We are looking for a Project Delivery Officer to help drive the success of our IT infrastructure and services projects. In this vital role, you'll work at the heart of our Technology team, supporting the coordination of key activities, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget. All to help us better serve the dogs in our care.

This is role is a fixed term contract until 31 March 2027. 

What does this role do?

As Project Delivery Officer you will: 

• Coordinate and monitor project activities, resources, and schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and objectives.
• Track progress, manage risks and issues (RAID), and escalate concerns when necessary to maintain momentum.
• Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and financial updates.
• Support internal communications and facilitate lessons learned reviews to drive Top of Form

Could this be you?

With proven experience of either project management, operations management or team management, you will have familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. An excellent communicator you will have great organisational and problem-solving skills. Driving license is essential.

The Deputy CEO Directorate (DCEO) plays a key role in overseeing Dogs Trust's internal operations, ensuring the effective management of the Charity’s financial, legal, IT, efficiencies, facilities, and governance functions. The Directorate works closely with senior leadership to support the organisation's Rehoming Centres, prevention programmes, and international efforts. • Use the database (Access Charity CRM) to maintain accurate and detailed records, manage relationships, and coordinate actions and deadlines.
• Research and identify new opportunities, and write and submit high quality, targeted proposals to secure support from new and lapsed funders.
• Prepare written reports on activities, progress and income against objectives.
• Ensure the impact of our work is clear, visible and effectively communicated in our social media, on our website and in our Impact Report.
• Liaise with internal staff to compile project information for funding applications, and build positive, professional relationships internally and externally.

Want to work with multiple award-winning charity, FoodCycle? As Regional Manager you will represent, manage and co-ordinate your allocated regional Projects. Our Projects are spaces where volunteers are empowered to run community meals using surplus food.​

You will manage local relationships with venues, community partners, supermarkets and volunteer recruitment channels to enable this to happen. This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Health IGVA supporting women and children who are impacted by different strands of Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG). You will work closely with victims of VAWG from the point of crisis, to provide high quality independent advocacy and support to survivors of VAWG at the highest risk and their children.

The Health IGVA will train and provide ongoing support to GP practices and other health professionals and providers to enable primary and secondary care staff to be able to effectively talk to their patients about gender based abuse and different strands of Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG): including Domestic abuse and violence (physical, sexual, emotional,  psychological, economic or tech abuse)​​, Sexual Violence (Rape and sexual assault​)​, Stalking and harassment ​, Sexual exploitation ​​(including women working in sex industry and Child Sexual Exploitation)​​, Female genital mutilation (FGM)​/cutting , Forced marriage​​, So-called ‘honour’-based abuse, provide early identification and offer appropriate care pathways for survivors of all genders, aged 16 years and over and their children, living, working or/and studying in Lambeth.

The post holder will work in partnership with the local Integrated Care Board (ICB) and the Gaia Service Manager to proactively develop and maintain links with health providers in the local area and build links with health professionals and support agencies. 

The job involves working within a multi-agency framework consisting of the Multiagency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) and local partnership protocols and procedures that prioritise the safety of survivors. The post holder will empower survivors by providing them with emotional, practical and personal welfare support.

The job involves informing survivors of the full range of civil, criminal, and practical options that might increase their safety. 

This post is restricted to women due to the nature of the role. The Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 (part 1) of the Equality Act 2010 applies.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader for our transformative LGBTQIA+ youth project. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in LGBTQIA+ young people’s lives, leading a dedicated and passionate team.

Main Responsibilities:

• To lead on planning and facilitating group sessions, activities and trips for the Project Indigo group. Planning to incorporate the views and interests of members and develop opportunities for partnership working.
• Managerial responsibilities, including line management, budget management, monitoring and evaluation
• Developing and delivering strategic projects within the City and Hackney CAMHS Alliance to promote LGBTQIA+ inclusivity

Main Requirements:

• Strong experience in LGBTQIA+ youth work, and understanding intersecting social issues impacting young LGBTQIA+ people
• Understanding of best practice for supporting young LGBTQIA+ people and promoting LGBTQIA+ inclusivity within youth services
• Management experience on multi-faceted projects; strong leadership skills, ability to take initiative, and work effectively to manage competing priorities

About the Role

We are recruiting a Manager to lead a remote team of IPS Grow Fidelity Reviewers working across England and Wales. The focus of the role is to support and develop Reviewers to have impact by delivering high quality Fidelity Reviews and communities of practice, driving quality of IPS provision and performance of delivery partners across England and Wales.

You will work collaboratively with the broader team to coordinate resources to ensure that contract KPIs are met.

The Team

The IPS Connect to Work team will sit within the wider IPS Grow team. IPS Grow is a national programme designed to support the expansion of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services across England and Wales. It is funded by NHS England (NHSE), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID).

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Line management, coaching, and field mentoring of team
• Stakeholder engagement and delivery of targeted interventions to support IPS services to deliver better outcomes
• Work across IPS Grow and contribute to national objectives

About You 

Skills, experience and qualifications we are looking for include:

• Managerial and leadership experience: Substantial experience managing teams and projects to successful delivery of performance expectations; leading by example and supporting the team to translate research into effective on the ground practice.
• Delivering tangible results in an IPS context: Previous background in an IPS leadership capacity; demonstrated ability to drive tangible improvements in outcomes for clients and work effectively with senior system stakeholders to unblock issues; deep understanding of the IPS model and how it applies in practice.
• Project management: Experience delivering complex projects against project plans, timelines and deliverables that are results focused.
• Data and IT: Strong IT and data analysis skills; ability to interpret and translate data meaningfully.
• Negotiation skills: Highly advanced negotiation and influencing skills and a willingness to tackle difficult conversations where needed to achieve the right results for services and clients.
• Collaborative approach: Skilled in building consensus and fostering cooperation with diverse groups.
• Workload management: Allocating and delegating tasks as necessary, able to deal with multiple and competing priorities using analytical skills to prioritise and meet deadlines.
