One day you might be crafting social media content that sparks conversation among teachers, the next, you’ll be writing an email newsletter that lands just right with a headteacher seeking evidence-based ideas. You’ll help turn research into engaging, accessible summaries, so schools can quickly grasp key insights and put them into action.
You’ll also update and improve our For Schools website pages, ensuring every word is useful and user-friendly. Position: S11287 Stroke Support Coordinator
Location: Home-based, Coventry. However, extensive travel will be required as part of this role (will include team meetings and other work-related meetings)
Salary: Circa £21,948 per annum per annum (FTE circa £27,400 per annum)
Hours: Part-time, 28 hours per week hours per week

Responsibilities
· Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

· Promote the use of Agile tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello) across Cadet Digital Services.
· Help teams balance technical debt and delivery priorities by fostering healthy conversations between developers and product owner.
· Support onboarding of new team members, helping them understand Agile working practices and team norms.
· Promote Agile best practices and contribute to the maturity of Agile delivery across Cadet Digital Services.

We’re looking for an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Service based in the Durham area.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke.
Position: S11233 Stroke Support Coordinator
Location: Home-based, Durham. However, frequent travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings)
Salary: £19,596 per annum (FTE £27,400 per annum)
Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week
Contract: Permanent. However, services are contracted and there is currently funding for this contract until 31 March 2026.

The Role
The service aims to identify and address the needs of stroke survivors and carers across the stroke pathway, by providing a range of innovative support solutions, supporting them to meet their desired outcomes.
Reporting to the Stroke Service Delivery Coach, the Stroke Support Coordinator will:
- Support new stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.
- Deliver 6 month post stroke reviews.
- Provide personalised information, advice and support.
- Support clients to make informed lifestyle changes which will help them to prevent further strokes.
About You
The post holder will have experience/background in:
- A caring profession ideally with experience of supporting people with disabilities.
- Be able to demonstrate previous experience of working collaboratively with other organisations to achieve joint ambitions.

Reporting to our Learning and Development Manager, with cross function reporting to our Head of Safeguarding and Director of Casework, this key post will be focused on enabling staff, members, and volunteers to adhere to safeguarding regulatory requirements in the UK and overseas.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of all safeguarding learning material, key responsibilities will include:
- Online awareness training for staff, volunteers, and members on safeguarding adults and children, covering UK devolved administrations and RBL’s overseas welfare work
- Integrated safeguarding and casework training for range of staff, volunteers, members and stakeholders
- Working with Heads of Departments across all directorates to deliver SME-specific training both virtual and in-person
- Conducting research to support the planning and delivery of safeguarding training
- Evaluating case reviews and trends analysis, to inform training
This role requires regular travel and overnight stays across the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) to deliver learning interventions to meet the needs of colleagues. The expectation is twice-three times a week on average and there is also a requirement to attend Haig House once a month for team meetings and to build relationships with colleagues outside of delivering training.
You will be contracted to your home address, where you will be expected to work – using our collaboration tools – when not travelling.
