About the Role

We are seeking an experienced community fundraiser who will play an instrumental role in our established as well as new fundraising events, community engagement, stewardship, increasing awareness of the Centre as well as income generation.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Engage, inspire and encourage supporters, schools, community groups and high street businesses fundraising on behalf of the charity, helping them to achieve their full potential by providing a positive supporter journey.
2. Inspire new supporters to raise money, while maintaining and developing relationships with existing supporters, securing sustainable growth of income and supporter numbers
3. Research and approach local businesses to gain support from them and their customers through fundraising e.g sponsorship of events, cause related marketing and social media platforms
4. Represent SECHC at fundraising meetings, presentations and events outside of normal office hours (evenings and weekends) as required (toil given)
5. Sourcing supporter case stories to support fundraising and impact reporting.
6. Proactively seek opportunities for fundraising events both at the Centre and within the local community.
7. Manage and maintain our KindLink giving platform
8. Provide admin support to the Senior Community & Corporate Fundraising Manager
9. Develop close and effective working relationships with colleagues across the organisation to ensure a culture of collaboration.

Main Duties

• Lead on the project management, design, content creation and publishing of communications for the Philanthropy team (including impact report and newsletters) and work with translators to ensure communications are produced in other key ClientEarth languages
• Lead on the development of bespoke reporting for six and seven figure restricted and unrestricted gifts to produce high-quality, compelling reports tailored in style and content to suit a range of audiences in different geographies
• Work closely with the Philanthropy team to ensure gold standard stewardship for ClientEarth’s philanthropy donors: driving creative, unique and inspiring ideas for tailored stewardship touchpoints throughout the year;
• Partner with the Design Manager to deliver visually compelling reports and original donor stewardship touchpoints tailored to the Philanthropy portfolio;

About the role:

A new and exciting role has arisen within our HR team as HR Manager to lead and execute day-to-day HR operations. You will support a team of HR Coordinators to ensure that every stage of the employee lifecycle is handled efficiently and accurately, in accordance with legislation, organisational policies, and best practice.

As part of the role, you will maintain consistency, quality, timeliness, and precision across all HR (including Recruitment) administration and employee relations work. We need an experienced horticulture trainer to lead the training programme at our beautiful garden site in Tooting. We are looking for someone to lead, develop and deliver horticulture training programmes that aims to make sure our students enjoy greater independence and the chance to move closer to employment.

Main responsibilities 

• You’ll lead, develop, and deliver horticulture training to disabled adults ranging from entry level to level 2
• You’ll champion a strong work ethic in the garden, helping students achieve their qualifications and develop work-related skills, linking closely with our on-site social enterprise Share Nurseries, which grows and sells plants to the public 

• You will manage three members of the horticulture project, overseeing their projects and providing experience and supporting them 

• You’ll maintain student records, oversee the preparation of student portfolios for verification, and report on progress 

Who we’re looking for 

• You have occupational competence in Horticulture, ideally qualified to Level 3 or above 

• You have first-rate interpersonal skills, you’re able to communicate and relate to people from all backgrounds
• You’ve delivered horticulture training, and you’ve successfully organised and led a small team before
• You can enthuse and motivate people who may at times find learning challenging, with your patience, empathy, and understanding of autism and learning disabilities
• Most importantly, you’re committed to the inclusion of disabled people in all aspects of life 

A qualification in horticulture therapy would be an advantage, but a strong interest and passion for the healing power of plants is a must.

CPAG is seeking an AI Coordinator for a two-year fixed term to support our work in the responsible use of AI. In this role, you will lead on planning, delivering, and monitoring AI projects in collaboration with our partner organisations. This work involves the ongoing protection of CPAG's intellectual property and reputation as a sector leader. You’ll carry out regular evaluation of each project and regularly update stakeholders with performance metrics, user feedback, and impact assessments.

This new role also involves developing training materials and delivering sessions to upskill CPAG staff in AI technologies, with tailored materials for the needs of different teams. You will ‘own’ and maintain the relevant internal policy documents and processes for AI use and will oversee the use and optimisation of AI tools across the organisation. Alongside colleagues, you’ll manage risk and compliance (including legal and ethical standards) to ensure responsible AI adoption that is fully compatible with CPAG’s mission. You’ll monitor developments in AI, assessing new products for risk and opportunity, and share lessons learned across the charity.

We’re looking for someone with strong project coordination skills, experience of managing multiple stakeholders, and a keen interest in and experience of AI and emerging technologies.

The Role

What will I be doing?

As Accreditation Coordinator you will part of the Membership and Inclusion team. • Organising degree accreditation visits, accreditation events, and committee meetings

• Assisting with the enhancement of doctoral training accreditation

We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about sexual and reproductive healthcare and women’s health to join our External Affairs team. This is a great opportunity to gain first-hand experience working within a national professional body and support CoSRH’s external influencing, policy, and communications work at a critical time for the organisation.

The role:

Working closely with colleagues across the team, the postholder will provide essential support to the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Sexual and Reproductive Health (APPG on SRH), contribute to the delivery of the ambitions of the CoSRH Hatfield Vision, and assist with a range of media, communications, and policy activities.

The External Affairs Assistant will be an integral part of a small but high-performing team that leads CoSRH’s advocacy and public profile — influencing national policy, supporting stakeholder engagement, and amplifying the voice of sexual and reproductive healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Parliamentary and Policy Support

· Support the work of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Sexual and Reproductive Health (APPG on SRH), including preparing briefings, arranging meetings, drafting minutes and supporting stakeholder engagement.

· Assist in drafting policy briefings, consultation responses, and submissions to Government and other stakeholders.

· Conduct research to inform CoSRH’s external engagement, campaigns and influencing priorities.

· Develop a knowledge of key policy developments within the fields of Sexual and Reproductive Health, including across all four UK nations.

· Maintain and update contact databases and stakeholder lists.

Media and Communications Support

· Draft CoSRH member and Hatfield Vision Endorser newsletter content in line with CoSRH’s communications strategy.

· Support the Media and Communications Manager in preparing and disseminating press releases, statements, and campaign materials.

· Help monitor media coverage and track engagement across CoSRH’s channels.

· Track and analyse media coverage of women’s health and SRH to identify emerging stories, trends, and opportunities for engagement.

· Take responsibility for growing the College’s Bluesky account with the support of the Membership Engagement Team.

Programme and Project Support

· Contribute to the work of the Hatfield Vision Taskforce, including supporting meetings, and helping to communicate outputs.

· Provide logistical and administrative support for external meetings, events, and stakeholder activities.

· Assist in maintaining the team’s planning tools, trackers, and shared systems to ensure smooth coordination.

General Administrative Support

· Provide administrative support to the External Affairs team, including diary coordination, minute-taking and meeting preparation as required.

We’re looking for a Customer Research Analyst to join our Customer Insight Team in a newly created role.

As a Customer Research Analyst, you’ll help us understand our supporters, donors and stakeholders even better. Working closely with teams across the organisation, you’ll deliver research that brings our customers’ needs to life, supports informed decisions and drives meaningful engagement.

In this role, you’ll design and deliver both quantitative and qualitative research, providing clear and actionable insights that help shape strategy. Alongside the Customer Research Manager, you’ll help champion the use of insight in everything we do, identifying opportunities for market intelligence and consumer research along the way.

You’ll take part in pre- and post-campaign evaluations, design and run customer surveys, interpret data and share findings that inspire action. You’ll also collaborate with external research agencies, when needed, and help develop and promote our Insights Library so knowledge is shared and accessible to everyone.
