finance leadership role—this is a pivotal role aimed at shifting multiple organisations towards a more future-proofed funding model.

Reporting into the group division key deliverable will include:

The position of CEO is an exciting and challenging role that is primarily external facing in order to promote and further develop the essential support we provide to families in need throughout Camden and Islington.

About the role: 

As Director of Services, you will be responsible for a wide range of services including Hospital services (A&E support, discharge and falls prevention), community services (activity groups, befriending, clubs), information and advice services (including benefits, housing, carers and statutory advocacy).

Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Provide strategic leadership, direction and development of all Age UK HHB Services, contributing to organisational strategy and the annual business planning process.

• To work with the leadership team to identify and resource development opportunities, and to ensure our activity is providing optimum impact to improve the lives of older people in the borough

• Line Manage and develop Head of Services, Service Managers and other staff as appropriate, including setting targets and monitoring performance by ensuring that regular supervisions and appraisals are carried out, and tackling any performance issues in line with policies and procedures.

• To work with the CEO, Managers and Trustees to develop annual budgets and to ensure services and projects are delivered to budget.

• Work closely with external partners and commissioning/funding agencies to ensure that Age UK HHB delivers the range of services that are required and/or contracted, on time and on budget.

Role Purpose: We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to lead the development and delivery of The Smallpeice Trust’s fundraising strategy, driving sustainable income growth from trusts, foundations and public sector sources. Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For:

· Experience developing and delivering successful fundraising strategies and meeting or exceeding ambitious income targets.

· Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across departments and working at senior levels.

· Familiarity with fundraising compliance, sector standards, and the use of CRM systems for pipeline and performance tracking.

As the newly created Head of Partnership Giving, you will develop and deliver a strategy to secure transformational support from corporates, charitable trusts, and foundations, helping to ensure sustainable income for adults, children and their families across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Milton Keynes with life-limiting conditions

Reporting to the Associate Director of Supporter Engagement, the Head of Partnership Giving will lead a passionate and talented team of five, as well as taking a proactive role in nurturing existing relationships while proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

This role will be responsible for leading the team to generate £1.5m annually and as part of our newly launched Fundraising strategy, will focus on growing High Value partnership income to £2.2 million annually over the next three years. You'll also work closely with the new Head of Personal Giving (who leads on major donor giving) to align strategy and share insights across teams.

Whilst grant-making experience would be helpful, what truly matters is your ability to strategically lead and drive projects that deliver impact. You’ll be at the forefront of developing and delivering new programmes, ensuring they align with key targets while bringing innovative ideas to life.

You will have experience of delivering presentations, developing ideas and projects collaboratively, and using data-driven insights to shape future projects and influence decision-making at a regional or national level. You will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of legacy cases where the charity is named as a beneficiary; work with external solicitors and lay executors to ensure that gifts are received in a timely fashion and that all internal and external procedures and legislation is adhered to; promote pragmatic solutions and refer appropriate matters to the Senior Legacy Manager to ensure all reputational risks are proactively managed.  

Additionally, you will be required to work on projects to improve the Legacy Team’s ways of working and to help support with the development and delivery of the team and organisational strategies. 

Expected travel for this role is approximately meeting internal and external stakeholders as required, approximately twice per quarter; this may increase during busy periods. In addition, attendance to two all-staff away days per year and team away days in London on a quarterly basis.
