We are now looking for a capable Finance Officer to to support the effective running of our financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial processes.

• Managing the purchase and sales ledgers, including processing supplier invoices, preparing payment runs, raising sales invoices, and applying VAT as required

• Carrying out daily income and bank reconciliations, posting income to our CRM system (Salesforce), and monitoring Direct Debit payments

• Processing staff expenses and business credit card transactions, ensuring all costs are accurately allocated

• Supporting month-end tasks, including income reconciliations, credit notes, journal postings, and submitting Gift Aid claims to HMRC

• Preparing regular internal and external financial reports, including sponsorship and earmarked donation summaries for the International Office

• Assisting with the annual external audit and maintaining clear process documentation.

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Impact and Data Coordinator to join our small but dedicated team at Media Trust. In this role, you’ll work closely with and report to our Digital Manager to support the delivery of our digital strategy and improve how we track and measure our impact. You’ll help maintain and enhance our digital tools, particularly Salesforce, and use data insights to improve how we engage with charities, volunteers and under-represented talent. We’re looking for a technically minded problem-solver with strong communication skills and a passion for using digital systems to support monitoring, evaluation and learning.

Key Responsibilities: 

Data collection and analysis:

• Support programme managers to collect, manage and analyse data 

• Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, contributing to a culture of data literacy and data-driven decision-making across Media Trust staff 

• Produce KPI reports and insight briefings for senior leadership 

CRM management (Salesforce):

• Maintain and improve Media Trust’s Salesforce CRM

• Maintain and improve the quality and integrity of Media Trust’s data in accordance with GDPR

• Work with all teams at Media Trust to maximise their engagement with Salesforce and provide relevant training

• Be the day-to-day person handling routine tasks with Media Trust’s web and CRM agencies to progress issues and improvements on the website and our CRM

Monitoring and evaluation: 

• Use Salesforce to track and report on programme KPIs across teams, including diversity, equality and inclusion 

• Assist in developing our systems and processes to support innovation through data and insight 

Project support:

• Support our Digital Manager to deliver our digital services for both staff and Media Trust’s beneficiaries 

• Support with ad hoc digital-related tasks that arise 

Key Skills and Experience: 

We don’t necessarily expect you to have any specific qualifications for this role; instead, we’re seeking someone who can demonstrate the following skills. 

• Demonstrable passion for digital, with two to three years’ experience in digital or a related field 

• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines 

• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative, with a proactive approach to identifying solutions and improvements 

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate changes effectively, embed them across the organisation, and gather feedback from stakeholders

About the role

An opportunity has arisen for a Regional Casework Manager (RCM) to join the Scottish Regional Office of SSAFA, the Armed Forces Charity. 

You will be part of the regional office team, managing two Regional Casework Co-ordinators and two Casework Administrators. The team provides specialist administrative support and act as a single point of contact to SSAFA branch-based volunteers ensuring that SSAFA beneficiaries receive consistent, timely, and high-quality service. The RCM role will involve developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with volunteers, including branch-based casework managers.  Additionally, the RCM will occasionally assist the Regional Casework Co-ordinators with call handling, signposting, and triaging initial client enquiries.

To help you establish yourself in this post you will receive excellent training and induction to SSAFA.  You will influence the processes and procedures within the regional office as it develops, working closely with a dedicated team under the guidance of the Regional Manager.

The position is home-based, but you will occasionally be required to travel within Scotland or to other locations.

About the team

The Scottish Regional Office operates as a "virtual" office, supporting 17 SSAFA branches across Scotland as volunteers deliver casework for SSAFA beneficiaries. The successful candidate will join a support team that includes two Regional Casework Co-ordinators, two casework administrators, and a Regional Manager. All team members are homebased.

About you

To excel in this role, you should have a solid educational background and experience in managing employees, as well as overseeing and reporting on service delivery.  You should have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, achieving results through negotiation and influence.  Previous experience of working with volunteers would be advantageous.  You will have used Microsoft Office 365 to a high standard and be capable of learning a computerised case management system quickly. Additionally, you should be skilled with numerical data.

The successful candidate will be capable of planning and managing their own workload, with minimal supervision and have considerable experience of managing accounts.

It would be desirable to have an understanding of the way of life for today’s Armed Forces, veterans and their families. This role is part of the Global Fundraising Directorate of over 50 staff, consisting of Philanthropy, Individual Giving, Legacies, Digital, CRM and Brand teams, based internationally, primarily in the UK (HQ) and our six other fundraising markets in the USA and Europe.
 
About the Role:
 
As our Legacy Officer, you will play a vital role in administering UK and international legacy gifts, from notification to final distribution, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing. You'll help support income forecasting, estate reviews, and reporting to inform strategic decisions. Working closely with the Legacy Administrator, Legacy Marketing Manager, and global fundraising teams, you'll help integrate legacy administration with broader fundraising goals.
 
The role also involves building strong relationships with executors, solicitors, and international colleagues. For candidates working above 0.6 FTE (22 hours per week), the role will also support legacy marketing campaigns and international programme development.
 
About You:
 
To be successful as our Legacy Officer, you will ideally have experience in UK legacy administration, with the ability to manage a complex caseload efficiently and in line with legal and organisational policies. Strong analytical and forecasting skills, attention to detail in reporting, and excellent written and verbal communication are essential. You should be confident working within a global organisation, with an understanding of cross-cultural dynamics and regional legal frameworks. You'll have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executors, solicitors, and internal and external stakeholders is key.
 
Experience in international legacy administration or marketing would be an advantage, as would familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or First Class.

The Senior Bid and Funding Officer is a new role for Involve as we seek to build the infrastructure to support the growth that we have experienced in recent years.  This role will sit within our Finance & Support Services function and will work alongside colleagues at all levels in the Innovation & Practice, Capacity Building & Standards and Advocacy & Communications functions to identify and provide compelling proposals in response to fundraising and tender opportunities. 

As Senior Bid and Funding Officer you will be responsible for identifying fundraising opportunities to bring forwards to the team for evaluation and coordinating the submission of returns ensuring high quality tenders are produced that meet the needs of funders and commissioners.  You will support function leads in monitoring fundraising outcomes and comparing to income generation targets, developing a database of funders and improving tender response processes to reduce the administrative burden of tender responses without compromising on quality.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of managing the tender return process in other organisations, either in a commercial or charitable sector environment. You will bring strong project management skills, be able to coordinate tender submissions to set deadlines and have an inquisitive mindset to enjoy researching opportunities and thinking creatively how Involve can meet funder requirements while also advancing our mission.

We work across the UK, with offices in Belfast and London. National Numeracy supports volunteers from our corporate partners to deliver sessions in primary schools
that inspire children to see the value of maths in the real world. The Programme enables volunteers to
directly support communities with low number confidence and skills, celebrating everyday maths, and
developing the building blocks of social mobility in areas of need.

The new Programmes Assistant will work with the Volunteering Manager and wider Programmes Team to
deliver this exciting Programme. The role will involve working with internal team members and external
partners to assist with delivery, including recruitment of volunteers and schools, training of volunteers,
