This is a newly created administrative role to increase capacity in Londonwide LMCs, the membership organisation representing approximately 7,000 NHS General Practitioners in over 1,100 practice teams in London, providing pan-London leadership and shared committee services for its members. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Workforce-Training and Innovation team, which provides project management across the organisation and training for constituents across the 27 Londonwide Boroughs that make up Londonwide LMCs. The team also coordinates a range of supportive services for practices that are delivered through managed relationships with associates.
In this role, you will report to the Head of Workforce-Training and Innovation and work within the WTI team, playing an integral part in linking our work across the directorates at Londonwide LMCs and externally with our practices and constituents.
The focus of this role is to provide administrative support to the Workforce-Training and Innovation team, enabling the smooth running of projects, scheduling meetings and supporting events. - Develop a thorough understanding of Muslim Aid’s work areas in order to ensure strategic linkages / appropriate dissemination of information or assignment of actions.
- Develop, maintain and review administrative systems to achieve maximum efficiency and to have high-level exposure across the organisation including admin, finance, IT, HR, supporter services, IP, comms etc.

The MARAC Administrator will support the MARAC Coordinator in the administering the MARAC process. The post holder will be co-located in Brent and will be required to attend MARAC meetings in various locations as required. There will also be a requirement to attend Advance’s Headoffice

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Mind CHWF to join our Facilities team as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant.
As a crucial part of the Facilities team, you will be the face of the organisation welcoming clients, visitors and fellow staff members, ensuring that the central reception function, including facilities runs smoothly. You will be responsible for telephone calls to the main reception, ensuring call are answered in an efficient and polite manner and messages are relayed. You will also provide effective administrative and facilities support whilst making sure that the reception area is the optimal working environment for all.

Do you have a track record of delivering accurate, reliable, administrative and project support in a fast moving environment?
We are looking for someone with experience of working in a collaborative way to join the Marketing and Brand team as Project Administrator on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. You'll support the day-to-day running of the team by providing effective administration and project planning.
This role is varied and the successful postholder will be responsible for scheduling external and internal meetings, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, preparing reports, setting agendas and minute taking for meetings and financial administration. - Organising regular team meetings and events such as away days (booking meeting spaces, agenda, refreshments, liaising with attendees, etc)
- Process our credit card costs and keep our budget tracker updated.
Working in a hybrid way, you’ll be attached to either our Birmingham, London or Manchester office and will report to the Project Lead. In line with our current ways of working, you’ll be expected to be in the office at least 1 day a month, in addition to team days and this may be reviewed by Ambition.
