Working under the guidance of the existing Peer Programme Manager and as a crucial team member in this area, the successful applicant will be integral to the continuation and development of the project, recruiting and coordinating peers specifically across the North of this Operational Delivery Network. Working in partnership with hepatitis C clinical teams, drug and alcohol services and homeless service providers, the post will coordinate delivery of educational workshops, hepatitis C testing in community settings and ensure that service users are referred and supported through hepatitis C treatment and care.
This post will require extensive travel across the region, and it is essential for the post holder to hold a driving licence and have their own vehicle for work related travel.

About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, the HR Manager – a new post - will be the principal HR point of contact and lead on the full breadth of day-to-day HR matters. They will make a pivotal key contribution to our aim to be an employer of choice, and overall to be an inclusive and positive place to work. Key responsibilities include:
Employee relations – Ensure that all of our employment documents such as contracts, policies, procedures, staff briefings and our staff handbook are kept up to date, reflect best practice and UK employment law, and that they are being applied across the organisation. Main components of the role:
*Identify, explore and secure corporate and philanthropic relationships that result in sponsorship, partnerships and legacy donations, ideally as long term relationships
*Substantial previous experience of securing funding from philanthropic bodies, whether in the UK or abroad.

The Lead Practitioner will play a key role in supporting the Approved Premises (AP) Managers in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and rehabilitation opportunities for residents. This includes overseeing staff support, organising shift coverage, coordinating training, and maintaining strong relationships with external partners. The role requires a proactive approach to resident engagement, activity planning, and staff development while working a variety of shifts, including weekends and late shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Staff Support & Rota Management
- Assist the AP Manager in organising and ensuring appropriate rota coverage, including managing last-minute changes.
- Provide day-to-day support to support staff, ensuring clear communication and guidance.

Training & Development

The Marketing & Communications Manager is a brand-new position which will sit on the Museum’s Management Board and be involved in site-wide decision making and realising the aims of the Trusts.
We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual with a background in marketing and communications to help us engage with new audiences, raise visibility and generate footfall and income. This position is ideal for someone ready to take the next step into a managerial role, or an experienced professional seeking a new challenge.

Overall Purpose
- To manage the development and delivery of the HRM Marketing & Communications Strategy

Press, print and design

Other Information
- Annual leave entitlement is 28 days, pro-rata, including Bank Holidays, taken by mutual agreement with the Museum Manager.
