Responsibilities of our Senior Data Integrity Officer:

• The Senior Data Integrity Officer is a key role in our Data & Analytics team and is responsible for managing Cat Protection’s supporter centric Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) data loading system processes, ensuring timely processing, data governance compliance and following best practice.
• This role leads three Data Officers to improve our data architecture - increasing ingestion of data, building new import routines, improving and documenting dataflows and processes and automating as much manual processing as possible from numerous data sources.

About the Data & Analytics team:

• The Data & Analytics team are a department of 14 people in the Marketing & Income Generation directorate consisting of three sub-teams : data processing, data selections and data analytics.
• The data processing sub-team are responsible for importing supporter data into our main CRM from numerous different data sources and developing the import routines to do so, they are also responsible for data integrity; ensuring data is accurate and up to date, and maintaining our single customer and supporter view.

What we’re looking for in our Senior Data Integrity Officer:

• Significant experience working with a CRM system and database
• Experience of using ETL (extract, transform, load) import tools for example Blender
• Leading on projects to build and improve inward data flows and processes
• Proven experience of measuring and improving data quality, through development of documentation, validation rules and data cleaning
• Knowledge of fundraising CRM database for example Care, Dynamics or similar
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of data protection legislation including GDPR and PECR

Tutorials are delivered online to groups of up to 4 students via our bespoke online learning platform.

Tutorials generally take place between the hours of 3pm and 8pm on weekday evenings, with flexibility around the schedules of our tutors and students.

Person Specification

Duties and Responsibilites: 

Involving people affected by sarcoma

• Strengthen and support our existing Involvement Network, keeping members engaged and informed.

The Holly Lodge Centre is a small charity in the heart of Richmond Park with a mission to ensure outdoor education is accessible for all. We are small but mighty, last year providing nature and heritage based education sessions, for over 7,500 learners. We specialise in delivering workshops for school groups of children and those with special educational needs and disabilities. We also welcome adult disability gorups, the elderly, and community groups.

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our small, friendly team, and help to streamline and manage a range of processes, key to the efficient running of the charity and our activities.

Due to the nature of our work all roles are based on-site in our beautiful location in Richmond Park. The part time role can be spread across 4 days with optimal hours being 9:30am-2:30pm.

The Recruitment team is responsible for sourcing, selecting and hiring for 500 places for Approach Social Work (previously known as the Frontline programme) in local authorities across England.

You will be joining us at our busiest time, and will have day to day logistical and administration responsibilities with focus on supporting applicants through the selection stages of our programme, Approach Social Work.

You will work with the Selection team and share responsibilities between other Selection Coordinators to ensure the delivery of a highly effective and efficient recruitment process and to ensure the candidate experience is positive throughout. This role would suit someone who has had some experience interacting with customers, for example in admin support, retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar.

• Coordinating virtual assessment centres; manage scheduling, liaising with assessors and stakeholders, troubleshooting minor technical issues with the platform, and overseeing the smooth running of the day.

As an Income and Housing Officer you will help to maximise the organisation's rental income collection,n effectively manage rent arrears and deal with other breaches of the occupancy agreement.

What you'll do:
* Take responsibility for maximising rent collection across a defined patch of Look Ahead's portfolio of properties ensuring that rent collection targets are met and tenancies sustained

* Advise operational teams on their support related arrears management activities, including holding local surgeries with tenants and staff, taking direct control of higher level and more complex arrears cases

* Proactively monitor all current and former accounts within the defined patch and make recommendations to the Housing Manager for appropriate former accounts to be written off or referred to Look Ahead's debt collection agency

* Ensure that the rent collection function is carried out both sensitively and in a timely fashion so as to avoid the build up of excessive arrears and record all case details accurately.

* Ensure that all sign ups within the defined patch are done accurately on the correct type of tenancy and at the correct rent and service charge levels.

* Prepare files and documents for legal action and present cases in County Court hearings for possession claims, money judgements

The ISVA provides proactive support and advocacy to female survivors of sexual violence who are engaging with the criminal justice system. You will work as part of a growing feminist Rape Crisis service that is developing to meet the needs of women and girls. This post requires travel across East London, and a hybrid model of home, outreach and office working.

Salary

Key Responsibilities

Research grant management

• Managing the delivery of GOSH Charity’s response-mode funding schemes, including our National Research Project Grant and ‘Lift Off’ pilot study funding call and others.
• Supporting potential applicants via email, phone or in person to ensure we receive high quality grant applications. 
• Processing, reviewing and validating grant applications. 
• Leading the peer review process using our Grant Management System.
• Project managing the delivery of the Research Assessment Panel.
• Supporting the input of patient and public voice, to ensure they’re built into our research funding decision making. 

Committee management

• Providing operational and secretariat support to the Research Assessment Panel and Lift Off Scientific Assessment Panels, and other expert research review panels as required.
• Managing agendas and meeting logistics, including face to face meetings as they are arranged.
• Preparing papers and reports, and collating these from across the team for delivery to the Committee in good time.
• Preparing high quality minutes that provide a clear record of discussions, decisions, and actions, and disseminating these following internal and Chair approval.
• Support the regular review of the Committee membership and tenure.
• Evaluating and recommending improvement and applying sector best practice to the Committee operations.
• Being a first point of call for Committee members, supporting them to deliver their role and ensuring they have a good experience working with GOSH Charity

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Previous experience working in grants management or within relevant scientific research.

How are staff supported to work remotely? 

VoiceAbility has a small number of offices. Employees including Team Leaders are homebased for Administration and meetings will be held online as well as in person in the relevant community. 

When you need to travel for work, expenses will be paid (mileage or public transport costs).
