The Role

As the Team Leader, you will ensure that members of the public, groups and teams can enjoy sports facilities across Hyde Park and The Regent’s Park.

Providing operational shift leadership to a team of Operations Assistants and other staff, you will work across our boating, swimming, tennis, padel, netball, football and lawn bowls facilities.

You’ll ensure all activities run smoothly and safely, championing excellent customer service and H&S at all times. Supporting your team and colleagues, you will prepare facilities for daily use and special events, contributing to a positive, well-managed environment for both customers and staff.

The Role

As our Sport & Leisure Development Officer, you will lead initiatives that grow participation in sports activity across our organisation, with a strong focus on inclusion and access for underrepresented communities.

Working closely with on-site tennis facility leads and the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA), you will design and deliver participation programmes, seeking to increase engagement and court usage, and maximise programme capacity.

You’ll build strong partnerships with clubs, schools, local authorities, and community organisations, helping to remove barriers to participation and ensure sport within the parks is welcoming, affordable, and sustainable.

Additionally, you will:

The Referral and Operational Development Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Managing Director with new business development, coordinating and managing referrals, assessments, tenancies and transitions for our customers with learning disabilities and autism.

The working pattern for this role is:Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Referral & Assessment Coordination
* Monitor and respond to referrals from external sources and direct contacts.
* Maintain a current tracking system for referral clarity and produce regular reports.
