Theory Examinations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Examinations Manager to join the Examinations Team in the Professional Standards Department. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery and development of the MRCPsych theory examinations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance with the General Medical Council (GMC) regulatory requirements.

In this role you will manage the production and quality assurance of all theory examination papers, working closely with the MRCPsych Examination Panels, Head of Examinations, and Psychometrician. This role involves overseeing the entire examination process, from development to delivery, ensuring excellence at all stages. 

The successful candidate will have experience in quality assurance and an excellent eye for detail, with a proven track record of working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to achieve strategic aims.
