We're looking for an experienced Cyber Security Analyst to help protect our group from online threats and help build a safe, secure digital future for our customers, systems, and data. You'll be based either in our Wembley or Basingstoke office, with a mix of office and home working.

The Role:

As an experienced Cyber Security Analyst, you'll play a key role in keeping our systems safe. Working closely with our external Security Operations Centre (SOC) and internal teams, you'll watch systems, respond to threats, and handle security issues. You'll need hands-on experience in network security checking, threat hunting work and managing firewall settings.

You'll also bring good knowledge of cloud security best practices including IAM, workload protection and secure setups of cloud services to meet our standards. You'll be part of a team-focused cyber security group that helps all areas of the business, making sure our systems, apps, and data stay secure and meet all needed rules and standards.

Key Tasks

• Watch and check security alerts using SIEM and other security tools
• Work with the SOC and internal teams to sort out and fix security issues, including reducing risks
• Look for threats and check system logs
• Update, maintain and improve our monitoring systems
• Help and guide junior team members
• Fix security weaknesses across our systems and cloud setups
• Help check and manage firewall rules
• Take part in an on-call rota for after-hours cyber issue response

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in a senior Cyber Security Analyst role or similar
• Good knowledge of cyber security basics and best practices
• Experience with SIEM tools, firewall and weakness management
• Proven experience of log checking and KQL
• Good knowledge of cloud, network, and device security concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills and careful attention to detail
• Good communication and record-keeping skills

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Own and improve our core digital platforms, keeping cloud services, collaboration tools and file sharing running smoothly

• Work hands-on with partners and suppliers to resolve problems and keep services reliable and responsive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Data Engineer to join our TED team and play an important role in building and maintaining the technical infrastructure that supports the NIoT and TED. Working at the intersection of data engineering, data and research, the postholder will help develop secure, reliable and scalable systems that enable robust analysis and contribute to high-quality, evidence-informed improvement across the sector.

• Write efficient, secure and well-structured T-SQL to support ingestion, validation, transformation and optimisation.

• Contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of a Common Data Model across multiple education data providers.

• Integrate and harmonise data from school MIS and EdTech platforms, including Bromcom, Arbor and Wonde.

• Build and maintain robust validation, logging, auditing and reconciliation processes to improve data quality and trust.

• Support secure data handling, including pseudonymisation, access control and compliance with data-sharing agreements and security requirements.

• Work closely with analysts, researchers, architects and partners to deliver scalable, analytics-ready data solutions.

• Contribute to agile planning, technical design, documentation and operational handover.

Essential criteria

• Proven experience in data engineering, including building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines.

• Strong experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL Server.

• Strong T-SQL skills, including schema design, stored procedures and query optimisation.

• Experience implementing validation, monitoring, logging and reconciliation controls within data pipelines.

• Strong understanding of secure data architecture and the handling of sensitive personal data.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, version control and CI/CD practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate effectively and work successfully in a multidisciplinary team.

Desirable criteria

• Experience with education datasets, school MIS systems or EdTech platforms.

• Experience with common data models, longitudinal datasets or research-oriented data infrastructure.

• Experience with Power BI, Fabric or related analytics technologies.

• Experience in a public sector, education or high-governance data environment.

• Interest in applying data engineering to improve education and teacher development.

About the Role

The role

As Care Operations Manager you will oversee the delivery of consistently high-quality support across Keychange care operations. Working to the Senior Operations Manager you will be accountable for the implementation of quality standards in all Keychange care communities, making recommendations for improvement of service delivery, and among other areas of remit will be responsible for the implementation and administration of the resident safety and incident reporting as part of our safeguarding framework.

• Assisting Senior Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily running of Keychange care operations
• Line managing allocated community managers
• Leading Keychange resident safety and incident reporting as part of the Keychange Safeguarding Framework
• Leading operations older persons care matters, as first port of call for managers with queries and need of support
• Leading and delivering a culture of individualised and person-led support
• Liaising with statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure appropriate support for Keychange care communities
• Supporting leadership of open, transparent culture which supports continuous improvement
• Deputising for Senior Operations Manager as required
