Join our team as a Cafe & Dining Assistant and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our dining rooms. You'll work closely with the Cafe & Dining Supervisor to provide high-quality food and beverage service to our beneficiaries, visitors, staff, and volunteers. In this role, you will prepare and serve food and beverages to a consistently high standard and deliver excellent service in our main dining areas, meeting rooms, and at private functions. You will also ensure strict adherence to food hygiene and health and safety regulations, completing daily checklists including temperature checks for fridges and chilled counters. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference and contribute to a welcoming and supportive environment.
Previous experience of working in a similar environment is essential for this role.

Role Purpose:

The Circle is an alternative to A&E for young people and children who are finding it hard to cope with their mental health, when medical intervention might not be necessary. We provide one-off in the moment support, and we are open every day of the year with no waiting list.

Mental health advisors are part of the core team, supporting children and young people aged 5-18 and their families every day. You are expected to work within HFEH Mind’s policies and procedures, and adhere to our code of conduct/values.

This role will suit those that have worked with vulnerable children in the past, including, but not limited to, support workers, CAMHS workers and mental health workers. We work within a diverse borough, and look to reflect this in our team.

Job Summary:

The mental health advisor role is a key part of the delivery of the Circle, working on the frontline to support young people and their families who are finding it hard to cope. They will conduct hour long, one-off sessions with children and young people aged 5-18, providing: safety planning, coping mechanisms, psychoeducation, and signposting, and supporting in de-escalation. This will be delivered with a non-judgemental and empathetic approach.

As a mental health advisor, you will need to be ready to respond in the moment to presenting (often unknown) concerns. You will have to dynamically risk assess situations, and be confident in raising concerns when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Delivery:

• Work as part of a team to provide support to service users and their families.
• Work within the Circle framework, and follow all HFEH Mind’s policies and procedures.
• Develop an understanding of the local area, and other services, to effectively signpost to.

SSAFA’s Grants and Statutory Income Team, operating across the UK, are proud to announce this role as part of their strategic plans to develop a steady and growing source of income from statutory organisations.

About the role

This is a new fundraising opportunity to help provide support for serving personnel, veterans and their families ensuring that no-one battles alone.

Supported by the Statutory Grants Manager, this role is fundamental in developing, advancing and championing both new and existing income from local authorities, health providers, and other local commissioning bodies and grant funders. The aim of this role is to increase income generation in this area whilst enhancing SSAFA’s visibility and profile within these organisations on a local level. Job Purpose

Our Business Development Manager is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on creating and improving relationships, expanding a product portfolio, and working across an organisation to drive impact. This role has a wide remit which covers our existing products as well as identifying new income streams.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a business development plan that maximises income streams, supports improvements in patient care, and strengthens our partnerships across the healthcare system. Relationship building and management

Job Summary

They are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Project Worker to join their team. As the Project Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals who are homeless and vulnerably housed.

You will contribute to the daily activities, such as serving food and drinks, as well as the successful implementation of their support groups and programmes. Working with a small team of staff and volunteers, you will help address the immediate needs of homeless individuals, while promoting long-term solutions and empowerment.

Responsibilities

• Offer emotional support, guidance, and advocacy to help meet the immediate needs of individuals attending the Centre, as well as assisting them with navigating through their homelessness journey.
• Empower individuals through direct 1-1 support as well as groups, providing guidance and life skills.
• Contribute to the daily delivery of the Centre offer including organising, preparing and serving meals and providing access to provisions including washing and laundry facilities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes, incidents and attendance records, whilst ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
• Work with multiple agencies based both at the Centre and externally to ensure effective collaborative working.
• Identify and coordinate appropriate group sessions that provide support and encourage the growth of networks and peer support.
• Provide cover for the running of the Centre in the absence of management, including the opening and closing of the building.

• Previous experience in a similar role within a charity or with working with vulnerable people is desirable.

About the role
Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Configuration Specialist to focus on three key areas; Configuring a new Salesforce platform, integration of existing platforms, and supporting users around the world.

As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will work closely with our existing Salesforce Support Specialists and Salesforce team, configuring the new system as well as being the first point of contact for Salesforce support across all staff in all 18 countries. Working with the system solution designs and architecture design documents created by the Salesforce Systems Architect, they will configure a brand-new Salesforce platform for program and beneficiary management. They will also need to ensure it is integrated with our existing NPSP donor management platform and works with other systems and services across the organisation.

Who we are looking for 
You will have proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and strong experience implementing new configurations from scratch. Educated to relevant degree level (or equivalent, or qualified by experience), be a certified Salesforce Admin, and have experience with NPSP. NPC would be an advantage. 

A logical thinker, excellent problem solver, and an ability to juggle multiple duties and prioritise competing tasks. You must be able to translate solution designs and technical designs into working solutions.

We are seeking a diligent and faithful Finance Reporting Manager to join our team in stewarding the financial resources of the organisation. This role plays a key part in supporting the Head of Finance in ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and wise resource management in line with our Christian values and mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full support to the Head of Finance, especially in the preparation of year-end annual statutory accounts for the College and Trading Company including the audit.
• Assist in producing monthly management accounts for the College and Trading Company.
